Four Points by Sheraton Sharjah

The location is perfect - everything you need is within walking distance. The hotel staff are fantastic representatives for the property.
The housekeeping team also deserves a special mention - they consistently do an outstanding job keeping the rooms clean and comfortable.
Strongly recommended.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. It's my go-to option whenever I'm in Sharjah and I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. The combination of the convenient location, friendly staff, and excellent housekeeping make this a top-notch hotel.

This review is regarding my stay in July 2023

I was very happy with the location because I wanted to see a different part of the UAE however I had no idea that it was so difficult to get to during peak hour traffic - which in this area seems incessant. It can take 45-mins to an hour to get to/from the Dubai airport and there is no train station nearby as an alternative.

My room and services however were very good. However there were many minor details in my room that needed attending to, like the hardware in the bathroom that fell off the wall.

Breakfast was standard and I was lucky enough to have Egyptian service, which made my day.

I noticed from the view from my room that there were two pools and one was very busy and one was empty so when I went to the pool floor I went across to the pool that had no one. There all the lounges were in need of repair but I had already watched them clean the pool so I was comfortable to swim there, and there was someone sweeping so I felt ok and was happier to swim without a lot of people because I do laps.

I would be more than happy to stay at the hotel again because the rates are very reasonable, it is comfortable and the service is wonderful. I would just try to time things better if possible. People make the place for me – everything else will be minor when the people are so lovely.

They have good rates in some hotel sites. The rooms are spacious and clean. Even if the hotel is not new but it is well-maintained. We booked at Ibis Style Sharjah nearby, which rate is higher but the space is only half the room in Four Points. Their bathroom is even way bigger as well as the there is proper wardrobe cabinet with hangers and drawers for clothes.

Parking floors are also spacious while we had issues for parking in Ibis due to limited space after midnight plus too narrow parking that we find hard with a huge family car.

Will definitely stay here next time we take vacation in Sharjah.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Four Points by Sheraton, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! And I must say that Ms. Madiha made our experience truly exceptional! My stay was memorable, thanks to Madiha and the entire staff who went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a combination of comfort, excellent service, and a great location.

Drying clothes is a bit difficult. Of course, through a paid service, they will dry, clean and wash your clothes. Otherwise, everything is very good, just take a compact dryer with you, and the rest can be ironed and dried later. You can do without a dryer, but you will have to adapt a little. By the way, it is in the room along with an ironing board. There is a gym and a small bath: a regular one and a Turkish one - small rooms, but quite enough if you are alone. Or two people at most. Men have their own bath, women have their own. Separate in general. There are two restaurants: one Chinese, the other regular (2nd and 8th floors). There are two supermarkets nearby: Carrefour and Spinney's, where you can buy food cheaper. This hotel is good for relaxation. I recommend it.

Very good hotel. Has all the amenities. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. Nice staff and good service. There is a parking lot, they park the cars themselves, you only need to give the keys to the car to the doorman. The rooms have a hair dryer, ironing board with iron, safe and TV. There were no balconies in our room, so we had to dry wet clothes with a hair dryer, since there was no place to dry clothes in the room either. The food in the restaurant is delicious, there are not many seats, but the hotel is not crowded. There is a supermarket nearby. You can change money at the reception. There is a pool and a jacuzzi, but they are very small, you won’t be able to swim much.

The main minus is the location relative to the beach, and the transfer is poorly organized - rare, there are not enough seats, it arrives at the crowded beach of another hotel at a time when there are no more free sun loungers. Yes, and there is no sensible walking area nearby. Otherwise, it is not bad, the soundproofing is excellent, it is clean, the air is fresh in the rooms. The food is tasty, a little repetitive, but in a week and a half you do not have time to get bored.

The buffet lunch and dinner at Four Points by Sheraton Sharjah offer a delightful dining experience with a wide selection of international and Middle Eastern dishes. The lunch buffet features fresh salads, mezze, and a variety of main courses, including grilled meats and pasta. The dinner buffet adds seafood, a carving station, and an extensive dessert spread. The service is attentive, and the ambiance is modern and comfortable. Overall, it's a great spot for enjoying a satisfying and varied meal, whether for lunch or dinner.

Extremely high quality of service and facilities for the price. I booked the hotel for a week and but ended up having to make another weeks extension cz my business was taking longer. So decided to go with the same hotel itself as I was extremely happy with everything here. Also special thanks to Anish who was doing a fabulous job everyday with housekeeping services. Keep up the great work.

We had a wonderful week-long stay at the Four Points by Sheraton. The hotel provided excellent amenities and a comfortable atmosphere. Our room was always kept in pristine condition, thanks to Aneesh, who took great care of everything. His attention to detail and dedication to ensuring our comfort made our stay even more enjoyable.
