What a fantastic hotel! This is our very first family vacation. My wife, son, and I had a wonderful time at this lovely hotel. The hotel has a large and beautiful pool, as well as a stunning view of the sea

There was everything you could wish for: from Eggs Benedict to hummus, hot and cold dishes, various yogurt options, a wide selection of breads, eggs in any variation, and an impressive array of fresh fruits

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The service was excellent, especially thanks to the attentive and friendly staff member Vanessa, who always served us with a smile

The service at this hotel is first class, they immediately solve any problem you may have, all the staff is exceptional. Each one is more friendly than the next

The restaurants that the hotel has have a very good selection of options. The breakfast is wonderful, it has a great selection of dishes, you won't need to have lunch, just go straight to dinner

Also, the girls Varvara and Tomi held various events (karaoke, mini disco, competitions and games), we really loved playing darts, water polo

Apart from those, it's a fantastic hotel with greater pool area, access to a private beach with safeguard and bars with drinks and snacks. The gym is good and relatively big

Absolutely in love with this hotel! All departments are working extremely well! Especially loved the housekeeping team! Maria from the housekeeping was exceptional professional! My family and I will come back!

The connection with the mall is a great idea, you can go shopping or lunch almost anytime. The main entrance is super luxurious and gives you amazing impress about the hotel itself

Just for improvement, waiting time for the parking must be lessened and the checking in time as well. Improved system must be enhanced still. I have to add, towels were not always available in the swimming pool area

Mohammed on reception and Joseph one of the managers were also great. Beach and pool are good, interiors are really nice and feels nearly renovated. Everything spotless and smelling good

In summary, our stay was enjoyable, with many highlights including the superb staff, great facilities, and comfortable rooms. This hotel offers a wonderful experience and we look forward to visiting again

The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond by offering us upgrades and all the benefits. The late checkout option was extremely appreciated since we had a late flight

Rooms were impeccably clean and comfy. The three swimming pools (including one for kids) and the private beach in front of the hotel in the middle of the city makes this a real oasis

They even gave us a chocolate cake on the house to celebrate Father’s Day. The staff were also very smiley and friendly. Would definitely recommend! It really could not have been better and such a good price

Abigail was the most incredible host to us. She was nothing but helpful, attentive and polite. The cocktails we had were amazing. The farmers margarita and Sandi’s cocktails were the best I’ve ever had

The hotel is more than wonderful. The room is beautiful and the bathroom is also very clean. Their breakfast is also delicious. They have a corridor that takes you to the hospital and to the mall

There was a large selection of flavours and treats and everything was so delicious. The atmosphere was very calm and the jazz playing in the background was perfect

We had afternoon tea at Majilis for Fathers Day and it was just utterly lovely. The food was brought out straight away and it was all very fresh

Simply perfect! Three days stay feels like one week vacation. Everything was perfect, the stuff everywhere is very professional and at the same time very friendly and helpful

Always like to sit in their Lobby. Amazing vibe but need to work on developing their coffee and offer more beans variety instead of using the ready machine coffee. The terrace is fantastic but only useful in winter time.

Extremely expensive… but not for the quality you get. Excellent rooms. Service is top notch. Their restaurants are great and their lobby lounge has what I consider the best Americano in the city if not the country.

I was their for 5 nights with my wife and it was amazing, the food which cafe palmier served us was amazing, chef Mercy and the wonderful waitress (Jyoti) provided us a beautiful and unforgetable hospitality which me and my wife wont ever forget

Check-out. We checked-in late at 9pm and the latest we're allowed to stay was 1pm, where clearly the hotel isn't busy and at least didn't seem to have many guests, could've been kind enough to let us stay longer.

- Poolside chill: The rooftop pool has shade, which is a lifesaver in Abu Dhabi's heat. Not-So-Great Stuff: - Breakfast battle royale: The breakfast room has a nice view, but it's kinda small

I had to wait a bit for a table during rush hour. - Not-so-big pool dip: The rooftop pool, while refreshing, is on the smaller side

The breakfast area is too small with maybe 10 tabels and the hotel has 16 floor of rooms if not mistaken and the pool is on the smaller side as well

The hotel's breakfast has many options to choose from and I must admit it was neither easy to decide nor possible to try out everything. But if you miss it after a long sleep over, try ordering their All Day Breakfast

Love this hotel / apartment complex. Very clean awesome service and it's my home away from home everytime I'm in Abu Dhabi. I will see you all again in just a few short days! Looking forward to it!

The Captqin at the concierge, Mr. Asgar was so full of hospitality right from the check in time till we left. All the restaurants, pool and the bars are excellent. Did not get time to experience the Wellness facilities

This was a great find after my original hotel was over booked. The Rotana were very helpful even at 3am! The room was very comfortable and spacious with a balcony over the pool and with views of the Grand Prix track

Sondos was kind and very thoughtful, She took care of our room and reserved the best view. Unfortunately, once we entered the swimming pool, the staff kept asking for our room number, and the booking name

More than three times!! I asked why, they replied to double check! But I still do not understand for what? We ordered food from the swimming pool bar, reached one hour of waiting

Seamed like it was built only for serving F1 GP guests, the circuit is right next to the hotel. Food service is prime, the pool is small for serving peak time load

A 4 star hotel novotel is better it has more food options and a larger swimming pool. The pool at Mariota is quite short cannot fit even 20 people in it

I thoroughly enjoy the Thursday ladies' night karaoke at 25. For just AED 50, you get 5 drinks along with a food voucher. Ace, the host, is absolutely exceptional. Her ability to engage with the crowd is remarkable

We stayed during the covid pandemic. Took one of the villas facing the giraffe enclosure. Really only one restaurant for us to eat at though then. Especially the elephant show

Love this place. Not too big, but you can feed a lot of animals. I feel this Zoo is most convenient to visit with kids so they are not getting too tired to see all animals.
