Basic amenities. It's a case of, 'you get what you pay for', so don't expect The Ritz! Affordable option, particularly for large family. Linen was clean, beds comfy.

And then yelled at me telling me 10:00 was check out, like yeah OK fair enough I’m running a little late but wouldn’t you knock first? And even so wouldn’t you give a little grace period for courtesy? Gimme a break! And who do you think you are yelling at your customers? as I had come from A different state where the time zone is a few hours different

The curtain didn’t close completely and there is a large gap on the end, and there is a big mirror on the wardrobe door opposite the gap in the window so if you were naked in your room somebody walking past could see into your room using the gap in the curtain and the mirror on the door

I think the bathrooms have been renovated since all the bad ratings which makes it a little nicer, although the beds are very firm and rather ancient, and the TV is Sum Ting Wong brand, and the LOW quality of the TV is evident as the casing of the TV rattles when emitting sound

Travelodge Docklands 4 1/2 star HOTEL downtown, stayed on 10th floor and Directly next door to Etihad Stadium cost me $109 per night, that’s $5 extra for 5 times better! You can see where I stayed for the rest of my holiday!

On another note having 24 hour receptionist on hand is really good! And the free underground parking is really good! The room I were in was bit more spacious than traditional motel room with couch and coffee table

A decent hotel mixed with residential apartments. Quite a lot of road noise from the bedrooms sadly, as it's situated on an arterial route. Rooms are spacious and high quality, well looked after with all the amenities

Super handy tram stop out the front means a direct 50m ride into the CBD

Nice apartment. Nice establishment. Great location. Stayed 3 nights and they only serviced the room once. They checked to make sure we didn’t drink the wine, but didn’t refresh towels or beds on second night.

Clean room, comfy bed, warm staff, quick in solving any problems that arise, perfect location within the free zone, what more could I ask for. I would say though, I prefer handled shower head much more than a fixed one

The Pegasus has a real kitchen and utensils since it's an apartment hotel. No view at all but it's ok for a night's stay. The bed is so soft but so as the Radisson and the Jazz hotel so I guess it's the standard?

Pegasus has been a repeating pick for me to stay at whenever I visit Melbourne. Although I did the room to be dusty and it triggered my hayfever and the included breakfast to not be as nice as it used to be.

Staffs had reasonable service, but I overheard the guest in front of me checked out 30mins later than he should and the staff were not happy about it at all, like teacher talking to a misbehaved student

Staff was extremely friendly and kind. Beds and couches were very comfy. Kitchen and bathroom are very clean as well. Would absolutely book again if I get the chance to.

The water temperature in the hotel must be criticized. There is a serious lag between hot and cold. It is either too hot or too cold. The price is also very expensive, and the price/performance ratio is average

The rooms are large and located in the city center, about a 7-minute walk from Chinatown. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerators, home appliances and dishwashers.

The room facilities are a bit outdated, the washing machine and dryer are separate, and the model is a bit outdated. The hotel has an excellent location, with a large flat-floor view of the city and hot air balloons

The water in the shower faucet in the bathroom is weak, and the water temperature is sometimes hot and sometimes cold 6. The room facilities are very old, and the kitchen cabinet is broken😩

Insufficient kitchen facilities, not 4 sets of bowls and cups for a 4-person room, and insufficient cooking utensils 🙂↕️ 2. The bathtub is shallow and easy to slip 4

The carpet in the room seems not to be cleaned, and there are hairpins left by past guests everywhere 5

The hotel location, view from the room, breakfast, parking and the people working at the hotel were amazing

Everything from the welcome you recieve to the location is first rate. Great communication from start to finish. The suite was fantastic. Pool is great. Cannot say I had a single cause for issue.

The room was also nice, well equipped and had fairly good cooking facilities which is a must with all the fantastic food markets in Melbourne. The pool and gym were also really good

Stayed for night to attend a concert nearby and highly recommend. Courteous and very friendly staff. We had a short safe 15min walk to Margaret Court Arena. The apartment was clean, very spacious and had amazing views

Great river view, the room is clean. The hotel is located in a relatively quiet area at night. There are pubs and restaurants on the opposite side of the river.

The buffet breakfast was generous and varied. I highly recommend the chef signature omelet. Added to our comfy stay was the swimming pool which was a perfect place to unwind

I am currently staying at this hotel. The suite with bedroom, lounge and kitchenette is very comfortable and clean. Pool was disappointing at only a depth of 1 metre

Our apartment was spacious and it's definitely value for money. Only downside is that our 3 bedroom apartment had only 1 bathroom and 1 toilet but we managed to schedule everyone's bath time around it so that was ok

The hotel was well located and all the facilities were good enough. However it markets itself as a design hotel, which apart from an exhibition downstairs, I didn't really "get"

The carpet in my room on the 7th floor was a bit worn and uneven. Not the hotel's fault, but there is some building work happening at a couple of sights nearby

Nothing much in the rooms smacked of distinctive design apart from some coloured glass between the bedroom and bathroom that could be levered open and closed

It is close to Queen Victoria markets, which are wonderful and within easy walking distance of everything central Melbourne has to offer

A great hotel. We took the double bed rooms and these came fully equipped even with a washer and dryer amongst all the other standards. Free wifi was good. We're hoping to stay here again next year!

The biggest disappointment was the noise level from the lounge room A/C which needs repairing although it did function, and the couch is well passed it's prime and needs replacing

Conveniently located within walking distance to Spencer Street station with a tram stop out front. Two bedroom suite was spacious with kitchen and two bathrooms

The entrance to the hotel garage is in a small alley at the back and is not easy to find. You need to enter 2 malt house lane in the navigation

The location was great, right in the town of Chinatown. However, reception closes at 8pm. Hence not much security around the hotel at night. Room was big and spacious.

Location is just right at the center of China town, plenty of nice restaurants around and easy access to city tram. Hotel room is comfortable and clean.

I ended up staying mostly in the hotel as I was sick with the flu so I noticed the wifi was very glitchy and intermittent too so it made streaming shows quite difficult to watch that I ended up just using my phone

Clean, cozy and modern but a 1GB of WIFI allowance per day per room is ridiculous.

Great value for money, but interior a little dated.

Sheets and bathrooms were clean however the carpet and kitchen seemed to be over a decade old and they and the wallpaper are really due for an update, the carpet looked particularly scuzzy

Amazing location on lygon street and having a kitchen was very convenient

Staying in a nice one bedroom apartment could not fault the place. Stove oven fridge freezer washing machine and dryer. Free internet. The location was good as we had work functions in the area. Easy walk to trams.

Second stay at the Adara, and was a 1 bed apartment and spacious. A little dated but perfect location for me and a 15 minute walk to the MCG

Had a wonderful time at Austin Rise. The house is extremely clean, comfortable bed, and strong Wifi. If we are ever back in the Melbourne area again, we will definitely stay here again. Very quiet neighborhood too.

High floor, good view, swimming pool and sauna facilities are good but no breakfast

Location superb, the free tram stop is just in front of the building and made access to shopping centers, train station, bus terminal easy and fantastic. There are eateries at walking distance

Lift to the apartment is quick and not crowded. If come to Melbourne again, this will be my choice of stay and i highly recommend
