Great value for money

Nice, clean, quiet and a pleasant 20 minute walk to city center. Breakfast is fantastic! Would absolutely consider staying here again. Thank you.

Extremely happy with our stay at New W Hotel. Been to so many hotels but the staff here has been the most helpful I ever came across, what a amazing people! I also loved the themed rooms concept and the interior design.

Extremely happy with our stay at New W Hotel. I loved the concept of the themed rooms and the interiors design. The staff has been so helpful and so nice! The hotel is located within short walking distance to the city centre. Been to many hotels but I’m genuinely impressed with New W Hotel.

The best hotel in tirana! The rooms are amazing very high end! It’s nice to be located 300 feet from the US embassy. I highly recommend you book a stay here!

5 star hotel! I am blown away by all the luxuouries amenities. All the rooms are beautiful and unique. The owner went out of his way to design everything magnificently. The rooms are super clean and so is the rest of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and sweet. I like the safety of being located so close to the US embassy. Also the restaurant serves delicious food and it’s very affordable. Overall I highly recommend this hotel if you’re in Tirana for a first class one of a kind concierge level service stay!

Hotel lied us right in the face to earn more money.
New W Hotel lied to us, saying there's a problem with the water and we have to move to an apartment for one night.
That night there was a big sporting event in the city. Since I was suspicious I walked to the hotel to check the room, they had not rescinded my key card.
In the room was another guest's luggage and belongings. And the water was now working fine, just a couple of hours after we moved out.
When confronted, the manager said it was his things in the room. An obvious lie.
Also, their car service is horrible. Two times we had to wait an hour for the car to arrive. Even when we checked out and said we were going to the airport.
I would stay far away from this hotel, they have no honor.
