Apartment is clean . Issue with parking access . Had trouble getting into carpark as door access card not working 🙁

Excellent, I am usually a 5 star girl but Mum was in hospital nearby and this fit the bill perfectly.

We were in a walk distance from the Rod Laver Arena. The room and beddings were spotless clean. We had everything we needed. Thank you! Leask family

The room was dated and basic, we requested a sofa bed which was not easy to make up and was very uncomfortable. Room needed a deep clean, the fridge was very dirty

After reading some reviews I was hesitant booking but decided to go ahead, and I am so so glad I did, beautiful basic clean rooms, with washer and dryer, comfortable bedding, fresh towels and bins emptied daily

If you are looking for luxury, don't expect to pay budget pricing, but if you are looking for somewhere that is clean and comfortable, with washer, dryer and kitchenete this most definitely will not disappoint

I stayed here while visiting family at nearby hospitals, and it was super convenient. It’s just a short walk to both the Royal Melbourne and Children’s Hospitals, which made things so much easier

The staff were friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated the free parking. For the price and the location, you really can’t beat it. I’d definitely stay here again when I’m in the area!

The apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed. Full kitchen, laundry, and a comfy bed. It had a cozy, homey feel to it, which was perfect for my stay

Beds super comfy and the staff so lovely and helpful especially the lady who cleans the rooms you need anything at all she will help you. If i ever need to come to Victoria again ill stay here

Basic accommodation. Reminds me of a motel where you'd expect the Griswold family to stay! Bring your own internet though!

Clean simple rooms and affordable for being close to Melbourne city and 2 min from DFO Essendon

Very clean, spacious rooms, free WiFi and very friendly staff. It's approx a 10-15 minute walk to the tram intersection, however there are buses that run on the highway. A very nice place to stay! :)

The addition of plenty of off street parking a beautifully clean courtyard pool and bbq area aswell as a quaint dining room that offers all guests breakfast each morning served by the sweetest desk clerk/ concierge/ chef / cleaning lady/ owner

I know it's not a 5 star resort, but it is a very well maintained, clean and comfortable motel with all of the facilities in good working condition ( a rarity to find in any motel)

This inexpensive motel was clean and friendly. The facilities were basic but good for the price. Close to public transport into the city, so you can leave the car in the off-street parking

Great food and the staff was super friendly. On Wednesdays the chicken Parma is only 16 !

The great news for this motel is it has recently been purchased and undergoing renovation. The room was exactly what we wanted for a one night stay as we come down from country Victoria for hospital appointments

The Comfort Inn Greensborough is a wise option if you are overnighting near the airport. It's a great location for early flights out of Melbourne . The Room was very clean and tidy. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The room was very dated but comfortable. I wouldn't stay here for more than a few days , however it was quite ok. The maim corridors smell very unpleasant however the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable

This Motel is for people who need assistance and somewhere to stay for a few nights before they continue on. Yea it's not crown but it's a roof over your head in a clean safe environment and that's enough for me!

The room was small but adequate. Happy to find this budget motel. Only gripe was one pillow was way too big and firm to sleep with. Would stay again if caught out by bad weather (we usually camp)

Loved staying here! Didn't ever want to leave!!, yeah its basic, but we don't go backpacking to stay at 5* accommodation!!! Its all about meeting new people and getting amongst it and this is the place to do that!! Super social place, great pub downstairs, central location, all very clean and the staff are amazing! I met some friends for life at this hostel and would definitely stay here again!! Pint on punt I love you! And I recommend to all. Ps is in a great location if you want easy access to city or a night out in st kinda
