ETER Hotel in Golem

The breakfast was average. I believe they should cover the food items as wasps were flying over most mornings. Other than that the facilities are clean and the rooftop bar was beautiful. Card payments have minumum spends in the hotel and local area

We stayed one night at the end of our Albania road trip and had a wonderful experience – smooth check-in, spacious room with an amazing sea view, lovely pool with direct beach access. We enjoyed the sunset and cocktails in the roof top bar and then a fantastic à la carte dinner with outstanding service from Ajni. There was a plentiful, delicious buffet breakfast before heading to the airport.

Amazing stay. Would definitely recommend. Parking is included outside, staff very nice and helpful and Breakfast area amazing. The outside pool is very nice too

We stayed for a week at Eter hotel 22nd -29th July. We arrived in the evening and were greeted by a very friendly receptionist. Our sea view room was lovely clean & spacious for our family of 3. All facilities in the room worked well (air con, hair dryer, shower, safe). Although there was cups & kettle there wasn’t any tea or coffee offered. We had brought our own so it didn’t bother us. We appreciated the water provided though. We were booked on bed & breakfast basis. The breakfast was ok. They offered a small selection of usual continental offerings, fruit, cereal, pastries, ham & cheese. Local bread but no facilities to toast bread??. As there wasn’t any signage of what each item was on the buffet (some guests were asking staff) it wasn’t always clear what was being offered on the hot buffet, such as what the sausages were, what was in the pastry parcels, the type of omelette was being offered. The coffee machine was a little temperamental and would sometimes give you hot chocolate not coffee. We enjoyed the pool area & beach very much. The staff kept the area clean & when we reported an issue with a broken tile around the pool it was fixed by the next day. Pool towels can be hired for your stay. We didn’t eat in the hotel a la carte but the food in the restaurant looked good. The evening entertainment consisted of singing duo. The hotel’s location is beach front and you can easily walk to all the facilities within the resort. The only negative I had was in our last hour on our final day. We knew we had to check out of our room (standard) so had to use the public facilities close to the pool. We were happy with the provisions until we realised the showers were cold and when I mentioned it to the reception she wasn’t interested with my complaint. It left a little bit of disappointment to the end of an excellent holiday. Perhaps the provisions provided need to be looked at as their spa area wasn’t being used and had shower that perhaps were warm!. Good value for money hotel

We stayed at Eter Hotel in Durrës with our family and had a wonderful experience. The first impression was great and it only got better! The rooms were clean, beautifully designed, and the beds felt like sleeping on clouds. Breakfast was fresh and had something for everyone, including protein and fruit options. We also dined at the hotel restaurant the food was high quality, fresh, and delicious. The staff were kind, professional, and always ready to help. Highly recommended we would come

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. It was very clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. I would especially like to mention Aurora at the reception – she was kind, helpful, and made us feel truly welcome. The service overall was excellent, and the food was also very good. Thank you for receiving such an incredible staff.

We had a double room and a suite, to accommodate 5 of us. Both rooms were clean and modern with great showers. The cleaners work tirelessly and do a brilliant job. Pool area is lovely and the guy working there is really lovely and helpful, always had a smile! The private beach is just across the promenade and the sea is lovely, we were all in and out every day. We were just bed and breakfast and breakfast was hit and miss with divided views. The hot food was lukewarm and every day the croissants ran out. It was fine for a coffee and pastry but not brilliant. The beach bar I used once, didn’t return after the attitude of the girl working there. The impression was if you weren’t All Inclusive you were a hassle to her. She was really quite rude to me so I used the other main bar where the guy serving was really nice. It’s strange as AI guests have paid so I thought having people paying extra would be great, but it seems not!! The receptionist with dark hair was really helpful and nice. Overall we would go back as the hotel is really nice, not sure I’d include breakfast again.

Best hotel in area. The restorant is one of the best in town with wonderful sea food and great salads. Also the rooms are very clean and the staff is amazing. The view from our room was spectacoular.. the pool is amazing......................
