We had a pleasant stay at Crown plaza, Staff were very supportive I would like to mention about Mr. Tulasi (room service guy) who provided us great service. Rooms and amenities are top notch and are well maintained

Her warm welcome and proactive approach in ensuring my comfort reflect the high standards of hospitality at Crowne Plaza. The breakfast spread was good and the check-out process too was seamless

There were some issues with preparing our room, but they were resolved quickly. The food was amazing, and the location was very convenient — the beach and the airport were both nearby.

The rooms were spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for. The dining options were fantastic—each meal was a treat, with impeccable service to match

This did result in a difficult encounter at one of the restaurants because the information we'd been given had included this restaurant in our all inclusive package, when we got there we were told no

We were not made aware of restaurant closures when we booked or that the 2 a la carte restaurants would be payable. This was disappointing and worth bearing in mind when booking all inclusive

So they did the buffet in a smaller restaurant. Breakfast was average and food overall was just ok. I missed the curry selection they put on at Saadiyat

Excellent family holiday, cleanliness is what makes the hotel along with the quality of food, drinks and service

We enjoyed our stay at the Rixos although it's not as good as the property on Saadiyat Island. The buffet selection was not as comprehensive as other Rixos properties and Turquoise was closed for renovation

In Abu Dhabi the best Rixos. I love this chain because it is all inclusive, elite drinks, great staff and service. Clean and new rooms, I recommend. Come you will not regret.

I spent a few days lying and eating by the sea, and felt that the time was too short! The food was quite good, and there was also a children's playground for kids, with great facilities and a great swimming pool

The food at the hotel was top-class; every meal was a delightful culinary adventure with an array of options that catered to all tastes

The staff were so incredibly helpful and friendly; the food choices are excellent; the rooms are very comfortable and well equipped; and everything is exceptionally clean

The hotel is great, and the key is that there is an all-inclusive package, which opens the Jelly Sea with one click

Other than 1) the food, which was just good, although plenty of choice. Speciality restaurants were disappointing. 2) the pool, which had kids splashing everywhere, including around the swim up bar

The room feels warm and inviting, though the ceiling in the bathroom and entrance is a bit low. Guests who are quite tall might find the space slightly tight in those areas. Dinner and breakfast were both amazing

Ps the Zipline activity is never available when I have tried to book it the last year or so. Lazy river is really lazy so keep that in mind lol. Generally it's an okay resort could do with an update to trip

Stayed at Radisson Blu and had a lovely experience. The amenities are great, especially the steam room and sauna. The beach area is peaceful and perfect for a quiet escape

The staff all around the hotel were great and courteous. The resort is great but a bit far from the hotel and to walk in the sim is difficult, i think an overpass would be better and convenient

Beautiful internally the hotel comprises of different ample sitting areas and small cafes scattered around the hotel. The bath had a crack in it and the shower wasn't great

Friendly helpful staff who couldn't do enough for you, clean, well presented hotel with loads of services available. The food was fantastic with lots of choice for all pallets and we didn't have a bad meal there

The service was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble. We ate at Flavours (buffet restaurant) a few nights and it was very good, however our favourite restaurant by far was Le Bistro

This restaurant is waiter service and included if you have half board basis. The food was absolutely outstanding! A la carte style, but very generous portions

Simply the best hotel in Abu Dhabi!!!! I loved the gym which is so spacious and professional (and brownie points to the sauna in the shower/changing room) Food was also excellent, had breakfast and dinner buffet at the hotel when I felt lazy and didn’t want to go out

Also I have forgotten my optical eyeglasses which they have found and informed me. As a frequent traveler and Google local guide, I can say that it was one of the nicest stays that I had during past 2 years

The hotel is bright and clean, decorated nicely and well equipped. I received very nice support from Mr. Mina( Reception manager) and Mr, Sakr( Receptionist) on my dates adjustment and early check out

No ice-cream served, even that the weather is super / extremely hot. Drinks and food stopped at 11pm! SPA EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE AND NOT THAT GOOD

No beach at the hotel, you have to travel 30mns by bus to an empty public beach. Private or women beach only you have to pay a lots money and its Thursdays and Fridays, not in the area at all

The food almost the same every day except Saturdays you have a very good varieties. Drinks not everything allowed, even if all inclusive. No food allowed at the pool area or rooms, extra charges applies

One of the finest hotels I’ve stayed at in Abu Dhabi, excelling in cleanliness, hospitality, and service. This hotel truly deserves seven stars.

Most of the rooms have electric issues. Pool not deep at all, water reach your hips only when standing up. Night time very dead and boring, there is no entritenment at all, at 9pm you are in a deep sleep alteady😴

My thoughts and opinions were shared with staff on checkout and an apology was given, but a good will gesture would have been nice, particularly since I had a list of bad experiences

2 disadvantages of the hotel: it is big and long, if you get a room far from the elevator, there is a bit of a walk. The pool tries to cool the water but fails, so the water is warm (month of August)

What an exceptional member of staff Kalindu was who cleans the rooms. He was so helpful and had such lovely manner. Rooms were always super clean. Hotel staff were lovely and hotel was central

I stayed at Park Arjaan by Rotana for a week, and it was my first time there. The place is more like an apartment hotel, so if you’re a family or someone who needs extra space and a kitchen, this is a really good option

What made the situation worse was the unprofessional and discourteous attitude of the staff member handling my check-in. This level of service is unacceptable, especially from a hotel of this standard

He was extremely friendly, attentive to every detail, and made sure that both I and my children, Mazen and Wateen, enjoyed our mornings. His warm hospitality truly made our stay even more memorable

I am disappointed with my recent experience at Arjaan Rotana. Despite arriving at 3:30 PM, I was informed that my room was not ready and was kept waiting in the reception area for over an hour

Although we ate the restaurants in the resort, the choice to stay in and cook our own food was nice. Grocery stores where within a five minute drive. The staff was exceptionally helpful and made our stay an enjoyable one

Upon arrival, hotel reception upgraded us to a slightly larger villa, which was greatly appreciated. The restaurant staff were excellent, swift cleaning plates and never far if something was needed

We stayed for a night and never imagined they have a massive outdoor pool I thought the pictures I saw from the internet were just photoshoped, thus one is for real. The room and toilet is huge and elegant

We came for buffet dinner on Italian night and absolutely loved it!! We were very surprised and impressed at the selection and quality of food on display considering the very reasonable price - only 155aed per person! A lovely chocolate moose cake, and a sweet red rose petals with towels gooses on the bed! That was really cool. The dinner was great alongside with the breakfast. Pools also with the beach were amazing

The kids’ club was nice and enjoyable, and the food was decent, though it could use a little improvement. In the afternoon, the pool area becomes shaded, which makes it very pleasant and relaxing

This made a huge difference for us, as it allowed him to enjoy his meal while we could walk around the buffet comfortably

Was here last year for a night and we remembered what a wonderful experience it was so we decided to bring family n friends and spend the weekend together and experience Grand Hyatt again!

Pretty far from downtown Abu Dhabi, but Uber was convenient. Room service was a bit inconsistent when we asked for ice buckets, but otherwise it was great

Currently, guests need to go to the lobby to collect their orders, which can be inconvenient after a long day or during a quiet night

Corniche Beach Very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping is excellent. They will provide you all amenities and will get you whatever you need on request.

Every time I return to Ramada Corniche Hotel, it continues to impress. The service is consistently excellent, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is ideal for both business and leisure

The hotel is centrally located with restaurants and supermarkets around it. I stayed there for a night only and used the room just for a sleeps night after an event in abu dhabi

It would be even better if they offered a discount for loyal guests who return regularly. Truly feels like a home away from home

The hotel has valet parking and check in was easy. There was a wet carpet as soon as i entered the room and the inhouse phone wasnt working which was fixed within minutes by the maintenance

I had asked for an iron and dental kit which was delivered within minutes

The hotel has several pools, but this is standard on Saadiyat Island. The toiletries were LE LABO, which I liked. Many hotels use BYREDO and Aqua, which I dislike because they smell unpleasant

Also in the morning, the housekeeping gave us a compliment gift which was a Hermes body lotion it was a cute thing from them, in general The atmosphere and the room were so comfortable that we didn't even feel the need to go out; we simply relaxed and enjoyed everything

The room was nice and spacious, with a large bathtub. The balcony had a clothes drying rack, and the pool and sea view were beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and varied

It was a wonderful experience! The hotel grounds, the service is impeccable. Very professional. The restaurants are well maintained, the staff is very attentive. We will definitely go back.

During the Christmas season, I spent several delightful days at the Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi, the very same Park Hyatt where Liu Yifei once stayed, and it turned out to be my favorite place where I lingered the longest during this trip

Regis, our room was upgraded to a suite on arrival, the staff couldn’t have been nicer! The little touches really do make a hotel, we had welcome drinks & cool towel on arrival, then escorted to our suite! The bed was so soft and comfy, the bathroom was spotless and had everything you needed

We got invited to a champagne reception before dinner which was so lovely! The breakfast was incredible, so much choice and everything was delicious. We used to pool and beach everyday

Quintessentially St. Regis. All the staffs were great. Breakfast was superb. Only minor downside is lack of kid's facility, but everything else makes up for this.

Stands out grandly next to sister hotel, Traders Hotel. Beautifully decorated corridors that lead to the rooms which can be converted into a 2 room suite. Bathrooms in red marble showed opulence in its time

All amenities are plush, beds very comfortable. Buffet dinner had a select spread of cuisine, catering to Middle Eastern, Asian and Western palates. Night view from pool was mesmerizing!

The room was spotless, well-organized, and had a breathtaking sea view. 🌊 Breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and every staff member I met was friendly and extremely helpful

The hotel is nice overall. Room is probably 8 out of 10. Unfortunately we were placed into a smoking room and were too tired to change it. We do not smoke and the you could smell the ciggarette hint in the room.

Lovely and peaceful place, the staff was very friendly and helpful. You will have all what you need here supermarket, pharmace, spa, restaurants, coffee shops,and clean and fun swimming pool.

Second time we’ve stayed here, rooms need updating as some are better than others but all in all a great stay…pool is nice and the staff are lovely Sanderson’s is good for breakfast too

Our family enjoyed a quiet weekend night at the Andalus Al Seef Hotel.  We appreciated getting the pool-view room we requested, and the peaceful atmosphere was a welcome change

It was an amazing stay. First we had a problem with the heater because it was still in the winter but they were very accommodating to offer and transfer us to the other room with better internet and upgraded amenities.
