Very terible experience When we booked online there is no say that the pool is closed under renovation. When we check in no one tell us. Then its ok for us we find other pool option outside. Then when we go inside the room..the room is closed not prepared, kitchen stove is not working. We are so hungry and we need to cooked..We call the desk and tell us that they will send someone but its almost 1hour. Still not fix the stove.TV also not working. Hope if they check in the guest the room should be prepared..Not how many times we will call the desk after we check in. Check the photo.

It's got almost everything you need at a budget. Stayed with 2 families and will definitely go there again.

The room smelled absolutely repulsive. When I called the housekeeper all he did was spray air refresher and open the water. The phone of course did not work so I had to flag him down. The room was also very dirty and disgusting . Overall I would recommend anywhere but this hotel. The WiFi connection is also very bad and it is very irritating

Amazing hotel clean the rooms are extremely comfortable with the best price for one night not to mention the health club along with pool had an amazing experience there the restaurant near the hotel has some amazing food!

My family and I was originally supposed to stay in the hotel and celebrate my niece's birthday but due to the demeanor of the receptionist, we were not allowed to have One guest to help us decorate the room for us to celebrate in. although we have pleaded with the receptionist he did not allow us to have one visitor whatsoever. We asked the security guard whether this was always the case and he told us that it depends on the Receptionist. By far one of the worst service and receptionist my Family and I have encountered. I am highly discouraging others to not stay here and consider staying elsewhere. would not recommend my peers.
