The Act Hotel

My recent stay at The Act Hotel, located at the Waterfront, Corniche St., Sharjah, was nothing short of extraordinary. This five-star hotel truly lives up to its reputation, offering an impeccable blend of luxury, comfort, and outstanding service.

The junior suite I stayed in was absolutely perfect. It was spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The attention to detail in the room's design made it a truly comfortable and relaxing retreat. The stunning view of the Corniche added an extra touch of elegance to the entire experience.

One of the highlights of my stay was the extraordinary breakfast. The variety and quality of the food were simply outstanding. From freshly baked pastries to a wide selection of international and local dishes, every meal was a delight. The presentation was impeccable, and the flavors were exquisite. It was the perfect way to start my day.

The service at The Act Hotel was second to none. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable and comfortable. They were always friendly, attentive, and eager to assist with any request. Their professionalism and dedication to providing top-notch service were truly commendable.

First of all I wanna give the housekeeping service of Saddam a 5 star. His very helpful and accommodating his customer service is outstanding 10/10. Secondly Ariel the server in Oscar's dinning another 5 star, he recommended and suggested food that I will like like which I really enjoy his food choice.

The premium room was excellent, the buffet was awesome. The service was also nice. However I was waiting at the lobby for around 20 mins to get checked in and they didn't even offer a welcome drink or anything. I'm not demanding for anyone to do so but I've visited countless hotels and almost all of them have given such service. Even though it was rated a 5 star hotel for me it was more of a like 4 star hotel. Anyway, it's well worth the price.

Nice and pleasant stay. The Premium room with Lagoon view facilities were excellent.
The hotel restaurant, The Oscars food and drinks were awesome and we enjoyed the peaceful environment. Hotel staff are also friendly and supportive.
Reception staff should be more attentive to details and try to minimise the waiting time of guests at the lobby area.

Very nice and clean hotel. The staff were superb. From housekeeping to reception, they were all wonderful and very friendly. I would like to mention Shahid as one of the wonderful housekeepers. He was very respectful and helpful. Also Karim and Jasmin at the reception desk were a charm. The food was wonderful and so were the hotel amenities and location. Would definitely go back there again.

Nice good comfortable hotel

Had a great stay at the Act - the location is perfect, the rooms are spacious and well equipped. Housekeeping was very friendly and always helpful and my special thanks goes to Islam for his wonderful service.
