It’s just that towels and bath towels are a bit inconsistent with the equipment of a five-star hotel. It’s like the equipment standard of an ordinary hotel. There can be some improvement here

Then after 10 minutes he came by himself to my room, I wanted to take brush then he said “Can I come in? “. I thought he want to put by himself. But he entered to my room looked around then asked am I alone

First of all, this hotel is located in the center of Tirana, Albania. The hotel is surrounded by shopping malls, restaurants, bars, and all attractions. There is no hotel more convenient than this

Besides, the hotel is a five-star hotel. We booked a large room of 40 square meters. It looks spacious when we entered. The bathroom is relatively clean. The room is bright and there is no peculiar smell

Also the restaurant serves delicious food and it’s very affordable. Overall I highly recommend this hotel if you’re in Tirana for a first class one of a kind concierge level service stay!

Hotel location next to a roundabout is easily reachable and good for public transportation, with restaurants, different shops, a pharmacy and 24/7 convenience store nearby

The included breakfast was amazing and the hotel even has a bar and a nice restaurant to eat at. Walking distance to the mall and international bus station

We loved staying at this place. The design is very thought through and makes you dive into a cozy atmosphere within Tirana. The rooms were great, the bed was very comfortable. We were welcomed very warmly by the staff

Sweet boutique hotel in the center of Tirana. The terrace is huge and has a great view of the big square. The staff is well trained and speaks German and Greek in addition to English which was impressive

Old hotel. It takes a long time to go through today's formalities at night. The room is large in proportion, and there are many restaurants nearby. This is also a good choice. It feels very good.

We were greeted by a lovely gentleman who offered to take our bags to our room. The room was spacious and very well decorated and clean, mattress and pillows were very comfortable

I really liked that we had fresh flowers in our room. In the morning we went down for breakfast and there was a great selection of food very well prepared and very wholesome

During our stay we had a live music performance on a stage what we enjoyed. Just next to the restaurant there is a kids playground where our toddler loved spending time. It is a bit outdated, but kids were enjoying it

The shopping mall 5-10 mins walking distance where we used to go for a shopping or a meal. Room was nice, air conditioned and clean. We had some very minor issues setting the right water temperature when showering



 Our son enjoyed sleeping in a baby cot, they provided small pillow and the bedding for cot and it was very cozy in there. The hotel has a restaurant on site with delicious food served quickly + kids menu

Lovely Resort, was easy to check in. They gave us welcome drinks on arrival which was a nice gesture. Very friendly and helpful staff. Had a fantastic stay with my family

The staff is super friendly and lovely, even though they have a lot of work, they still find the perfect timing for their clients. The resort itself is beautiful and luxurious with wonderful room balconies from the pool

The location is close to a lot of stores and restaurants and bars, but a little bit of a further walk to the main square and some of the trendier restaurants so will want to plan for that longer walk, or take a very reasonably priced taxi, or use a bus

Best hotel to visit for business stays. Access from all roads because its near Tirana ring. I also highly recommend the restaurant in the hotel. The hotel is new investment and its just incredible

A bit noisy in the front part ( big avenue ). No room for consigning luggage. No big room with sofas and big flat TV. There's free wifi (Netflix, youtube, etc)

This hotel was an unexpected gem! We booked last minute and wanted to be close to the city but also close to the main roads and it is a very easy drive to get here from the airport since it's close to the ring road

The rooms are big, spacious, very comfortable and extremely good value for money. The hotel location is pretty good too, but they will always assist you in anything extra you need which they don’t have available

From airport transfer to luggage handling. The breakfast was great, the hotel itself was very clean and of a good standard, and they all spoke pretty good English which was a bonus

The hotel is nice. I had few issues. No safe for keeping belongings and no kettle in the room. Yoni at front desk is awesome

It was only a 10 min walk to Skanderberg Square and most of the city vicinity of Tirana was easily walkable. Bars/restaurants are everywhere, some on the road of the hotel and also further into the city

There are a few short comings, my room lacked an accessible power outlet and the morning buffet breakfast is limited – the only fruit offering was sliced watermelon

The Comfort Hotel is within walking distance to Skandberg Square in central Tirana and conveniently located across the street from a bakery and mini-superette

Besides her native Albanian she is conversant in French and could be mistaken for an American with her easy going demeanor and flawless English

My room was clean, had adequate hot water and stable wi-fi connectivity – three of my must haves for budget lodgings

Breakfast had a good selection of buffet and they cooked fresh eggs and coffee. Reception staff were helpful with taxis on both stays. Recommended and I would come back if I return to Tirana

The first stay I had a mountain view and on the second I looked directly onto the Mosque ! Both rooms were nice and clean, large and had everything I could need

The location could not be better since the hotel is within easy walking distance of Skanderbeg Square, the New Bazaar, the major museums, restaurants and bars

It is a small, boutique-type hotel, which enhances its service quality, which is excellent. The staff are kind and helpful, especially the two women who provide breakfast in the morning

The only downside to this hotel is that it's located at a very busy intersection with no parking available, so this would be a problem if you're arriving by car (not an issue for us)

I stayed at the MonarC Hotel in Tirana the nights of April 3 and 4 and it was a great experience

3* hotel but 5* service! They also recommended a nice restaurant around the corner for seafood called Drini that also had great service.

The receptionist was so very helpful. He let us transfer to the bigger hotel within the same group. His approach to clients was kind, and he spoke very good English. We were very grateful.

It’s in a great location, very close to a lot of attractions that tourists will want to meet. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

I have been in this hotel many times and i can say that it is just a fantastic place...perfect rooms, food and hospitality...the swimming pool and the jacuzzi there are amazing...

I really confused about if it's 4 stars hotel 🙄 The best thing is the room cleanness Breakfast of few options The AC was not working for 2 days 😓 The roof with very nice view, unfortunately it was not open, why they lose such edge?! The location is slightly far from the nearest center but OK No options for snacks or drinks

Great costumer service, staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean, parking space is in front of the building. Flat TV , air-conditioning, king bed, big windows. Is a good choice with 24h reception

For this money this is the best place to be. The room was clean and the breakfast was great. There is also a place to park which is very hard to find in this city

The name changed to Keit Hotel. Friendly comfy place, next to the central bus station, and close to the centre
