I strongly advise not staying in this hotel. Fraud! Upon check-in (at 10 o’clock pm) the receptionist stated that the hotel could not have my card authorized (which was not true, the bank has not confirmed this information) and my booking is cancelled. The hotel sent me an email, when I was at the plane (sic!!!) and after that immediately sold my room !!! In the middle of the night so I ended up on the street and I had to look for another hotel.
I have not met anywhere so scandalous behaviour. I was treated unfairly and there are practices that should be ashamed..
I warn against similar adventures at the Hotel Farej. And with all my heart - I do not recommend!!

Worst hotel. They deduct the money with all taxes, if you asked them to reschedule it even to some other date. Never choose this hotel.

We booked 2 rooms over the Christmas period.
The hotel is ok for a short stay but it does need improvement. The location is not great as it is in a residential area not touristy but there are plenty of shops near by.
Metro is a good 20- 25min walk away as well as the gold souk,naïf souk and ghurair centre
The room sizes are adequate but the hotel rooms do need updating and their is a musky smell in the corridors
The staff are very helpful and courteous but don't bother emailing reception as they never respond back to you!

The rooms are clean and have almost everything you need. The hotel's location however is not what I expected. It's located in a very busy and old shopping/residential area. And a parking spot is kind of impossible to find. The metro station is a good 20 minute walk. Overall, I think it's the best you can find in Dubai for such low rates.

Hotel is brand new at time of this post. New carpets, new sheets, furniture etc. Toilet is spacious. However, parking space is dismal, almost none. Location is tucked in the middle of small and dark roads.
Great for non-driving visitors who wants to shop the Naif area.

In deira best place for stay , budget hotel neat and clean . Recommended

4 star hotel in middle of the city deira, very much commercial area. Hotel is managed by emirates and is very fair prices and neat and clean service. There are restaurants nearby and local markets as well. Walking distance to the metro station. Local markets include mobile markets where you can get used and new mobile phones. Pakistani and Indians local cuisines around.
