I’ve stayed here multiple times, and it never disappoints. Consistently great service.
Perfect for a Weekend Getaway.
The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Cheers to Mr. Adel from Housekeeping for being so attentive and checking us with our preferrences. Request delivered with no time!! This Hotel is Highly recommend.
2. The shower was not working. Only 1 towel. No toiletries were kept in washroom. ( brush, toothpaste, conditioner)
3. Swimming pool was too deep. People with 5ft height cannot even stand in pool.
4. Pool and gym was open only till 8pm .. while we wanted to enjoy till 9 or 10pm … that was the leisure we were expecting.
5. Again it was open next morning 9am. We wanted to enjoy sunrise but it was closed..
very bad stay …
I requested a housekeeping and I said we will be outside they can clean,we came back nobody clean the room
I called again and said please send the housekeeping, I waited and I went shower and they knock as I open the door I said just wait I will change clothes then they they can come in after 1o minuted but what they did the Filipina delay it for more than two hours. I am staying here not just one night but 3 nights and 4 days but got a slow services and attitude receptionist.
