The hotel is showing its age, and it definitely needs some renovations. There were ongoing works on the floor where we stayed, which made the stay less comfortable. Service was not great either — staff seemed unaware of trip.com as a booking site, which caused some inconvenience during check-in. Overall, not the best experience, and I wouldn’t choose this hotel again unless improvements are made.

AC is too noisy, Mini Bar was not working

Marco's Italian was amazing, Food was included in the half board package and was just overall amazing. Buffet was also good but shining star was the Marco's Italian Stayed here 10 years ago and the rooms are almost identical, its still a great room layout but they need to be refurbished as its a lot of ware and tear Check in was amazing, pool service can be a bit better and restaurant is top notch

Have no hesitation recommending this hotel to anyone. The staff were so incredibly helpful and friendly; the food choices are excellent; the rooms are very comfortable and well equipped; and everything is exceptionally clean. Everything has been thought out so you can have the most relaxing stress free holiday possible.

The hotel is great, and the key is that there is an all-inclusive package, which opens the Jelly Sea with one click. I spent a few days lying and eating by the sea, and felt that the time was too short! The food was quite good, and there was also a children's playground for kids, with great facilities and a great swimming pool. It was a little cold in February, so I'll go back later if it's hot!

In Abu Dhabi the best Rixos. I love this chain because it is all inclusive, elite drinks, great staff and service. Clean and new rooms, I recommend. Come you will not regret.
