Overall, it's a decent place, but many of the facilities feel outdated and could use a more modern touch. The swimming pool is quite small and often gets crowded. Rooms are also on the smaller side, and there's a strong food smell lingering in the corridors. The shuttle service is often full, making it hard to find a seat. While there are better options available, this place can still offer decent value for money at times.

This was my first visit to Dubai, and the experience was nothing short of amazing, thanks in large part to my stay at the Golden Tulip Media Hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even arranged for us to have a room on the 15th floor, offering a breathtaking view.
A special thank you to Ali, who truly stood out with his warm demeanor, constant smile, and willingness to help with any questions or requests, whether for myself or my wife. His exceptional service made our stay even more memorable.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai for work or leisure—it’s an excellent choice for a wonderful stay.

Great place to stay in Dubai. Location far from the center but the hotel has shuttle buses to various places. 15 minutes walk to metro. I loved the hotel staff. They were always helpful and smiling. I’d like to back here soon

The hotel offers really good standards, the area is clean, good swimming pool area and there are buses that transport people to different areas like the beach and mall. A lady called Naomi by the reception is very kind, she’s the one who checked me inn and she was happy to help. However, the service was poor at checkout the receptionist who was there was a racist Asian called Jayavel, we waited in the queue to check out but he had to serve the Asian couple behind us (mind you my family and I are black Africa) regardless of him seeing that we arrived before that couple, I even told him and he acted dumb. He is very racist, rude and stubborn.

It is a nice and clean hotel in 15 minutes walk from metro station. Supermaket, pharmacy, restaurants are really close.
Room was tied up every day and the service was great.
However the breakfast and the coffee would be more tasteful and varied.

I regret to say that this hotel does not live up to its 4-star rating. Here's why:
Lack of cleanliness: The rooms, elevators, and common areas were not cleaned properly throughout our stay. This was a constant issue during our week-long visit.
Coffee machines: There are only two coffee machines in the breakfast area, and only one of them was working during our stay, which led to long waits.
Water supply issues: Twice during our week-long stay, there was no water in our room, which was very inconvenient.
Breakfast: The breakfast offering was very limited and lacked variety. It was one of the worst we've experienced at a hotel of this caliber.
Elevator issues: Out of the three elevators in the hotel, only one was working for two days. We were forced to use the service elevator, which was dirty and smelled unpleasant.
Overall, this hotel did not meet the standards expected of a 4-star property, and I would not recommend it based on our experience.:
