This is the second time I stay in this hotel!
Near to restaurants, supermarkets.
Easy and free way to go to JBR beach(amazing beach) and other malls of the city. 15min to Dubai Miracle garden. Rooms are clean. Great breakfast and the staff are nice and kind. Specially Peter, he was so kind and always willing to help us I really appreciate him for everything. This kind of personnel makes your stay better.

Worse breakfast ever. Booking coments should be fake??
No variety, bad quality of food, people fighting for food. Nothing was taste, doesn't look hygienic.
Hotel is too crowded and they can't offer good service.

They have free transfer to places but you can't trust them because they can cancel anytime, plus the times are very bad

I’m still staying at this hotel. Actually when I read booking comment it surprised me in good way with all those good comments. So I’ve just booked from this hotel. I’m going to stay for 6 night and I have already stayed for 4 night. However it surprised me in negative way. Especially for service during breakfast. So far the breakfast quality and variety is not much. In addition, there are always queue in the morning just because of not well organized.
Rooms are small and not fancy.
During morning and evening, you need to wait at least 5 mins for elevators. Elevators are not enough.
Dine in area is small and tables are very close to each others. You have to just eat and leave. There is no place for enjoy and conversation during your breakfast.
AC is not enough in dine in area. Be ready to swear ;)
Coffee machine is always busy or not working. Just be careful about cup and plate as well. Sometimes you can find some dirty on those.
I hope the management can assign more practical employee to assist the queue correctly during breakfast time and the customer will not suffer anymore.

After 3 days we could find shoes and a T-shirt from another person in our hotel room. Somebody was in our hotel room during our absence and has left his clothes there, which made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. The hotel manager told us a story after 3 days that it is an incident by the cleaning staff, who has put the clothes from another room in our room.
There is every time a fight for the seats in the shuttle buses of the hotel. If you can’t get a seat, you will need to take a taxi on your own costs.

We stayed here for a week. They have very good breakfasts. nice people work here. I didn't like two things. There was a strange smell in our room - as if cigarettes had been smoked there before. The big minus are the coffee machines in the dining room - they were often poorly rinsed and then we had to give up coffee because it tasted chemical. Greetings to the man who made delicious omelettes :)

I have experienced many hotels, however I have never come across staff like in Golden Tulip Media hotel. The staff are very professional and friendly and always ready to help. A special thanks to Neven for her professionalism and promptly attending to our needs. She made me feel very welcoming in the hotel and I would definitely come back in the future. 🙏

Pros:
- Great location
- Very quiet rooms and well insulated
- Rooms and facilities are very clean and neat
- Very friendly staff
- Spacious and hassle-free parking
- A nice small supermarket on the premises with all you may need at good prices.
Cons:
- Standard rooms are very small, not the size expected for a 4-star room.
- The breakfast menu is very poor and limited. I've seen 3-star hotels with better options, especially when it comes to fruits and sweets. Fortunately, I'm not much of a breakfast person.
- For the first time ever, a hotel in Dubai asks for a security deposit for a minibar that doesn't even worth $10. It contains a couple of soda cans and some overpriced tiny nuts and mini chocolate bars. They make you wait for 15 minutes at checkout while they check their treasury. It's a shame when you're paying hundreds of dollars for a 6-night stay, and they don't trust you with their worthless minibar. Shame! They should either remove it or make it optional.
In conclusion, the hotel is good overall, but it doesn't quite stsnd up to a 4-star service; it's more like a 4-star hotel with a 3-star experience. However, if you're on a short business trip, not a breakfast person, and looking for an affordable, clean, and quiet room in Barsha Heights, it's still a good option.

Just visited this hotel during December. The hotel has a good location close to a metro station. The hotel has a nice ambiance.
The airco in our room smelled a bit like mold and the light in our friend’s room was turning off for no reason.

Good price, we got a free upgrade to a suite which was great and very much appreciated, parking is abundant and included in the price, the location is good for driving to different parts of the city and if you want to use the metro.
The atmosphere and decor are lacking compared to neighbouring hotels, the breakfast is sub par at most. Good if price is more important than quality.💞💞💞

I work at the hotel as manager in my city and i know to appreciate. This is a good hotel, nice rooms, perfect service in collaboration with the restaurant. Tasty food and everything that makes your holiday comfortable and wonderful, spa, fitness room, pool, barber, beauty salon. Everything you need is in the room. Hotel has a good location near the metro and various shops. There was a compliment for the birth day from hotel: nice and delicious cake. Pillows are wonderful) Reception is so helpful and smiling, they decide any request quickly. That was a pleasant stay! Thank you.
