Generally, It was good stay

The best hotel I've ever stayed in, no exaggeration!

Service attitude: Both the restaurant and the front desk staff are extremely warm and friendly, always with a warm smile on their faces. They were also very patient and polite when answering my questions about city tax, etc. In addition, after I checked in, they helped me take my luggage upstairs, and when they arrived at the door, they called (instead of just ringing the doorbell), so that I could answer the phone at hand while I was packing (there were phones in different locations in the suite), instead of shouting "I'm coming" to the door or running to the door to open it immediately. This was very thoughtful. Secondly, I asked for toothpaste and it was brought to me in no time at all. On the day of check-out, when the driver I arranged to pick me up arrived, they called to inform me that the driver had arrived. They were very organized.

Restaurant standard: The breakfast food is very rich in variety and the waiters are also very good. One day I ate slowly and by the time I finished, it was already past breakfast time, so the fruits had been removed. I tried to ask them if they had any leftover fruit and they brought it to me from the kitchen, which was very heartwarming.

Room Configuration: When checking in, the hotel upgraded me to a higher level suite, which was incredibly big! The suite is spotless, with curtains that open automatically when the door is opened; the room has its own washing machine and dressing room; the bathroom is bright and clean; and the living room is spacious and comfortable. Impeccable.

Geographical location: Relatively close to the airport, and Uber to the city center is also very convenient.

Overall, there is really nothing wrong with this hotel. I definitely recommend it when visiting Dubai! !

Excellent place and the staff always willing to assist and help. The amenities and facilities were all that somebody would ask for and even more. Everything was spotless and well maintained. We will be definitely staying here again and recommend this to anyone who wants a peaceful modern hotel close to the creek and the Dubai mall area without all the buzz and noise of the later.

The gym is well-equipped, perfect for maintaining a fitness routine while traveling. A special mention goes to Aly from housekeeping, who was incredibly friendly and made sure my room was always spotless. Highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and hassle-free experience.

Perfect hotel, one of the best I've ever stayed at. Everything is brand new, tasteful, and state of the art. Staff are friendly and discreet. Food and drink options are great. List Bar is an absolute gem.
