Elflabera was excellent at the bar! One day there wasn’t seats at the pool and she made sure she found us some and then looked after us very well all week

Other than 1) the food, which was just good, although plenty of choice. Speciality restaurants were disappointing. 2) the pool, which had kids splashing everywhere, including around the swim up bar

Needs a bar around the kiddies water park as all the kids are around the main pool. You are told to say close to bar area if you have a drink, but kids can swim and be on floats, slashing all around you

One of my favorite hotels in Abu Dhabi for inexpensive but decent hospitality. The buffet breakfast is, in my view, top 5 in Abu Dhabi. An excellent salad station as well as the usual egg and bread dishes

Salam street is behind the hotel that enables a fast travel to Dubai and Yas Island. Hotel staff is humble and happily provide you any kind of extra facility upon availability without putting a hole in your pocket

Impossible to fault really - beautiful facilities including gym and rooftop pool, amazing breakfast buffet and also had the most amazing buffet lunch one of the days

The pool area is lovely with a shallow area for little ones and a deep. The beach is lovely but the only issue I have is when there are boats or anything the waves are quite high

We stayed for a night and never imagined they have a massive outdoor pool I thought the pictures I saw from the internet were just photoshoped, thus one is for real. The room and toilet is huge and elegant

It is the best choice for a luxury stay with your family. My kids started to ask to go to visit Abu Dhabi frequently just to stay in the Ritz. The staff are friendly and they greet you with warm hospitality

Where to begin? From the bellhop, reception, room service, house keeping, we felt special and well taken care of. They are so accommodating that you need nothing to worry about and just enjoy your stay

Best location for us as a family, especially since our main goal was to visit all the theme parks in Yas Island. Our stay had multiple access to the parks inclusive. Very worth for our family of 6

It was really modern and elegant! The view wasn’t too bad but we still enjoyed the room. The buffet was amazing, serving dishes daily and was really yummy! The pool was amazing and we really had a blast there!

Reviews for Hotel - Though we had Senior Citizens, we had the trouble to adjust in the bathtub which Is of very height, and seniors can't even climb for bathing. The hotel even didn't suggest or help us with the same

While the hotel pool is satisfactory, the beach is rather diminutive. The lobby lounge is impressive, offering a tranquil ambiance suitable for work and an extensive selection of delectable treats

The pool is large and faces over the beach. The gym is large and has an amazing sauna. We enjoyed also the Italian restaurant “Verso” - very authentic Italian cuisine

The rooms are clean, quite comfortable, a huge bathroom with separate shower, toilet and bathtub. Wifi is free, underground parking is free. The beach is small, but private, the pool is chest-deep, but long and warm

Good place with super helpful staff and room service. The rooms need a bit of a refresh and maintenance. Also the location was a bit far from most of the places we wanted to go to in Abu Dhabi which was a bit of a bummer

We had wonderful and relaxing holidays in the hotel. There were a lot of excellent moments but two of them are must to highlight. The food and the service in the Turtle Bay Bar & Grill was fantastic

We went to their Saturday brunch at Sim Sim last Saturday and had a great time! The food was outstanding and such a huge variety of dishes and cuisines

The food (we had breakfast, dinner only) is great, lot's of options for all tastes. Everything is clean and beautiful, beach is nice, not so big though

Conference rooms: the setup was great, and they brought a lot of food along with coffees/teas and juices which were available throughout the day. All the staff were very polite and accommodated all our requests

Hotel guests also get a 25% discount in all the restaurant. Service: all the staff members were so polite, always smiling and happy to help. We didn't have a single issue during our stay

Everything was great. Special mention for Sabina in Cho GAO restaurant, we saw her kind face last year and again this time. She is a standout and made our evening all the more special.

I stayed there for 4days and 3 nights. The service quality was really superb. The food was really great in both break fast and lunch. As I am a fitness enthusiast, I also loved working out in their gym as well

My husband and I stayed there on a 24 hour stopover between flights and we were really pleased

Check-out. We checked-in late at 9pm and the latest we're allowed to stay was 1pm, where clearly the hotel isn't busy and at least didn't seem to have many guests, could've been kind enough to let us stay longer.

This was a great hotel in Abu Dhabi. Room are quite neat and in order. It just one street away from Hamdan Street. I remember they do have a nice sports bar and steak restaurant(The Fondry I think)

The staff, from the reception to the restaurant waiters, to the poolside team - are always courteous, professional, and friendly. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, featuring both a bathtub and a shower

A spectacular hotel that is the definition of luxury. I was a guest there so I don’t know how much the rooms cost but I do assume they’re pricey. Rooms are spacious and decadent. Direct and spacious beach access

One is gluten free so needed extra considerations to his diet. The service was amazing with Dino and Thuli being so attentive. This is the second time I have been but first for my friends and we all enjoyed it enormously

Probably my only downside is that there is a lot of wasps and bees near one of the pools which makes it a bit hard to relax in that area if you are scared of them (like me)
