The most disgusting hotel I've ever been to. We arrived at the hotel late at night and booked a standard room. I requested they give me at least a late checkout (2 pm), but they refused to do so. Asked them for room slippers, but it's chargeable. 😂 Unbelievable! The washbasin has some pubic hair on it and the toilet is not properly clean. I didn't complain at the time of arrival as I dont have the energy to do that i have to wake up at 7 am for a meeting. Will never come back here

2. Negligence Regarding Guest Belongings
I was alarmed by the lack of care and responsibility shown towards the belongings of guests. During my stay, I noticed that my personal items were handled carelessly, and the overall security of the room appeared to be compromised. This disregard for guests’ property is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the reliability of your staff.
3. Room Cleanliness Issues
The cleanliness of my room was far below acceptable standards. The bedding, floor, and bathroom were not adequately cleaned, and there was a noticeable lack of attention to detail. A clean and hygienic environment is a basic expectation for any guest, and the failure to meet this standard is disappointing.
4. Frequent Room Maintenance Problems
I also encountered numerous maintenance issues that severely impacted my comfort:
• The refrigerator in the room was malfunctioning and did not keep items cool, despite my repeated complaints.
• The air conditioning unit was unreliable, making the room uncomfortably hot during certain times of the day.
• Other room facilities, such as lighting and electrical outlets, were also in disrepair.

Each time I reported these issues, the response was either delayed or entirely neglected, leaving me frustrated and inconvenienced.
5. Overall Neglect
It is clear that there is a lack of proper management and quality control within your establishment. Guests should not have to deal with such consistent and glaring oversights during their stay. These issues not only affected my experience but also tarnished my perception of your brand.

I urge you to address these concerns immediately and take the necessary steps to improve your hotel’s standards. Proper training for your staff, thorough room inspections, and timely maintenance work are essential to ensure that future guests do not face similar issues.
