Needs a bar around the kiddies water park as all the kids are around the main pool. You are told to say close to bar area if you have a drink, but kids can swim and be on floats, slashing all around you

Based on my experience, staying at Dusit Thani for over 10 months, I can confidently state that it is the best value for money, has the most hospitable staff and excellent on-site facilities

One of my favorite hotels in Abu Dhabi for inexpensive but decent hospitality. The buffet breakfast is, in my view, top 5 in Abu Dhabi. An excellent salad station as well as the usual egg and bread dishes

We stayed for a night and never imagined they have a massive outdoor pool I thought the pictures I saw from the internet were just photoshoped, thus one is for real. The room and toilet is huge and elegant

We found all hotel staff to be very polite, friendly and helpful. Rooms are a good size, very quiet, have comfortable beds and great showers - perfect after a day exploring the Yas Island theme parks

Best location for us as a family, especially since our main goal was to visit all the theme parks in Yas Island. Our stay had multiple access to the parks inclusive. Very worth for our family of 6

This is one of the best and I mean the BEST hotels in Yas Island. The lobby was amazing and was stunning! We were greeted by the nice staff members and went into our room ( which was amazing )

Reviews for Hotel - Though we had Senior Citizens, we had the trouble to adjust in the bathtub which Is of very height, and seniors can't even climb for bathing. The hotel even didn't suggest or help us with the same

I had a excellent experience staying in this hotel during the weekend. Staff were well trained, kind and very supportive. Buffet was amazing and there were variety of food

As for me only drawback was chairs in the beach is little congested. Room had a city view which was very picturesque. It's very when the city was lit up during night time. Everything was nicely arranged

This newish hotel, delivered a spectacular stay. From the standard double to Grand Club Suite, the views are breathtaking. Make sure you stay on the side overlooking the palace

The dining experience had already been ruined, and it was an embarrassing situation. I hope the staff can be trained better to prevent this from happening again

Understandably I was panicking but I spoke with Charles on the Guest Services desk who was extremely helpful, on multiple occasions, who recommended a local GP clinic which would be able to treat me without having to overpay for care

Especially the acacia cooks and Saleh from the reception made my Stay really great! Thank you Saleh for bringing joy to the customers and helping them with issues! I‘am Glad i made a new friend there, so i can always visit the Beach rotana and knowing that there Are good people working there!

FYI- it seems if you don't book the all-inclusive or dine around option before arrival, you can't upgrade once you are there, and not all tour operators offer either of the all-inclusive packages too- so check when you book

Having spent 4 months here all I can say is what a great place, a credit to the staff that work here, from Christian at reception to Patrick at the car park desk. Hannah at the gym and Fawas who has been room service

W Hotel Yas Island is fantastic! The pool party is stunning with amazing views, and the vibe is unmatched on the weekends. The DJ keeps the energy high, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive

The only point I didn’t like was the formula cars in the early morning starting at 9:00 AM so if you think about having a good sleep you will not have it

We went to their Saturday brunch at Sim Sim last Saturday and had a great time! The food was outstanding and such a huge variety of dishes and cuisines

Conference rooms: the setup was great, and they brought a lot of food along with coffees/teas and juices which were available throughout the day. All the staff were very polite and accommodated all our requests

Hotel guests also get a 25% discount in all the restaurant. Service: all the staff members were so polite, always smiling and happy to help. We didn't have a single issue during our stay

Everything was great. Special mention for Sabina in Cho GAO restaurant, we saw her kind face last year and again this time. She is a standout and made our evening all the more special.

This was a great hotel in Abu Dhabi. Room are quite neat and in order. It just one street away from Hamdan Street. I remember they do have a nice sports bar and steak restaurant(The Fondry I think)

Low WiFi is a bit of a drag, but the rest is fine, but not prestigious. Restaurant is good, still need to try the top floor terrasse restaurant, but the best is the good service and kindness of the staff
