visually, this hotel was very beautiful to me. wonderful experience. very close to the center. great internet. comfortable beds. has a parking lot covered by cameras. you have toothbrushes and toothpaste and slippers in the room. breakfast could be a little better (considering the categorization).

We booked a room with a city view and we only saw the buildings. And we didn't receive the room we booked, so we only stayed one night in this hotel due to our disappointment.

I had a great stay at Queen Hotel. I had an awesome experience right from the day I checked in. The staff were very cheerful and always ready to help. The hotel was generally clean and the breakfast buffet had many options available. 10/10, would highly recommend.

The hotel is really beautiful, very nice location. The customer service is top notch, thanks to these two wonderful employees (Ano & Mborese) . You want to enjoy great spa experience? go there.Nice breakfast as well. In all I am happy with my experience.

The hotel is cozy From the metal key to the room design, everything has an antique feeling. The location is good. Cross the road, you can go to the busy center within 10 minutes walk. The elevator is very small and slow. Sometimes stairs is quicker.

The hotel is modern with an old fashioned twist, clean, spacious & the staff are more than accommodating. All staff spoken proficient English (thankfully as our Albanian was not up to scratch). They were all so helpful and hospitable and when we visit in the future, we’ll be back. Thank you to all the wonderful staff.

Staff were really friendly and helpful, really nice rooms and decorated very well Short walk into the centre and near the park so really great location. Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone

The experience is the best Ive ever seen. Staff is nice, everything is so magical. I really love albania. They helped me with the beaggages, the tours they are linked to, parking spots, room service breakfast, laundry etc all at a very cheap price

It was a pleasure stey with a kind harted staff and an exellent service. The breakfast was good, rooms was clean and very quiet. Near the hotel was a supermarket and also the bus station. I definitly recomand this hotel.
