I stayed in this hotel for 14 days and I loved it! Perfect location and services. The swimming pool is awesome and has nice private beach

Khalidiya palace is one of the beautiful hotel we ever visited. Rooms and food service excellent. So many activities to keep the guest happy. Kids club is very nice place for the kids. Excellent activities for kids

As for me only drawback was chairs in the beach is little congested. Room had a city view which was very picturesque. It's very when the city was lit up during night time. Everything was nicely arranged

She spends nice time with the kids, is present in the moment, tries to make the most out of it and tells you how the kids were doing. :) Thank you hotel team I had a great time and take good memories

Staff very friendly and willing to go out and beyond to make your stay as pleasant as possible. They have nice Middle Eastern restaurant with nice views and live music on the weekend

I had a excellent experience staying in this hotel during the weekend. Staff were well trained, kind and very supportive. Buffet was amazing and there were variety of food

The staff is always attentive and ready to assist with any request. I would like to particularly mention the housekeeping staff member, Gayan, who ensured our room was perfectly clean every day

Really nice place with an excellent gym etc. the pool closes at 8pm which I thought was a bit early for me. Plenty of choice in the food menu and beautiful and clean for dining area.

Simply the best hotel in Abu Dhabi!!!! I loved the gym which is so spacious and professional (and brownie points to the sauna in the shower/changing room) Food was also excellent, had breakfast and dinner buffet at the hotel when I felt lazy and didn’t want to go out

This is a business hotel, wonderful, clean. Far from the infrastructure, you can get to the mosque by taxi, since there are highways around, you won't get there. Breakfasts are not varied but enough, very tasty

Yes, it is located far from the center of Abu Dhabi, but we are by car - it was very convenient for us! Maybe even taking into account the entire route, it was a very good location) just Lahari

Bar tender I don’t know the name of him, was gave us special gestures to feel good. Breakfast was good with plenty of varieties. Overall it was good experience

We will definitely come back here again! However, it’s worth noting that there is currently construction going on near the hotel. While we didn’t hear any noise in our room, it was noticeable outside

Rotana Yas Island Hotel left only the most pleasant impressions! It has a convenient location, just a few minutes away from the main attractions of the island

There is a bus stop quite close to the hotel, but we recommend taking a taxi. However, be aware that the front-door can get quite crowded with all of the cars parking there

We had breakfast and dinner all-you-can-eat buffets at one of the hotel's restaurants (the one on the ground-floor) both of which were quite tasty with had enough variety

We booked our room through Booking and stayed here as a couple. The check-in process was very straight-forward and everyone was really helpful

The restaurant here BULL AND ? Bull and Stitch or just full of bull had good steaks but everything else was sub par. The twice baked potato and cauliflower dish was inedible

We met the manager who worked a beautiful blue outfit and her junior the next morning who had ordered a to go breakfast since we were flying out

By the way the help desk not a real concierge staff is so so but our last day we met two young ladies who at least tried

For a hotel of this caliber, the service and attention to detail were surprisingly inconsistent. Check-in was slow, and the staff seemed overwhelmed despite it not being a peak period

There was little of the personalized touch you’d expect from a brand like Four Seasons. The room, while clean and beautifully designed, had maintenance issues

The air conditioning was noisy, and the lighting system was overly complicated to operate. For the high price point, I expected these basics to be flawless

Hotel is just 10 minutes away from the parks. Rooms are nice and clean. Be aware that double bad is a queen size only. Staff if nice and hospitable. Overall we had comfortable and pleasant stay.

Actually been here multiple times but first time got skin allergies all over my body. But not sure the origin if regarding the food I ate in their hotel during lunch or in their sheets/towels or air-conditioning

A 4 star hotel novotel is better it has more food options and a larger swimming pool. The pool at Mariota is quite short cannot fit even 20 people in it

My room is expansive and comes with a great bathtub which I enjoyed each night. I Love the stunning entrance hall and the great location - making it 10-13min from TeamLab & Louvre, 30min from The Grand Mosque

The room is spacious, front desk is hopeful to recommend me go to their swimming pool for a shower after overnight flight. Breakfast is gorgeous esp the omelette, hope F&B team can work happier
