A special mention to Binso, whose service truly made the experience even better. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the meal. His professionalism and hospitality really stood out.
It has a luxurious atmosphere, the staff are exceptionally kind, and both the sauna and gym are available for unlimited use.
If you are considering breakfast, I highly recommend adding it as an option—absolutely worth it.
At the breakfast venue, Mr. Binso provided exceptional service. He welcomed us every morning with a warm and genuine smile.
For room service, Mr. Roomany offered elegant and refined hospitality, always bringing our drinks at the perfect temperature.
Overall, the hotel staff are extremely well-trained, and although the price is on the higher side, it offers an experience you can enjoy only in Dubai.
It was truly an unforgettable experience and one of the best stays we have ever had in Dubai.

Service & Staff: The friendliness and professionalism of the staff stood out the most. Everyone was always active, responsive, and ready to assist with any request. Housekeeping and room service were impeccable — always prompt, always perfect.
Dining & Food Presentation: Every meal was delicious, served on time, and beautifully presented. The variety, care, and attention to detail in the food truly elevated the stay.
Room & Cleanliness: My room was immaculate. Daily housekeeping left it spotless and cared for. The overall environment (common areas, pool, dining) was well-maintained and inviting.
When we finished dinner and handed in our valet ticket, we waited over 40 minutes for the car. Only after repeatedly asking did we learn that they “could not turn on the car.” Out of frustration, we went ourselves to check the situation — and what we saw was unbelievable:
• My car had been left for three hours with the windows fully down.
• The lights were left on the entire time, draining the battery completely.
• It was past midnight, and at one point I was standing alone in a dark parking area as a woman, with no staff around to help.
This is not just negligence, it is unacceptable and unsafe. A five-star hotel brand should uphold professionalism and guest safety, but instead, I was left stranded, anxious, and with a car that would not start because of their carelessness.
What should have been a memorable night with family ended in stress, vulnerability, and disappointment. I would expect far better from a hotel that carries the Address name.
Every order was delivered with a smile, and the staff always made sure everything was perfect. They were polite, quick to respond, and always ready to help with any request.
