First major disappointment – no valet parking. For a hotel of this rating, that's a basic expectation.
Check-in experience was equally poor. The front desk staff lacked warmth, professionalism, and any genuine effort to make guests feel welcome. Their attitude was indifferent, and they seemed clueless about guest service.
We had requested a non-smoking, was thinking of a quiet room, but while the staff claimed to have "upgraded" us, the room we got was clearly dated. It was clean, but the bathroom basin was clogged constantly, and the noise from outside was unbearable. Even passing cars could be heard clearly, making it hard to get proper rest.
The only positive part of our stay was the breakfast – the food was good and the breakfast staff were polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful.
Checkout was another letdown. There were barely any staff available, and the process felt rushed and unprofessional.
Honestly, I’m surprised this hotel holds a 5-star rating. Based on our experience, it felt more like a 3-star at best. I genuinely don’t understand the high ratings it seems to receive.
My overall rating: 2 out of 5. Would not recommend for families looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Everything is good The rooms are nice
I had high expectations for this hotel, but unfortunately, it fell far below the mark. The property was noisy, making it hard to relax, and the soundproofing in the rooms was practically nonexistent. The food was another major letdown – bland, poorly prepared, and certainly not up to the standard of a 5-star establishment.
I regret choosing this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a true luxury experience. There are far better options available.

First and foremost, I feel compelled to extend my utmost gratitude to Mr Sujit for his exceptional hospitality. His dedication to his role, being always available and the continuous updates he provided us, truly enhanced the whole experience and significantly reduced our stress levels. We were especially touched by the diligent welcome we received from him each morning at the breakfast buffet. Without a shred of doubt, Mr Sujit is a truly commendable individual ⭐️.
Moving on to the culinary experience, we found it to be impeccable. Each and every dish proposed to our guests was flawlessly cooked and remarkably savoury, gaining positive reviews from all who attended. The quality and consistency of the food provided were much appreciated.
I would also like to express a notable commendation to Christian, who diligently assisted us throughout the reception programme. His warm and welcoming disposition, paired with his adept management of the food buffet, left a profound impression on us and our guests.
All in all, our experience with Asiana Hotel exceeded our expectations and we wouldn't hesitate to wholeheartedly recommend your esteemed establishment. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

The bed was incredibly cozy, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail, from the soft linens to the room's ambiance. The hotel's facilities, including the steam room and sauna, added an extra layer of relaxation to my stay. I had my breakfast at Korean restaurant and the food quality was outstanding, I enjoy a delicious meal.
