Excellent place and the staff always willing to assist and help. The amenities and facilities were all that somebody would ask for and even more. Everything was spotless and well maintained. We will be definitely staying here again and recommend this to anyone who wants a peaceful modern hotel close to the creek and the Dubai mall area without all the buzz and noise of the later.

I had a wonderful stay at Al Jaddaf Rotana Suite Hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the staff are exceptionally accommodating, always ensuring guests have everything they need. The level of service is outstanding—from the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive care throughout my stay. The gift shop within the hotel is fantastic, offering a wide selection of items—you can truly find anything you might need. The gym is well-equipped, perfect for maintaining a fitness routine while traveling. A special mention goes to Aly from housekeeping, who was incredibly friendly and made sure my room was always spotless. Highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and hassle-free experience.

Perfect hotel, one of the best I've ever stayed at. Everything is brand new, tasteful, and state of the art. Staff are friendly and discreet. Food and drink options are great. List Bar is an absolute gem.

We stayed there with our family for a few months, everything was well taken care of. The location is very close to the center of Dubai. It is a new facility with great staff from reception to housekeeping. Decent sized gym, large pool, great restaurant and shisha bar. We couldn't ask for more. We won't stay anywhere else on our next trip to Dubai. Thank you

Great hotel and great staff. I stayed here for 3 consecutive weekends, and I can tell that I will still come to this hotel in the future. I was surprised when I got an upgrade on my room upon arrival, they gave me the 2 bedroom suite (apartment) and it was amazing. It had 2 full bathrooms in the Master bedroom, and the twin room had also a full bathroom. The apartment had a maids room as well.
I had special housekeeping from Dinesh and Mojammil. They both gave me exactly what I needed without hesitation.
