Location: Bur Dubai, Al Mina street, near the beachfront of Jumeirah Beach. The popular downtown – 10 minutes drive and 16 km from the airport Dubai.

Consists of a six-story building, a total of 252 rooms. There are rooms for non-smokers.
Beach: public, sandy, 2 km from the hotel (3 coastline). The entrance to the sea sand. On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. Shuttle bus to the beach (Jumeirah beach Park, the beach entrance fee: about 5 dirham per person). The beach is 900 m.

I would especially like to recognize the cuisine team: Mawan, Ivie, Syra, Mahi, Ronald, and Jigo. They went above and beyond to provide high‑class service. This has become my favourite hotel in Dubai, and from now on, I won’t stay anywhere else.
The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming — perfect for relaxing.

The breakfast buffet is fantastic, with a great variety of quality food, and the lounge service is excellent. Every part of the stay was enjoyable — from check-in to checkout. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. I’ll definitely be back again, just as I have in the past. Just a little bit a few of the friendly personnel who are magnificent at all times,
The rooms are spacious, and breakfast was very good.
I especially want to thank the entire team for always being ready with a smile and assisting guests without any hesitation. Your positive attitude and dedication made my stay exceptionally comfortable.
