Today I had the pleasure to meet Jyoti Mainali at the beautiful lobby lounge. I must say I was truly impressed by her service and her personality. She was super polite and her smile and attitude is just heartwarming

Spotless and cleaning service was extremely good. All staff were extremely attentive and helpful

What a lovely afternoon sipping tea, enjoying the ambience and chatting. Patrick and Nike were so attentive. We spent five hours in beauty and peace. We will definitely do this again

I enjoyed my stay with my family, it was really amazing. The food was great and the concept of full board was amazing specially once you have kids. The swimming pool was nice for the kids including the kids club

Rooms are spacious, elegant, and convenient. Every request was met with enthusiasm and efficiency. The staff members demonstrated high professionalism and warmth. I loved their spa and beach with clear water

Kids play area and water park The hotel is really fancy and clean and you can feel it from the minute you walk in. The staff are super nice and accommodating

And the food and drinks: we were impressed how good it was considering it is all inclusive! And a lot of indoor and outdoor activities, you just never get bored and don’t want to leave the resort… Highly recommend!

But what truly sets this resort apart is the amazing team of staff at Front Office who goes above and beyond to ensure that guests have comfortable and enjoyable experiences

Within the resort food and drinks in the different restaurants and bars are expensive

We stayed for a night and never imagined they have a massive outdoor pool I thought the pictures I saw from the internet were just photoshoped, thus one is for real. The room and toilet is huge and elegant

One of my favorite hotels in Abu Dhabi for inexpensive but decent hospitality. The buffet breakfast is, in my view, top 5 in Abu Dhabi. An excellent salad station as well as the usual egg and bread dishes

Still 4 days before I leave this nice hotel, information desk, hospitality & service in the restaurant is wonderful

Room service is also great, responding imminently. Restaurants, I didn't get a chance to try, but looked great. Parking facility is available for guests and is sufficient

Whether it was arranging transportation, providing recommendations for local attractions, or catering to my dietary preferences at the restaurant, the staff-specially Eldith consistently exceeded my expectatiion, Overall, my experience was nothing short of fantastic

The vacation was wonderful, we were charged with energy and positive emotions, I would really like to highlight the Animators, who are always nearby and ready to help with any questions

Great beach and overall nice staff. Missing some initiative and a little bit of organization when it comes to serving drinks during all the meals. All Inclusive is not up to the standard everywhere else in the world

The restaurants that the hotel has have a very good selection of options. The breakfast is wonderful, it has a great selection of dishes, you won't need to have lunch, just go straight to dinner

The service at this hotel is first class, they immediately solve any problem you may have, all the staff is exceptional. Each one is more friendly than the next

Also, the girls Varvara and Tomi held various events (karaoke, mini disco, competitions and games), we really loved playing darts, water polo

Her assistance made our stay unforgettable and comfortable and we extending our reservation to be 3 nights instead of 2 nights. I highly recommend dealing with her in the future for an enhanced hotel experience

Tatiana, the receptionist, was particularly noteworthy for her exceptional service. She completed our check-in process smoothly and responded to our needs generously and professionally

Special thank to the employees in the swimming pool and breakfast buffet. They are so kind, friendly and keen to provide any help with a smile on the face

My reservation was 2 nights and there was a mistake in our reservation (we made our reservation by phone) and it was solved by Ms. Tatiana and we make our reservation 3 nights instead of 2 nights

What I loved about this hotel, first and foremost, were the breathtaking views. I thoroughly enjoyed the view from my room on the 27th floor. Additionally, the incredibly fast service impressed me

This hotel is a gem! We were given a view of Hudayriat, where you can see the sun rise. I love how you can just push the “curtains open” button and you can enjoy the view in front of you

The hotel was so amazing. Me and my friend had a wonderful stay. We like our room so much and promised to come back. The view was spectacular and the Reception was helpful as well.

Apart from those, it's a fantastic hotel with greater pool area, access to a private beach with safeguard and bars with drinks and snacks. The gym is good and relatively big

The connection with the mall is a great idea, you can go shopping or lunch almost anytime. The main entrance is super luxurious and gives you amazing impress about the hotel itself

the downside is the carpet on the hallway smells musty, they need to deep clean or change it. breakfast was amazing with lots of options and varieties to choose from, but the staff were not too friendly and accommodating

the hotel was nice and huge, feel like you live in a palace. we got the 1 bedroom residence, with washing machine and kitchen

We came to eat at the Broadway restaurant at the hotel and it was incredible. Our server was Ocean and we went out of his way to truly make sure we had a great experience

They offer a large variety of different food in the restaurants inside the hotel and the staff is always extremely friendly and ready to help

But hey, you can always just go to one of the other pools or the sea! There is also a lot of very nice birds so if you sit still on your balcony you will get a lot of very curious and cute visitors! Sadly I can't possibly fit all the nice things about this hotel into one single review

We had a tour around the hotel, introducing hidden gems about the hotel. A nice young man named Kaneeshk had shown us the ballroom, the auditorium and beautiful palace suites that are only for esteemed guests

Rooms are a little dated but still spacious and comfortable with everything you need. The grounds really make this hotel with plenty of lovely restaurants, pools and a beach to choose from

Even though we went all inclusive premium, the menu/food option was very limited and with its own set menus. The most outstanding experience during our stay was the massages. Absolutely amazing and highly recommend them

The food is great especially in Selections restaurant and Belgian Cafe- loved it! The beach ambience is one of the best I’ve been. Mostly, all staff are accommodating and ensures that you are well taken care of

My husband and I went to restaurant Selections in Intercontinental, and had buffet. I love the taste of the food, Al though there was more selection in sweet then savoury

Staff are also fantastic and really attentive. Special thanks to Shine the lifeguard who went out of his way to help our little boy on the waterslide, you really made his day

I was enthusiastic about my two nights stay there. Great breakfast, wide and elegant room seafront, great garden. Many restaurants to choose from and a clean beach well assisted by staff. Elegant, stylish, atmosphere.

The bed is very comfortable, the service is amazing 🤩, the beach is lovely, the staff are very helpful! The kids club is the best I’ve ever been to and it is completely free! There are activities and games and children 4 years and older can stay there without an adult

An excellent pool for adults - there are gazebos with fans, cool water in the pool, a lot of shade and greenery, they wipe glasses, bring fruit and ice cream, bring water in an ice bucket and constantly refresh it

It was my birthday and the Athletic Club surprised me right on the court - it was unforgettable! Santan arrived with a cake, candles, a congratulatory letter and balloons! It was so unexpected and very pleasant! St Regiss is love at first sight and forever! If you want to pamper yourself, then come here!

The hotel is surrounded by greenery and looks like an Italian palazzo. The rooms are comfortable, the bath is gorgeous, the bed is very comfortable

We updated to gold lounge and it was a fantastic decision. We were well looked after and our needs were catered too. Room was first class and throughly cleaned twice a day by Bayani from housekeeping

I didn’t get their names, but we were on the west wing on the 1st floor! The staff in the lobby, especially Ahmed and Murod were very helpful and were sure to make our stay comfortable as we were a very large group! Rotana has been the best in producing in-house croissants, danish, English cakes, etc. I guess these are now bought-baked and therefore don’t look / taste great

Each of the 5 stars are more than deserved at Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi! We had big expectations when we booked our stay here, we arrived 2 days ago and so far our stay is just perfect and the hotel more than exceeded our expectations! We booked half board package and it was an amazing choice! The quality and variety of the buffets is really perfect

The service was outstanding, the room was super comfortable, they cared about small details their is a pillow menu in the room with to many kinds of pillows to ensure you have a good sleep and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming

This is my first time here at Park Hyatt Saadiyat. We had a wonderful room, with a view of the beautiful garden and the beach. The staff here is really friendly and helpful, makes you feel at ease

One of your staff, Ms Karissa was very friendly and attentive to our needs during our stay here. In the evening, we had a great time at the beach and the opportunity to watch the sunset

The service can’t do enough to help, sometimes even a bit too much. Food and drinks are excellent

Also in the morning, the housekeeping gave us a compliment gift which was a Hermes body lotion it was a cute thing from them, in general The atmosphere and the room were so comfortable that we didn't even feel the need to go out; we simply relaxed and enjoyed everything

I'll start with the room, we were on the 42nd floor, and the view was spectacular! Plenty of room, lots of outlets, a refrigerator that had snacks and drinks (for a fee), and a very comfortable bed

The sea-view room was amazing, the bed was really comfortable, and bathroom perfect! One of the best parts was the breakfast, don't stay there without having that awesome breakfast! Another great part was the beach area: soft white-sand beach, blue water

They have almost everything in the menu and what they don't have in the menu, they try to prepare fresh and serve you. It was our wedding anniversary and they made us feel very special ( Some pictures are attached )

She also was very engaging and helpful in local knowledge and advice. The food was also first class, breakfast especially! We were able to enjoy food we were familiar with, as well as try some of the local cuisine

I was concerned that it might be loud and not baby friendly but my baby “ 2 years “ had a blast ! The pool temperature was perfect. Refreshment tasted really great. View from 44th floor os breathtaking 🫰🏽

We had a few Butlers, but Mahoni was our main one. She made sure we were well cared for, and she arranged a birthday cake and champaign as it was my Lovely Bride's birthday week celebration trip

Undoubtedly a place to come back to! All staff starting from the first encounter at a reception desk, restaurant, lounge and room service and others were really nice, helpful and accommodating

Just for improvement, waiting time for the parking must be lessened and the checking in time as well. Improved system must be enhanced still. I have to add, towels were not always available in the swimming pool area

In summary, our stay was enjoyable, with many highlights including the superb staff, great facilities, and comfortable rooms. This hotel offers a wonderful experience and we look forward to visiting again

Mohammed on reception and Joseph one of the managers were also great. Beach and pool are good, interiors are really nice and feels nearly renovated. Everything spotless and smelling good

The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond by offering us upgrades and all the benefits. The late checkout option was extremely appreciated since we had a late flight

Room has greatly improved post pandemic era. I would like to compliment the life guard on duty. They were very attentive and doing their job pretty well. Their dedication is remarkable
