Best Hotels in Abu Dhabi City

Visited Abu Dgabi in May 2025 and stayed in this hotel for three nights. Had an excellent experience with the beautiful city of Abu Dhabi, excellent hotel, and nice people in the hotel and in the streets

I also wanted to thank the Manager who tried his best to find solutions to solving the problem of our electric adapter by sending a thoughtful technician

Good location and good service

Overall, not the best experience, and I wouldn’t choose this hotel again unless improvements are made

Beautiful hotel with prime location, near with everywhere and connected with Al Wahda Mall which is really on point

We had a pleasant stay at Crown plaza, Staff were very supportive I would like to mention about Mr. Tulasi (room service guy) who provided us great service. Rooms and amenities are top notch and are well maintained

Had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza! From the seamless check-in to their attentive assistance, the staff, particularly Nadine, demonstrated remarkable professionalism and made my experience truly enjoyable

There were some issues with preparing our room, but they were resolved quickly. The food was amazing, and the location was very convenient — the beach and the airport were both nearby.

We had 2 night stay in Crowne Plaza Yas Island and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel & rooms were well maintained, clean and organized. Rooms we're very comfortable, and service was really good

We enjoyed our stay at the Rixos although it's not as good as the property on Saadiyat Island. The buffet selection was not as comprehensive as other Rixos properties and Turquoise was closed for renovation

We were not made aware of restaurant closures when we booked or that the 2 a la carte restaurants would be payable. This was disappointing and worth bearing in mind when booking all inclusive

I was there for Solana Breakpoint. Nestled on Yas Island's vibrant waterfront, this hotel delivers prime access to Etihad Arena's electric events and the bustling Yas Bay Promenade, alive with diverse dining gems

Unlike other brunches that bring you the food its more of a a buffet style brunch where you can pick what you want. The food was extremely good and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I'll be going back again soon

One of my favorite hotels in Abu Dhabi for inexpensive but decent hospitality. The buffet breakfast is, in my view, top 5 in Abu Dhabi. An excellent salad station as well as the usual egg and bread dishes

It was our first time being away for Christmas and we had the best time! The location speaks for itself - if you’re a car lover and car noises are like the sound of music to you, you’ll love it! The room was spacious with a great view of the track, and the cleaning was to a high standard

When we were in the hotel, we spent most of our time on the Wet Deck (rooftop bar & pool on Floor 9) and the attentiveness, the friendliness and the professionalism meant we could not ask for more

Highly appreciate the surprise too!! Rooms are spacious and neatly designed. My favourite part were the calming colours used. Common facilities are adequate and in good conditions

We came for buffet dinner on Italian night and absolutely loved it!! We were very surprised and impressed at the selection and quality of food on display considering the very reasonable price - only 155aed per person! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 — Exceptional Stay at Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi I recently booked a stay at the Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi for my mother, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish

The pool service, however, was not as good. We ordered drinks and food, and it took a very long time to arrive. The staff member there was also not very friendly and seemed unmotivated

Rooms were nice, had a good view, room service was great but some of our plugs werent working, even when we turned on the plug switch so make sure to test out your plugs

Karan was very helpful with our bags, very polite, would always answer with a smile, was very kind helping my grandmother with wheel chair and helping with our concerns in hotel throughout our stay

The food was outstanding—breakfast was varied and fresh, and the restaurants offered a fantastic selection of international dishes. The pool, fitness center, and spa were perfect for relaxation

We had a wonderful stay at the Beach Rotana Abu Dhabi. The food was excellent, delicious and always freshly prepared. The rooms were consistently clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable

Excellent Stay at Beach Rotana Suites! Our stay at Beach Rotana Suites was truly exceptional! The suites are beautifully designed spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with stunning views and all the amenities you could ask for

They were always very friendly, professional and incredibly attentive. Their excellent service really made a difference and contributed to a great holiday experience

They have all kind of equipment and several rooms. Did not check if they have Sauna/Steam though or locker rooms. Overall very good and very nice 4 plus stars hotel

Wonderful Family Stay at Bab Al Qasr Hotel Abu Dhabi I recently stayed at Bab Al Qasr Hotel Abu Dhabi for the second time with my granddaughter, and once again, it was an absolutely beautiful experience

Their professionalism truly enhances the overall experience. Bab Al Qasr continues to be my favorite hotel in Abu Dhabi, especially for a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway

We love the time we spend here last week. The room was big, clean and very comfortable. The ambiance of the hotel is very welcoming and staff is very friendly and attentive to our request

We have all experienced afternoon teas in the UK but this surpasses any we have ever had, even in the top London hotels. Cannot fault them on anything, just wow, wow, wow

Everything is exceptional here. The room, the staff, the cleanliness, the beach, the view, and the food. You name it! It is the perfect place if you want to recharge your batteries

We had fun by the beach and the pool as well. The next day, we had breakfast at the hotel and there food was heavenly. There was a lot of choices to our preference

As compared to other 5star hotels choices are limited and not well presented. For 1-2 days it's okay but if you are staying any longer you will get bored. Plus, staff is not well trained to tackle busy situations

Hotel was clean and the cleaning staff did an excellent job with our room. We had an all inclusive package which saved us a fortune

We booked 2 rooms and stayed for 3nights as a family. It's a old property but quite well maintained even though bathroom is small. They have a swimming pool, and a private beach which is a big bonus

If it's the case and policy then it should be very clearly mentioned when we book a family room. Shiju was really helpful and well communicated. Overall, it's a good hotel but definitely not a child friendly place

It's worth noting that there are very good restaurants, I especially liked the seafood restaurant Fishmarket and the Middle Eastern Byblos. Definitely book with breakfast, it's excellent

Beautiful location on Saadiyat beach. Venue is beautiful and amenities fantastic. Its very kid friendly with a special area dedicated for kids. Additionally there is an adult only pool

Also they have adult sections at the beach and pool which is so good! And lifeguards even adhere to those rules, say if a kid wants to jump from the edge into the adult pool they will tell the kid politely to leave

A Perfect Destination for a Short Relaxing Getaway🩵 I chose Saadiyat Island for its stunningly clear and clean turquoise sea🩵🩵🤩. The beach was absolutely beautiful and refreshing! soft white sand, crystal-clear water

We meet one lady there I think she’s from the reservation team, I think her name was Lisa. She help us to follow up about the minibar and she call the housekeeping department to clean our room
