There were some issues with preparing our room, but they were resolved quickly. The food was amazing, and the location was very convenient — the beach and the airport were both nearby.

I had a lovely stay. My room is expansive and comes with a great bathtub which I enjoyed each night. It's a resort-style, family-friendly setting with helpful staff. However, the room and facilities felt quite dated. We stayed on the top floor, where a drainage issue in the bathroom made showering difficult. On the bright side, there’s a nearby mall with a supermarket and a wide range of dining options - La Brioche is highly recommended.

Our family enjoyed a quiet weekend night at the Andalus Al Seef Hotel.  We appreciated getting the pool-view room we requested, and the peaceful atmosphere was a welcome change. our room was very dirty and not to our standards when we checked in but as soon as we spoke to the front desk team, they upgraded our room and ensured that we were happy. The whole team is very polite, friendly and always smiling. Head chef at the breakfast time was a happy chappy and engaged with all the guests personally.
