Beach: public, sandy 7 km from the hotel (3 coastline). Beach towels: free of charge (from hotel). On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. Shuttle bus to the beach: not provided (Jumeirah beach Park). The beach is 1.5 km from the Entrance to the sea sand. Pool towels, umbrellas, chairs, mattresses: free of charge.
When you arrive at the hotel will collect a Deposit, in the approximate amount of 500 dirham for the duration of the stay; the Deposit is returned to DHS.

At other prestigious hotels, we're accustomed to seamless service and a warm welcome, regardless of the vehicle we deliver. However, at Address Downtown, there seemed to be a disregard for ensuring a positive experience for all guests and service providers alike.
In summary, while Address Downtown may boast an upscale reputation, our encounter with their valet service, particularly under the supervision of Ahmed, left much to be desired.
