We had a pleasant stay at Crown plaza, Staff were very supportive I would like to mention about Mr. Tulasi (room service guy) who provided us great service. Rooms and amenities are top notch and are well maintained

Her warm welcome and proactive approach in ensuring my comfort reflect the high standards of hospitality at Crowne Plaza. The breakfast spread was good and the check-out process too was seamless

There were some issues with preparing our room, but they were resolved quickly. The food was amazing, and the location was very convenient — the beach and the airport were both nearby.

We enjoyed our stay at the Rixos although it's not as good as the property on Saadiyat Island. The buffet selection was not as comprehensive as other Rixos properties and Turquoise was closed for renovation

This did result in a difficult encounter at one of the restaurants because the information we'd been given had included this restaurant in our all inclusive package, when we got there we were told no

We were not made aware of restaurant closures when we booked or that the 2 a la carte restaurants would be payable. This was disappointing and worth bearing in mind when booking all inclusive

We had a couple of other minor issues, no hot water on final day and a broken room curtain. The sauna also had a broken timer so you weren't sure how long you'd been in

So they did the buffet in a smaller restaurant. Breakfast was average and food overall was just ok. I missed the curry selection they put on at Saadiyat

The hotel is nice and very big, our experience there when we check in is not too busy in the lobby and the warm greeting from the staff is not too warmed just like they treated us like just only the guest that payed for the room

They didn't even make up the sofa bed, and when I asked the front desk for an extra set of bedding, I had to put on the duvet cover myself. Bottled water wasn't provided for three people either

Buffet was also good but shining star was the Marco's Italian Stayed here 10 years ago and the rooms are almost identical, its still a great room layout but they need to be refurbished as its a lot of ware and tear Check in was amazing, pool service can be a bit better and restaurant is top notch

The hotel has valet parking and check in was easy. There was a wet carpet as soon as i entered the room and the inhouse phone wasnt working which was fixed within minutes by the maintenance

Starting from the check-in, which was so smooth and relaxed, to the check out, which made us a bit sad because we had to leave. The hotel has a calm and relaxing atmosphere, which get you in the holiday mode easily

All services are great, from the fine food restaurants, till the pool services with towels and bottles of water (also for the beach) and the housekeeping who keeps the room (fantastic beds) spotless

Beach Rotana Residences is an amazing place to stay. It was well equipped kitchenette which is great. Very spacious rooms and spotless clean. Great view and convenience store just off the lobby

But most important are the staff, without exclusions, who make you feel so welcome. Nothing is to much for them, always with a real smile, and so friendly that you easily feel at home

Breakfast is fine but nothing spectacular, same for in room dining. All the good restaurants are in Hotel Beach Rotana which is couple of minutes walk from residences
