Hotel with good location. Service on a high level, there are conditions for rest with children, good restaurant. My garden is almost there. Good option for family holidays.

Located: on the Gulf coast, 25 km from the airport of Dubai, 15 km from the centre of Sharjah.
Consists of one 3-storey building.
85 rooms in total.
Total area: 2 800 m2.
Beach: own sandy beach in 50 m from hotel (1st coastal line). Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – free of charge. The beach is 100 m.

It's our first time in this hotel and we are so thankful for the upgrade, thank you to the lady receptionist. Moscow suite was really amazing, huge master bedroom, huge living room with extra bed and dining table. Their staff was so friendly and accommodating, their food was amazing, and of course their swimming pool and beach was just few walks away. You can have your enjoyable time in the beach.

I spent 2 nights with my husband. Hotel management were so nice and upgraded our room for free, and allowed us to go on a late check out at 3pm with no extra charge.
We loved the pool and beach, very nice ambience and very clear water, with complete facilities.
Staff are nice and accommodating.

Resort is average. The tariff is comparatively higher then the services and food quality which is beign served. The pool does not have kids section. Kids play area should have air fresheners as it is kind of in basement.

Second time staying here. I saw many low ratings before. I came here out of curiosity. Objectively speaking, it's OK to stay in a hotel near the sea at this price. The key is to see what you want. The hotel has a small beach with a good sea view and comfortable swimming. However, the bath towels are really old. I brought my own to save trouble. There was an Indian man at the front desk who made faces. Just ignore him. Later, he was replaced by a young lady who was very nice.

I spent 2 nights with my family. Hotel management were so nice and upgraded our room for free, so we a huge room with a sea view balcony.
We enjoyed the pool and beach, pool depth vary from 120 cm to 230 cm, there is no (kids) pool, meanwhile the beach is well equipped with umbrellas, cafeteria, and showers.
The underground parking is too small, so it is better to park your car in the free parking in front of the hotel.

Over all experience is amazing! The staffs are very helpful and the beach area sitting is free and offers night use for the swimming pool. Highly recommended

The stay was amazing, friendly staff, calm and quite place. Suggest always for families. Only negative side i have noticed which is we were trying to order from room service and no one attentted the call for long time and finally we end-up with kfc.

We stayed for two days in this beach hotel. The hotel is relatively outdated, especially the rooms' theme and furniture. However, our room was quite spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is rated as a five-star hotel, but it is overrated as the beach is not well maintained with no life guards to watch out for swimmers, and the pools are small. The worst thing was the food in the breakfast buffet that was terribly horrible despite the few people present. There was a very limited variety of food that is old and almost dry. Some dishes were either empty or almost so. If you are going to book there, don't take any buffet meals. The sad thing is that the location is amazing and the building is small, so it has great potential for success.

I enjoyed my stay. Very kind staff. Clean rooms. Above all, the wellness was amazing. The beach is small and a factory is close. All in all I can highly recommend the hotel and would return anytime.

I wasn’t expecting much from the hotel as the pictures were pretty self explanatory but I also wasn’t expecting it to be as bad as checking in to a dusty room. First off the receptionist service felt like he was the one paying us to stay and it was such an unprofessional welcoming. It felt like paying for a room in a motel or from a street vendor. When entering the room, expect it to be dusty and covered with dirty carpets as I found cashews on the floor and had to wipe off the dust from the room let alone the AC ducts collected dust that I believe was there since this hotel has opened. Also expect for the towels to smell very filthy and stinky and don’t expect to also have nicely smelling sheets to sleep on. Well, the cherry on the top was having room service informing us that they can’t provide extra towels as they don’t have any available.
I’m here for a staycation with my family and friends and have over 7 rooms booked… I wish I could say that at least one of us is satisfied.
