Whilst the premises are nice the customer service lacks that personal touch and felt more like a cheap resort (despite the high price) where no one cares. Staff are clueless when asked a question and apart from breakfast staff no one seemed interested. Have no hesitation recommending this hotel to anyone. The staff were so incredibly helpful and friendly; the food choices are excellent; the rooms are very comfortable and well equipped; and everything is exceptionally clean. Everything has been thought out so you can have the most relaxing stress free holiday possible.

The hotel is great, and the key is that there is an all-inclusive package, which opens the Jelly Sea with one click. I spent a few days lying and eating by the sea, and felt that the time was too short! The food was quite good, and there was also a children's playground for kids, with great facilities and a great swimming pool. It was a little cold in February, so I'll go back later if it's hot!

In Abu Dhabi the best Rixos. I love this chain because it is all inclusive, elite drinks, great staff and service. Clean and new rooms, I recommend. Come you will not regret.

I stayed there with my friend. Never stay at room 913, we had so much little problems In the room. We liked food, very kind staff. But hotel need to renovate some rooms I guess. We have been at our friends room on three second floor, and his room was super nice, cozy and DRY. Our room was wet all the time. Even bed set got wet, and there was a musty, moldy smell
