We are a couple with 2 kids staying for 40 nights. The hotel is nice and the people welcoming. It's been 10 days we are here and there is nothing wrong. The reception team are great and the cleaning team do an excellent job every time, today it was Fred ans Ibrahim, and they were very good and nice with us. And I would like to thank the lifeguard from the pool, he was very nice too

Didn't like the experience as it was not a good value for the money paid and the room is small to accommodate a couple and a child.
The facilities was less than average. The parking is underground and there is no valet parking.
The staff were nice, check in and out was quick.

I was an awesome experience at Premier Inn. Rooms are neat and well maintained. Food is awesome especially you get good VEGETARIAN food too. I did enjoy swimming and you get gym too for giving your day a healthy start.
Staff is polite and very helpful.

Our stay at this location is very good. We are treated very well by the staff in housekeeping Nisha, Ibrahim, and other members of the team. They were always friendly and nice to our family, especially my little 3 year old son.
We had to extend our stay for a few more days and the service and prices were very good, especially for families on a budget.
This hotel is central to other places and parks around for the kids. We would recommend them to anyone, especially for the prices as well.

I decided to extend my stay at this hotel by a week as I had some unfinished business in the city. To tell the truth, I didn't regret it one bit! The front desk staff was as amazing as always. The housekeeping staff was prompt, quick and very attentive to small details. A special mention about Ms. Teddy and Ms. Shehani at the front desk and Jain and Vincent in housekeeping. These people are simply awesome. Bravo folks! Keep up the good work.

Our visit was amazing from the get go , we had 3 rooms booked for a large family and the reception staff helped us with all the rooms on the same floor in close proximity, thank you .
We had our breakfast booked aswell and 1 staff helped us throughout our stay , "Jobert" i believe his name was , he was amazing an very accommodating for a family of 12.

Highly Recommended hotel for staying in Abu Dhabi. Value for money
Staff is comparative, super clean rooms and environment. We felt very comfortable there. It was amazing with this price. Very calm environment in the gym, swimming pool and lounge as well.
I won't recommend food in the hotel. I didn't like their mutton pizza.

The hotel overall is above average for its level. Rooms and other facilities are very good currently on my third week of four but I can guarantee the customer service is very well below average. Front desk, waiter's at the restaurant will always give you contradicting information. The only staff that I found helpful were the house keeping personal.

Our stay was simply exceptional! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by Teddy, who truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. The staff were all incredibly friendly and attentive. The location is perfect, offering easy access to the city's attractions.
