I would like to update my review about my recent experience at The Edge Hotel.
I want to sincerely acknowledge the management, especially the Hotel Manager Mr. Ashraf, who truly made an effort to show me that I am staying in one of the best hotels. He ensured that every detail of my room booking was taken care of, and he went above and beyond to make sure we were fully satisfied throughout our stay.
I would also like to commend Pyone, an amazing and respectful staff member at the ground-floor restaurant. His professionalism, politeness, and genuine service added to the positive experience during our stay.
Because of the exceptional efforts of Mr. Ashraf and the warmth of staff like Pyone, we ended up having a wonderful wedding event and a comfortable room experience by the end of our stay. I truly appreciate how they turned things around for us.
Overall, the hotel is really good. However, I believe that some of the staff and another manager could benefit from proper customer service training to match the level of service that Mr. Ashraf and Pyone provided.

SMELLS URINE & OLD”
My first day in dubai and first time in this hotel—- dont be mislead with the reviews and pictures above. Smelly hotel, dirty carpet and sofa and dark rooms.. outdated tv even the remote control 😭not worthy of the price.. i paid here for 16 days but did not stay. I end up paying again for more decent hotel which is In golden sands… you will see the difference from the bell boy ,reception up to the room , the vibe a d the smell———almost same price mind you.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. THIS IS THE OPPURTUNITY OF THE HOTEL TO KEEP UP THE MAINTENANCE AND UPGRADE —-FYI THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING ALSO WITH THE refund . Email not responsive , whats app not responsive— there is no one to accomodate and address concerns about returning the money— i requested at least the remaining 15/14 days. Bcoz i stayed there for 1 hour ( 15 minutes in the room and the rest in the cafe near reception) coz i cannot stand the rooms vibe. THIS HOTEL IS A MONEY SUCKER
THE RECEPTION PEOPLE ARE ALSO WORST‼️ DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL‼️ AND DO NOT BOOK WITH AGODA‼️‼️

Sam in reception was absolutely fantastic and helped me with an error I made on my booking. He was excellent!!!
The rooms are clean, beds comfortable with nice linen. The pool on level 2 is relaxed and beautiful place to unwind. I’d definitely stay here again.
The breakfast was good, though the menu was the same every day. Since I stayed for 14 days, it became a bit repetitive.
The hotel is a bit far from the metro, but the taxi desk at the reception made commuting easier and more convenient.
, great value for money with lovely staff and a decent level of amenities. Would recommended to anyone.
Just that despite having health issues, they did not allow my wife to get breakfast in room for me which she was getting by herself. Also they did not even allow to bring a single Apple from the breakfast table. This was very unprofessional and rude of their restaurant staff.
I would recommend the hotel.
