Description

Hotel with good location. Service on a high level, there are conditions for rest with children, good restaurant. My garden is almost there. Good option for family holidays.

Built: 2010

Located: on the Gulf coast, 25 km from the airport of Dubai, 15 km from the centre of Sharjah.

Consists of one 3-storey building.

85 rooms in total.

Total area: 2 800 m2.

Beach: own sandy beach in 50 m from hotel (1st coastal line). Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – free of charge. The beach is 100 m.

Pets are not allowed.

Nostalgia restaurant (Russian traditional cuisine, Ukrainian, Armenian and Asian national cuisine extensive menu of Italian cuisine and seafood), the Dolphin restaurant, overlooking the sea (international cuisine, Breakfast, lunch and dinner, buffet and a la carte), bar, Gazebo on the beach (drinks, snacks), café with views of the Bay, outside catering.

I spent 2 nights with my family. Hotel management were so nice and upgraded our room for free, so we a huge room with a sea view balcony.

We enjoyed the pool and beach, pool depth vary from 120 cm to 230 cm, there is no (kids) pool, meanwhile the beach is well equipped with umbrellas, cafeteria, and showers.

The underground parking is too small, so it is better to park your car in the free parking in front of the hotel.

Over all experience is amazing! The staffs are very helpful and the beach area sitting is free and offers night use for the swimming pool. Highly recommended

We stayed for two days in this beach hotel. The hotel is relatively outdated, especially the rooms' theme and furniture. However, our room was quite spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is rated as a five-star hotel, but it is overrated as the beach is not well maintained with no life guards to watch out for swimmers, and the pools are small. The worst thing was the food in the breakfast buffet that was terribly horrible despite the few people present. There was a very limited variety of food that is old and almost dry. Some dishes were either empty or almost so. If you are going to book there, don't take any buffet meals. The sad thing is that the location is amazing and the building is small, so it has great potential for success.

I enjoyed my stay. Very kind staff. Clean rooms. Above all, the wellness was amazing. The beach is small and a factory is close. All in all I can highly recommend the hotel and would return anytime.

I wasn’t expecting much from the hotel as the pictures were pretty self explanatory but I also wasn’t expecting it to be as bad as checking in to a dusty room. First off the receptionist service felt like he was the one paying us to stay and it was such an unprofessional welcoming. It felt like paying for a room in a motel or from a street vendor. When entering the room, expect it to be dusty and covered with dirty carpets as I found cashews on the floor and had to wipe off the dust from the room let alone the AC ducts collected dust that I believe was there since this hotel has opened. Also expect for the towels to smell very filthy and stinky and don’t expect to also have nicely smelling sheets to sleep on. Well, the cherry on the top was having room service informing us that they can’t provide extra towels as they don’t have any available.
I’m here for a staycation with my family and friends and have over 7 rooms booked… I wish I could say that at least one of us is satisfied.

This is already our seconds time staying at this resort and the place is really growing on me. This is by far the best value probably in the entire Emirates if you’re looking to stay right on the gulf with a private beach without breaking a bank. The only drawback about that location is that there is an oil refinery literally .The only drawback about that location is that there is an oil refinery literally right next to it. The resort is predominantly populated by tourists from Russia and the former USSR. Also, the food is not that great and overpriced, so I would not recommend eating lunch or dinner on premises. But again I will reiterate, all in all this resort is a very good value for your buck, so you get what you pay for.

We just had a bad experience in iftar buffet .. we were thinking that we are not fasting today because of mismanagement, tasteless food and especially boiled potato 😂🤪 ... they served a limited food and no beverages, no coffees etc ..
we bought a voucher through cobone and all of you dont try any cobone voucher to spoiled your time and fasting in any restaurant l. Extremely disappointed

Russian tourist were sitting with us during iftar time and it was extremely strange for us .

In short, it was not an iftar buffet but it was dinner for tourist/guest

Extremely horrible experience we had with them for booking a iftar dinner where they deliberately cancelled my request 2 times and not willing to give me another date. Waste of time and money, their managers are also very unprofessional. DONT BOOK DINNER WITH THEM!

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff cleanliness, the pool and the restaurant are respectable, but the restaurant's meals are not changing. The second and important thing is an advice to deal with 1️⃣ the Indian girl 🌹when you book and2️⃣ Egyption man 🌹........

because he does not respect the guests and when you talk to him, he does not respect the manners of listening, so I advise you 😡
I booked with him before I arrive and upon arrival I found that there is no reservation in my name😡😡😡😡

Front desk staff behaviour was not nice at all except one staff. We choose include all meal but the dinner was worst. When we enter we don’t feel it’s a five star. Staffs are very noisy. Location is very nice . And the sea view is awesome.
