We are a couple with 2 kids staying for 40 nights. The hotel is nice and the people welcoming. It's been 10 days we are here and there is nothing wrong. The reception team are great and the cleaning team do an excellent job every time, today it was Fred ans Ibrahim, and they were very good and nice with us. And I would like to thank the lifeguard from the pool, he was very nice too

Didn't like the experience as it was not a good value for the money paid and the room is small to accommodate a couple and a child. The facilities was less than average. The parking is underground and there is no valet parking. The staff were nice, check in and out was quick.

I was an awesome experience at Premier Inn. Rooms are neat and well maintained. Food is awesome especially you get good VEGETARIAN food too. I did enjoy swimming and you get gym too for giving your day a healthy start. Staff is polite and very helpful. Enjoyed my stay!!

Our visit was amazing from the get go , we had 3 rooms booked for a large family and the reception staff helped us with all the rooms on the same floor in close proximity, thank you . I have stayed twice and a third reservation is also done in this hotel, although the room is tight but sufficient for me as I spend only a night. The staff is very nice, I happen to meet the manager of the hotel he too was very cooperative and was ready to fix my issue himself. We tried their breakfast buffet for the first time and it was amazing. The spread was just the right amount of breakfast staple. The highlight was the excellent service of the staff, special mention to Joyce who constantly checked on us to ensure we have everything we need. Will definitely be back.

Decent hotel. Property was almost new and well maintained. Reception was welcoming & cooperative. Reached early morning, and they accommodated with check-in before time. The room was a bit small as per UAE standard but neat & clean with super comfortable beds. The Washroom was nice with all the amenities a person needs during travelling.

I love this cute hotel. It’s so modern and intimate, the staff is great ! From the bell boy , to the bar man and the life guard. The room I was in was small but perfect for me, with views of Abu Dhabi. Clean and new in comparison to the old smelly hotels in the city. I’m coming back here.

We had booked afternoon tea here but my only regret is that it serves only sweet treats. We ordered very tasty sandwiches instead. Very friendly and efficient service.

Don't expect any kind of luxury here, its a 3 star hotel only. the location is good easy access to every where and you can get all essential things nearby walking distance. also its value for money. the building is looks old some basic toiletries are missing, they must think about the changing for batch towel, which i got my room ( Room No 1010) very old and expired also the wardrobe doors are swinging...

Disappointed as the room doesn't feel fresh, there was some smell in the room, they don't provide toothpaste and brushes so please carry with you, if they can provide moisturiser with body wash and shampoo it would be better. I enjoyed their food.

Good value for money. Location is good and facilities are also very good especially for the price. You get a clean room and a welcoming staff. They don’t have on-site parking but the government parking is right next to the hotel which costs about 15 dirhams for 24 hours.

This is a three star hotel close to Abu Dhabi Corniche. The rooms are spacy and clean, however the furniture seems tired and outdated. My room was huge and had 2 beds. Hot water was available during the day. The food was good. Great location, close to corniche, malls, restaurants. No swimming pool No gym No free parking, daily fees is 15 AED. TV channels are limited, and the quality of video and audio are so poor.

there was one elevator working, I wanted to leave earlier, and missed the breakfast of the last day, the hotel refused neither to refund me the amount of the last breakfast nor replace it with dinner for the previous night. that was disappointing for me!

I stayed in hotel 10+ days during last 4 weeks. Unfortunately, all in each room shower room there is water leakage. Also, the water taps leaks. Internet connection is terrible, and I can't make all video calls. Following reception, they are working on problem - for how long? Room size is pretty small - A reasonable option for anyone transiting Abu Dhabi or just needs a short stay. Nothing in vicinity so one needs a car or taxi for any purchases. Swimming pool is good but opens only at 8am. Not for early morning risers. Parking is available in good number.

We stayed at this hotel for the second time with our children, for one night, after arriving to Abu Dhabi. The hotel is next to the airport and is an excellent base for further journey. A great place to spend the night while waiting for your flight. There's a restaurant downstairs with reasonably affordable prices for Europe. The food is delicious. The room has everything you need. The rooms really aren’t great. The bathrooms smell and the sheets have bobbles on them. It’s only good for a couple of hours. Service is ok I guess but we got to the hotel early and they refused to give us the room unless we paid for an entire other night, even though the room was empty.

Good place to stay with families or solo...food is also nice only If you are vegetarian than little less options to choose although everything is okay...place is very lively and have lots of options with night clubs and resturant.

It was kinda hot in the room coz we asked for a room with a view so window was there -I think it kinda affect the room temp. But all in all, it was a good and spacious room. What I also liked was the two bottles 1.5L water which was unexpected. Usually in other hotels I've been to they serve 500ml bottle. They have table also for dining and 2 extra sofa chairs.

Stayed here for two nights as package from GT travels for Dubai trip. The rooms were clean and tidy. Bath room was dry and clean. Clean fresh towels with other bathroom kits were readily made avlbl. Stayed in the 11th floor. The complimentary breakfast was also good.

Clubs are too loud, can disturb sleep for some depending on the room location. Also, bathroom walls were not clean. But, they were equally accommodating and upgraded our room to ensure comfort.
