We used the business fascilities which were great. The staff is super nice and available! One thing: I would love to play the nice piano in the foyer but it was not permitted. Maybe next time, see you soon!🙂👍🙂

Comfortable stay - room was clean and service was good. I didn’t use too many of the amenities and it was short stay but I had a look at the gym and pool - they looked great. Very good value for money. Close to SZGM.

This is a nice hotel close to the Al Mariyah island. They share the same building with Abu Dhabi mall which is great. Another awesome mall Galleria is 20 mins walk with bunch of places to eat and shop.

The staff is always attentive and ready to assist with any request. I would like to particularly mention the housekeeping staff member, Gayan, who ensured our room was perfectly clean every day

There is a bus stop quite close to the hotel, but we recommend taking a taxi. However, be aware that the front-door can get quite crowded with all of the cars parking there

Everything is great. Amazoing breakfast and pool with bar

Rooms were lovely with plenty of facilities and we managed to get a pool and sea view (in a club level room). We will definately be returning here when we can and we highly recommend it

Simply the best hotel in Abu Dhabi!!!! I loved the gym which is so spacious and professional (and brownie points to the sauna in the shower/changing room) Food was also excellent, had breakfast and dinner buffet at the hotel when I felt lazy and didn’t want to go out

In November, Dubai and Abu Dhabi all increased their prices. In fact, you don't need to book a hotel with tickets. Excluding the tickets, the prices are about the same. This shuttle bus is just 50 meters from the door

Addressing Disparities in Service at Southern Sun Abu Dhabi I am writing to express my observations regarding the service at Southern Sun Abu Dhabi, which I have frequented during my travels as an African professional in international sectors

On two separate occasions, I felt a marked reluctance from the porter to assist with parking my vehicle or to allocate a driver, a stark contrast to the prompt and proactive assistance offered to a European guest who arrived just before me

I asked for an iron and ironing board and it was brought right to my room. The gym was great and had a lot of useful equipment compared to other hotels. Thanks to Alice and Asad for being very helpful

Specifically, I've perceived a difference in how staff, including those of African descent, engage with and assist African guests compared to those of European backgrounds

While my second visit offered a satisfactory experience, I've noted a concerning disparity in the level of service provided during my first and most recent stays

The hotel has basement parking and if you’re lucky, parking right outside the hotel too

The nepali (i think) gentleman who was at the coffeeshop lobby and the pool staff upstairs. and then there is breakfast, the whole team were so jolly and very hospitable

Located in the new financial center of Abu Dhabi, it is more business-like overall. I booked a basic room, which is actually quite small. It is enough for two people to stay in. The service staff are very enthusiastic

The most beautiful hotel I have visited in my world tours. It is connected to the best malls in the world, Galleria Mall. Nothing compares to it.

First of all it has to be said, that we had a very pleasant welcoming! The location of the hotel is perfect. The staff is very friendly and we really enjoyed the pool area

The only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't open the window. As a result, I felt very isolated in the room, like I was in a box or a cave. Also, the lighting in the room was weak, so it was kind of dark
