We had a wonderful experience. The rooms are very spacious. Food is great especially breakfast. I want to give special mention to Mateo. She is very friendly and helpful.

The staff of the hotel is very kind and polite. Zain and Karim helped a lot during my stay in hotel, they are very helpful and professional. The hospitality and attentiveness of the staff made my stay truly memorable. They were always willing to help and made me feel valued as a guest.

I stayed there for 4days and 3 nights . The service quality was really superb. The food was really great in both break fast and lunch. As I am a fitness enthusiast, I also loved working out in their gym as well.It's located in a prime location of Abu Dhabi , 24*7 cab and taxi service is available for traveling anywhere from there.

Everything is super cool. The calm environment and peace. The food was okay. Could have been so much better. Their iced latte was yum. Upon room service Abbas & Abdul Karim were VERY helpful. Such kind and gentle souls!

Rooms need upgrade. Carpet was stained and tiles are old. Water pressure in the bathroom is very low Very basic amenities provided On the plus side, service is excellent !

Excellent service and lavish breakfast including indian food options. Housekeeping response time is excellent and staff is polite and humble ready to help anytime. Free buses starts from right near to the hotel to all major attraction. Though rooms are small but value for money.

Hotel is just 10 minutes away from the parks. Rooms are nice and clean. Be aware that double bad is a queen size only. Staff if nice and hospitable. Overall we had comfortable and pleasant stay.

My husband and I stayed last September 17-19 to visit my sister. Location is perfect as it's in the city center. And you can walk easily to the mall and nearby restaurants. Nice place, but a little bit simple in general (above all the bathroom). We only stay for hours, due to the delay of our flight. 4 stars for the hotel, 5 stars for Mr. Yashmika (swimming pool lifeguard) he was very kind with us, and very careful with the wáter. Clean, well maintained and super convenient location. I was really happy to be able to check-in much earlier than the standard check in time due to my early flight. The free, frequent shuttle for the airport is very useful. The final touch is the free shuttle to some of the best tourist attractions like the grand mosque. Disappointed as the room doesn't feel fresh, there was some smell in the room, they don't provide toothpaste and brushes so please carry with you, if they can provide moisturiser with body wash and shampoo it would be better. I enjoyed their food.

This is a three star hotel close to Abu Dhabi Corniche. The rooms are spacy and clean, however the furniture seems tired and outdated. My room was huge and had 2 beds. Hot water was available during the day. The food was good. Great location, close to corniche, malls, restaurants. No swimming pool No gym No free parking, daily fees is 15 AED. TV channels are limited, and the quality of video and audio are so poor.

there was one elevator working, I wanted to leave earlier, and missed the breakfast of the last day, the hotel refused neither to refund me the amount of the last breakfast nor replace it with dinner for the previous night. that was disappointing for me!

My husband had work in AD and Ibis was the closest to his workplace. We went for their one bedroom apartment as we stayed for the whole week and needed to utilize the washing machine, kitchen and bigger space. “value for money” it's super cheap price, the room and bathroom is small but it's reasonable with the price. the only thing i don't like is that you need to ask for everything you need and i requested a non-smoking room but the hallway and elevator smells cigarettes even inside the room. Didn't like the experience as it was not a good value for the money paid and the room is small to accommodate a couple and a child. The facilities was less than average. The parking is underground and there is no valet parking. The staff were nice, check in and out was quick.

My issue was the Quite odd layout / setup with no reception desk - seemed like almost all staff were assigned to work at the radisson next door and none at the Park Inn. It was kinda hot in the room coz we asked for a room with a view so window was there -I think it kinda affect the room temp. But all in all, it was a good and spacious room. What I also liked was the two bottles 1.5L water which was unexpected. Usually in other hotels I've been to they serve 500ml bottle. They have table also for dining and 2 extra sofa chairs.

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay at the resort. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Every time I made a request I was met with immediate resolution. My baby loved being in a room in front of the deer and gazelles. We also enjoyed cooling off at the pool during the hot afternoon before visiting the animals in the evening.

If you love animals, this is a place you mustn't miss. We got upgraded to giraffe chalet for free. Unlimited access to park if you stay. All exotic birds walk with you in the passage. It was a great feeling.

Emirates Park Resort has a great location with direct access to the zoo, which is a unique and fun experience. However, the rooms were quite old and not up to standard. Housekeeping was a small team that only worked until 5 PM, which made it difficult to get the room cleaned if needed later in the day. We stayed during the covid pandemic. Got great rates . Stayed a couple nights. Took one of the villas facing the giraffe enclosure. Fab rooms . Great service . Really only one restaurant for us to eat at though then . All the shows were great . Especially the elephant show . Kids loved it .

The rooms are clean and big, but the rooms furniture were old and needs to be renewed.. also bathrooms needs maintenance and items like sink, showers to be replaced. Kitchen was fine. Good hotel with nearby asian food places like nemat kaddah and alibrahimi. And while staying ask about Walid at counter as other philipino are hard nuts to bargain ?

Clubs are too loud, can disturb sleep for some depending on the room location. Also, bathroom walls were not clean. But, they were equally accommodating and upgraded our room to ensure comfort.
