Today I had the pleasure to meet Jyoti Mainali at the beautiful lobby lounge. I must say I was truly impressed by her service and her personality. She was super polite and her smile and attitude is just heartwarming

Spotless and cleaning service was extremely good. All staff were extremely attentive and helpful

What a lovely afternoon sipping tea, enjoying the ambience and chatting. Patrick and Nike were so attentive. We spent five hours in beauty and peace. We will definitely do this again

We highly recommend the observation deck 300 to watch the sun set with food and beverage package

The hotel website doesn’t match up to what the hotel actually has. Restaurants and bars are not all open. Spa menu is not correct either.

Dona’s professionalism, warmth, and dedication to ensuring a comfortable stay for guests were truly remarkable. Her attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond made my visit memorable

Food and inclusive drinks, including a la carte restaurants are exceptionally and consistently high quality. Beach is so clear and clean whereby we regularly saw fish swim by our feet

The resort itself is absolutely stunning, with lush tropical gardens, sparkling pools, and breathtaking views of the crystal-clear sea

We visited with our 3 year old son. This is the best hotel we have visited as a family so far and we have been to more than a few! The all inclusive package is really ALL INCLUSIVE

Good hotel with friendly staff. Sky bar package gives you access to Sky Bar with unlimited food and drinks which is a really good deal

We stayed for a night and never imagined they have a massive outdoor pool I thought the pictures I saw from the internet were just photoshoped, thus one is for real. The room and toilet is huge and elegant

It is the best choice for a luxury stay with your family. My kids started to ask to go to visit Abu Dhabi frequently just to stay in the Ritz. The staff are friendly and they greet you with warm hospitality

One of my favorite hotels in Abu Dhabi for inexpensive but decent hospitality. The buffet breakfast is, in my view, top 5 in Abu Dhabi. An excellent salad station as well as the usual egg and bread dishes

In addition, there is jacuzzi, bar, sun beds with tower provided. Room is good size with incredible view of the Abu DAbi. There are Zumba, cycling classes available in the gym

The rooms are very comfortable, you sleep like a child. The pool, private beach, jacuzzi, sauna, ping pong, very good. All that is missing is a pool table

Dinning is excellent at breakfast, great food with plenty of choice, service yet again is outstanding. There is nothing really to fault at W and we will be coming back again and again

My reservation was 2 nights and there was a mistake in our reservation (we made our reservation by phone) and it was solved by Ms. Tatiana and we make our reservation 3 nights instead of 2 nights

This hotel is a gem! We were given a view of Hudayriat, where you can see the sun rise. I love how you can just push the “curtains open” button and you can enjoy the view in front of you

Even though it is facing construction, this did not deter us from staying because of the ambiance and convenience of having amazing restaurants in the hotel next to it. Staffs are amazing especially the frontlines

The facilities are good they do have 2 different pools and beach. There is kids club as well and pool with slide for kids

We ended up having 3 during our 5 day stay. Good size pools and plenty of space and loungers. I would only come back if the rooms are refurbished with new balconies

Rooms are a little dated but still spacious and comfortable with everything you need. The grounds really make this hotel with plenty of lovely restaurants, pools and a beach to choose from

The St Regis is a delight! The hotel is excellent, quiet luxury - that's what it's all about! A very green and cozy area, despite its size - the hotel is very large, almost 400 rooms

The bed is very comfortable, the service is amazing 🤩, the beach is lovely, the staff are very helpful! The kids club is the best I’ve ever been to and it is completely free! There are activities and games and children 4 years and older can stay there without an adult

An excellent pool for adults - there are gazebos with fans, cool water in the pool, a lot of shade and greenery, they wipe glasses, bring fruit and ice cream, bring water in an ice bucket and constantly refresh it

It has a huge gym, a full-size swimming pool, sauna, hammam, squash and tennis court. We played tennis in the mornings and evenings. The manager Santan is a very cool guy and a good person

Each of the 5 stars are more than deserved at Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi! We had big expectations when we booked our stay here, we arrived 2 days ago and so far our stay is just perfect and the hotel more than exceeded our expectations! We booked half board package and it was an amazing choice! The quality and variety of the buffets is really perfect

The sea-view room was amazing, the bed was really comfortable, and bathroom perfect! One of the best parts was the breakfast, don't stay there without having that awesome breakfast! Another great part was the beach area: soft white-sand beach, blue water
