The hotel boasts 196 rooms and suites, located from 7th to 12th floor, 18 pairs connected room (room Premier Fountain and Club Fountain), 2 Suite Junior Suite adapted for disabled guests.
Beach: public, sandy 7 km from the hotel (3 coastline). Beach towels: free of charge (from hotel). On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. Shuttle bus to the beach: not provided (Jumeirah beach Park). The beach is 1.5 km from the Entrance to the sea sand. Pool towels, umbrellas, chairs, mattresses: free of charge.
When you arrive at the hotel will collect a Deposit, in the approximate amount of 500 dirham for the duration of the stay; the Deposit is returned to DHS.

First let me say I love the hotel, great location great staff and everything was good. EXCEPT Maintenance. I booked a room for me and my wife last July for one night first thing I noticed the door knob is broken we can’t open the door from inside, i had to call many times until they come and fix it. Second the water heater for the shower was not working i called many times for them to fix it but unfortunately they never came.
Again the hotel is great but the maintenance services are horrible, it’s important to check the room first and ask to change the room if there is any maintenance issue because the maintenance team will never come or will come after many calls which is time consuming.
At the check out when I complained to the receptionist he apologized. And because i complained i never received an email to rate my stay and ask about my experience.
Tip: receptionist at the hotels will always ask you “How was your stay?” At the check out. And if you complain they will never send you an email to rate your stay. So never complain to the receptionist.
At the end i love The Address and I hope the owners of the group will pay attention to the daily operations of there hotels and maintain the high standards.
