90 cafe on ground floor also has a lot of healthy options and delicious food, a great place to meet friends for coffee. The pub brunch is great, my friend got to watch the soccer there too

The shisha bar 31 on level 31 is a great place to dine chill or party. The room itself is clean and large with nice ad city views. Can’t complement the staff and the food enough

I had the most amazing stay in this hotel. The staff were so professional and kind. The in-house dining food was so delicious. But the other food venues were equally as good

Reviews for Hotel - Though we had Senior Citizens, we had the trouble to adjust in the bathtub which Is of very height, and seniors can't even climb for bathing. The hotel even didn't suggest or help us with the same

I think the concierge should pay more attention and not just give out incorrect information to travelers. The location is good, quite near to the airport and suitable for those taking early flights

The hospitality, warmth and receptivity was awesome. Special mention to *Satish* at the concierge, who was wonderful. He was more like a all-rounder to made our travel easy and comfortable

I arrived 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled time and waited another 45 minutes, but the shuttle never showed up. I ended up having to take a taxi to avoid missing my flight

the pool were really amazing temperatures controlled pools. kids indoor play area was superb. view from 38 floor was stunning. its a must place to stay and live the luxury. we are surely come back for staycation

Premium drinks lovely! Gorgeous beach and sea. We had a room with a shared access pool but it was shaded the whole time on that pool so we hardly used it

Other than 1) the food, which was just good, although plenty of choice. Speciality restaurants were disappointing. 2) the pool, which had kids splashing everywhere, including around the swim up bar

One of my favorite hotels in Abu Dhabi for inexpensive but decent hospitality. The buffet breakfast is, in my view, top 5 in Abu Dhabi. An excellent salad station as well as the usual egg and bread dishes

They genuinely make you feel like you are welcome home. Ahmed Jamal for all his extended support, a very good gentlemen that is always present to address anything related to your stay at anytime

We enjoyed our breakfast with different kinds of cuisine. They are very particular with the safety of everyone esp this pandemic time. Warren and David were great on serving and very attentive

Based on my experience, staying at Dusit Thani for over 10 months, I can confidently state that it is the best value for money, has the most hospitable staff and excellent on-site facilities

Ahmed was very helpful during the check-in, it was easy and fast even though we arrived a little bit early. The hotel looks very sophisticated from the lobby to the interior of the room

Within the resort food and drinks in the different restaurants and bars are expensive

We stayed for a night and never imagined they have a massive outdoor pool I thought the pictures I saw from the internet were just photoshoped, thus one is for real. The room and toilet is huge and elegant

It would be more enjoyable if they add more restaurant in the venetian village as they only have 3 as of the moment. But overall the experience is great! The place is also just across the grand mosque

Where to begin? From the bellhop, reception, room service, house keeping, we felt special and well taken care of. They are so accommodating that you need nothing to worry about and just enjoy your stay

We loved the variety of entertainment! Customer service was the best we have seen at any 5 star hotel in a long time. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful

The staff are an absolute delight and within a couple of days they knew my name. The restaurants are all first class and there is no need to leave the hotel to experience a wide range of cuisines

Sometimes better, sometimes there is just not that big of a selection. The drinks are included which is awesome but it takes some time until it will arrive the table

Staff very friendly and willing to go out and beyond to make your stay as pleasant as possible. They have nice Middle Eastern restaurant with nice views and live music on the weekend

Khalidiya palace is one of the beautiful hotel we ever visited. Rooms and food service excellent. So many activities to keep the guest happy. Kids club is very nice place for the kids. Excellent activities for kids

As for me only drawback was chairs in the beach is little congested. Room had a city view which was very picturesque. It's very when the city was lit up during night time. Everything was nicely arranged

W Hotel Yas Island is fantastic! The pool party is stunning with amazing views, and the vibe is unmatched on the weekends. The DJ keeps the energy high, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive

Understandably I was panicking but I spoke with Charles on the Guest Services desk who was extremely helpful, on multiple occasions, who recommended a local GP clinic which would be able to treat me without having to overpay for care

The staff is always attentive and ready to assist with any request. I would like to particularly mention the housekeeping staff member, Gayan, who ensured our room was perfectly clean every day

I recently stayed at the Beach Rotana hotel, and my experience was absolutely positive. The hotel is located in a beautiful area with stunning sea views and offers a high level of service

Good place with super helpful staff and room service. The rooms need a bit of a refresh and maintenance. Also the location was a bit far from most of the places we wanted to go to in Abu Dhabi which was a bit of a bummer

Ratheesh was particularly outstanding, always attentive during meal times and going above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of

It was really modern and elegant! The view wasn’t too bad but we still enjoyed the room. The buffet was amazing, serving dishes daily and was really yummy! The pool was amazing and we really had a blast there!

We found all hotel staff to be very polite, friendly and helpful. Rooms are a good size, very quiet, have comfortable beds and great showers - perfect after a day exploring the Yas Island theme parks

I stayed there for 4days and 3 nights. The service quality was really superb. The food was really great in both break fast and lunch. As I am a fitness enthusiast, I also loved working out in their gym as well

Food: there was a wide selection of restaurants (Italian, Brazilian, Irish, Japanese and buffet) which was great as tried different types of food during our stay

Conference rooms: the setup was great, and they brought a lot of food along with coffees/teas and juices which were available throughout the day. All the staff were very polite and accommodated all our requests

They wouldn’t let me bring a friend because my reservation had only my name on it. While the front desk later clarified that I could simply have them add my friend's name, but it was too late

At busy times they can be overwhelmed and the food/drinks may take slightly normal than usual but not a major problem as the outside seating is so lovely

Rooms are clean , automated Pool is temperature controlled. Normal rooms are also with balcony and u dont need to pay more for balcony. Many tourist places nearby Supermarket nearby

The front desk staff were very friendly and upgraded my room to one with fantastic views. However, despite my overall positive experience, I was disappointed with the Grand Club staff

Starting from the reception, everything was great with us. They gave me a room with a very beautiful view! We had 4208. The balconies are not glazed, but the door is safe for those with children

The dining experience had already been ruined, and it was an embarrassing situation. I hope the staff can be trained better to prevent this from happening again
