Location: in the Deira district, 4 km from the international airport of Dubai. Close to shopping and commercial centers, shops, markets.
Consists of one 7-storey building.
All 112 comfortable guestrooms and suites.
Beach: public sand about 6 km from the hotel (3 coastline). The entrance to the sea sand. On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. Shuttle bus to the beach (Al Mamzar beach Park, entrance fee 1.4$). The beach is 1.7 km away.

The hotel offers a food on system "buffet Breakfast" and "half Board" Breakfast (07:30 – 10:30) and lunch (13:00 – 15:00) – "buffet", Zin (19:00 – 22:30) – menu. Ice cream and fresh juices round the clock, for a fee. 17 Dec 2009 in all areas of the hotel alcohol is not provided! Guests can purchase alcoholic drinks on their own and bring them to the hotel, but can ONLY use them in your room. The use of alcoholic beverages in public areas (Lobby bar, Cafe, restaurant, pool area) is strictly forbidden, buffet.

The room was a disaster. It was far from clean, and the bed sheets looked like they hadn’t been washed in ages. I can’t believe this place still runs like this in 2024! To make matters worse, the television in the room must have been from the year 1842. It didn’t work at all, but even if it did, it wouldn’t have made a difference with such outdated technology.
This experience was horrible, and I’ve never dealt with anything like it in all my years of traveling. My advice to anyone reading this: **do not book a room in this hotel**. Save yourself the frustration and book anywhere else. This place doesn’t deserve your time or money.
"I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was lacking, and the TV in the room was outdated and didn’t even work. The reception process was painfully slow, and the bedroom was far from comfortable or pleasant. Given the price, I expected much more. Unfortunately, it felt like a complete scam and definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend staying here."

I would definitely come here the next time I visit Dubai. And I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient decent hotel in Dubai.
The pool closes at 05:30 pm (very hot to swim during this time and no umbrellas at all) and they didn't let us to bring our towls to cover up our bodies from the AC while going back to the room.
No complementary water (which is a basic thing to have at any hotel)

No proper toiletries (tooth paste, tooth brush, body lotion...)
The location is perfect for those seeking a calm and quiet place to unwind after a busy day exploring the city. The front desk and housekeeping services are exceptional, always going above and beyond to ensure guests are well taken care of. A special mention goes to Hussain from the front desk support team, who was incredibly supportive and kind. He was also kind enough to provided invaluable guidance about the best places to visit and the top eateries in and around Dubai.
It has a parking space and also very wide comfortable lobby area where you can meet your guest as well. The pool facility at the hotel is also outstanding, providing a great spot to relax and refresh. I would highly recommend Comfort Inn Hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. It truly offers a home away from home with excellent service and top-notch amenities.
This hotel doesn't even have a complimentary water.
No wifi in the room! I have to go to the lobby just to use the stupid internet.
Booked 2 rooms for 4 person.
But they only gave us 1 slipper and towel, we have to call 3times just for those basic things.
Sheets in the room doesn't look clean. Those white sheets are turning dirty white color to grey, even the towels look dirty.
The smell inside the room ~ ugh! Can't even explain it. 🤮
This hotel sucks! Will NEVER recommend this place. Nor stay here again.
