Hello, I want to share my review about the hotel and the employees. Terrible service, I am very dissatisfied with the service of one employee of this hotel named Volit at the reception. He is very rude and arrogant. He does not know his job, is not a professional, he argued with me, after that it’s not like he apologized, on the contrary, he threatened me and after I left he discussed me with other people. This is all visible on camera. I appeal to the management and owner of this hotel, as long as such bad employees work for you, they will spoil your image. Me everything is fine except for him, everything is fine, but he shouldn’t even work here with such an attitude towards guests. I lived here for 1 week, then extended it for another 1 week because I liked it. I will post this review on all social networks: booking, 2 gis, tripetviser , Google, Instagram. I really hope that management will take this into account. I myself have been working in a separate business for a long time and I know what service is. And we pay money. If someone wants to check in, I advise them not to check in. 2 days ago I asked the Filipina girl at the reception to clean the room, I came back after work tired, the room was dirty, there was trash and towels. no, and when I asked the receptionist to clean up, he said that they cleaned only during the day and that there was no one now. And I waited 30 for them to clean up. Thanks to the security and the white boy from India, they helped me get the phone.

You get what you pay for and less.

The room was clean but really stunk of cigarettes and paint very strongly.
The phone didn’t work and the tv has only news channels.
1 pillow each and the towels are not exactly white. The iron was broken so water was pouring out the top when using it.
Also there is NO PARKING so I had to pay extra to park on the street.

It's really gone downhill. If having a clean, quiet, non-smoking room is important to you, don't stay here. I specifically requested non-smoking but was put on a smoking floor. Couldn't breathe all night. One of the pillow cases was dirty and the other pillow itself smelled like body odor. I could hear the neighbor clearing his throat. I had to share a table with strangers at breakfast because the tiny breakfast area was completely full. Definitely better places to stay in this neighborhood.

I recently availed your services, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The service provided was very poor, and I encountered a significant lack of professionalism among your staff. Their communication and conduct towards customers were unacceptably rude and lacking in basic manners.

I observed instances where the front office team, particularly a staff member during the night shift, engaged in heated arguments with customers at the reception. Such behavior is not only unprofessional but also creates a negative atmosphere for those seeking assistance or utilizing your services.

As a customer, I believe that such conduct is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the reputation of your organization. No customer should experience being shouted at by another customer, especially within the premises of your establishment.
