Reviews
Additionally, the single bed was too small for a 5-star hotel. Even when single beds are provided, they are normally of a good and comfortable size.
I also expected better overall facilities, as they were not particularly impressive for a 5-star hotel. I recently stayed at Waldorf Astoria and Anantara in Ras Al Khaimah, and they were far more refined and truly felt like 5-star experiences.
To be honest, I expected more from InterContinental, as I have visited this hotel brand in many locations around the world. Unfortunately, this property did not meet the standards of other InterContinental hotels I have experienced.
I hope this will be addressed, as little details truly matter and make a big difference.
However, my stay was significantly impacted by a two-day wedding event that took place during my visit. The noise levels were unbearable, taking away from the relaxing atmosphere I had looked forward to. Although the Club Manager did what they could to manage the situation, I cannot overlook the fact that my vacation was disrupted. It remains unclear why guests weren’t notified in advance about the wedding and given the option to adjust or cancel their stay.
This experience was disappointing, especially since I met several returning guests who were equally frustrated by the situation. Dear General Manager, I sincerely hope this becomes a learning opportunity for better guest communication and event planning in the future.
Aside from this issue, the resort itself is beautiful — spacious, stylish rooms, serene surroundings, and first-class hospitality from the team. Under ideal circumstances, this would easily be my go-to destination for a relaxing escape. I truly hope to give the property another chance and experience it as it’s meant to be enjoyed — in tranquility.
Thank you once again: Gerylin, Paula, May, Siva at the Club Lounge, Ali and Gracy at Front Desk.
Chaw is also incredibly polite and kind. She greeted me with a smile every time, and she made sure I had everything I needed without me even having to ask. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated and genuinely thoughtful.
Her professionalism and positive attitude really made my stay even more comfortable. She is a true asset to the hotel, and I’m genuinely grateful for her hard work.
Thank you, Chaw, for making my experience so wonderful!
We had an unforgettable family vacation at this stunning beachfront hotel. The spacious rooms with breathtaking sea views were perfect for relaxing. The resort features an amazing pool area and direct beach access, making it ideal for families. Our kids loved the on-site Water Park—it’s a must-visit for fun and entertainment! The dining options were excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes. If you’re looking for a family-friendly hotel with great amenities, beautiful views, and outstanding service, this is the place to stay!
Special bravo to Manzoor the doorman!
Grounds are tidy and overall a very pretty resort.
Staff are absolutely wonderful here so friendly and personable and made the holiday.
The pools however can do with some maintenance as tiles are falling off.
Dining- Saffar is far too small for the whole hotel especially since many people stay in the resort for dinner as there isn’t much choice outside. At times felt very canteen like and took the whole meal to receive drinks.
Lavant and Nar had very poor service and was a really disappointing evening.
NoHo was quite nice but again service was slow.
The spa was nice but I would suggest a post massage relaxation area for the tea. After the massage you just get dressed and are directed to go back to the reception which was a shame.
The gym was pretty lack lustre with only one bench and the showers are ice cold.
Overall was a nice quick break but some places they could work on.
We usually stay in the beachfront pool villa, and everything is always perfectly arranged before our arrival, all thanks to our amazing butler, Abdel. His attention to detail and warm hospitality make every stay feel special.
A big thank you to the housekeeping team for keeping our villa spotless, and to the room service team for the delicious food and top-notch service.
A special thanks to Abdel for taking such great care of us throughout our stay. Your efforts truly make a difference.
We will definitely be coming back again to our favorite hotel for another unforgettable experience.
Food nice and beautiful place and clean
