Located in Deira, in the commercial quarter of the Bani Yas, just across the road from the promenade and close to centres of wholesale trade, the spice market and Gold Souk, 5 km from the airport Dubai.
Consists of one 9-storey building.
Total area: 1 300 m2.
Only 109 rooms.
Beach: public sandy 6.5 km from the hotel (3 coastline). The entrance to the sea sand. On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. Shuttle bus to the beach (the beach Al Mamzar Park, the entrance
paid 1.4$). The beach is 1.7 km away.

If you have any doubts or second thoughts about booking this hotel don’t. I am so glad I booked 2 night’s accommodation and had the most amazing experience of my life. This hotel is beyond four stars. I felt like royalty from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. One of the best rooms (studio) I’ve ever stayed in. One of the best sleeps I’ve ever had in a hotel. Everything was a first class experience. Thank you to all the staff for the easiest check in and special thanks to supervisor Mr Mohamed who made our staying blessed and perfect hospitality

Wow I love this hotel and the hotel staff was amazing and did a great job. One small nitpick was 3 beds in a two room hotel, made cramped and small but other than that it was great.
Excellent location and WiFi and breakfast was so delicious and so much variety to choose from.
The hotel room was cool and refreshing and a long hot day out, sight seeing etc ...
The hotel staff did an amazing job at helping me and my parents to find things (tourist spots, where to find taxi, money exchange, when's breakfast) and cleaning staff did a great job at making the rooms look clean and fresh (nice new towels and bathroom accessories)
Anyone wanting to find a great hotel in Dubai, I would recommend this one every time.

This Hotel is very old and not clean. It costs a higher , but the rooms are small and have furniture that looks 20 years old. Plus, there are no water pipes in the toilets, and no parking availability which was inconvenient.

We were stranded in Dubai unexpectedly due to the flooding and by chance came accross this hotel online. We called at 6am from the airport and were warmly greeted, advised how to get there by taxi and provided with early check in at 7:30am! The room was clean and comfortable also spacious. The hotel is old but spotless. We liked the old town location conveniently situated for the more authentic areas of Dubai near to the Metro and some great restaurants. The staff were without exception polite, friendly and always helpful. Breakfast options were generous catering to all tastes. I do not intend to visit Dubai again but if I did I would return for sure.

Check in was not a great experience and the hotel is old. Make sure you ask for a creekside view and not a souk view which is awful. Breakfast very very average at best. Low quality ingredients. Omelette was okay but processed sliced cheap cheese added says it all.
Would never stay again personally.

I wish I could give 10 stars! From the moment I checked in I was treated like a queen! The staff was so friendly, kind and accommodating! They went out of their way to make my stay exceptional and it was truly a wonderful vacation thanks to the team at Rivieria hotel! The local is very close to the airport, old souk and downtown Dubai. The rooms were clean and very spacious! Conveniently laid out with AC outlets right next to the bed and a nice little seating area to eat and watch TV. I highly recommend and will be back!

Excellent hotel. Friendly and very helpful staff. We had a marvellous stay at the Riviera. Tops. The hotel is conveniently situated nearby bazaars, souqs and other places of interest. Not to mention the nearby creek opposite the hotel. From here, old wooded boats with merchandise wind their way along the coast to India and other harbours.
