The room was okay old style but clean. It's just incomplete. You have 2 guests, but there's only one pair of slippers. I requested twice, but nothing came. The room was not prepared when we arrived, even when we arrived later than the check-in time. The selection of food for in-room dining is good, just a bit pricey (typical hotel prices). The location of the hotel is beside the main road, so expect a bit of traffic noise.

The best hotel to stay while in Al-ain. The staff is friendly, rooms are spacious and breakfast spread great. It is located next to the UNESCO heritage Qasr Al Muwaiji. Other locations like Al-ain Oasis, Jahili fort are also close by. There are many good shopping and food options nearby

3 stars hotel. In general it is a good place to stay for a short time. The furniture, floors and the washroom were not new. Just be aware of where to park your car outside the hotel's parking. Otherwise, you will get a parking ticket.

From the first look at Main Hotel Entry I understand how was nice a place before. The hotel need to be redecorating and refurnished. Locate on main city road. Too noisy at daytime from running transport on main road. The good range for a breakfast but a price AED 56 too high. Recommended to book a breakfast day before at Reception for AED 25
The hotel facilities looks old fashioned, nothing special like SPA, beauty shop, swimming pool or bar. The room prices too high for a hotel like that.

Not recommended very experience, a lot of noise, AC does not work, no contacts for the phone or laptop, the noises from the other room were heard, expensive not to take care of basic aspects it is like a passing hotel :(

This place has not been upgraded since 2011 when I stayed here for 2 months. The place needs to be refurbished and renovated. The floors, walls, fittings need to be replaced. The restaurant is also below average. The food and service are deplorable.
