The pool, spa and gym were on the same floor as our room which was particularly handy after a day out and a great way to unwind and refresh before heading off for the evening

Unbelievable!!! Loved the location, the service, the lounge. breakfast was excellent!!! Evening appetizers were better than I expected!! Wine at the lobby at all times

Was greeted at check-in by very friendly staff who saw I needed a glass of champagne at 5pm - thank you. The room was roomy and clean on the 10th floor. Location is also good, close to many attractions.

early check in, late check out, 2 bottles of wine as amenities. They made us feel like royalties🥰🥰🥰

Rooms are very old, feels more like a 3 star hotel. Wifi is good, little noice even it's on the main busy road

I loved my stay at the Melbourne Marriot. My room was clean and spacious. I stayed in a courtyard room with two double beds. I loved that you could cast your own streaming services to the TV

Venue was great, pool area wad amazing. Staff are extremely polite and the 1 bedroom apartment was amazing. Will stay again, for sure.

The Sebel is in a great location and the rooms are well appointed and clean. The view was fantastic and staff were friendly and efficient. We had a really enjoyable stay as a family.

My Husband and i Stayed here for one night. we had a one bedroom apartment with water view

the apartment is set up better for long stay with some facilities to cook for yourself and some ability to store things in a giant fridge

However the downside is that it isnt very soundproof, so the noisy kids playing in the street can be very annoying. its a few hundered meters away from the nearest tram stop

Quiet location, rooms were huge clean, comfy big bed,great customer service I loved it, under cover parking, swimming pool, gym

The room was quiet, immaculate, very comfortable. Great choice of movies to watch, and staff were very friendly and helpful.

All of my apple devices wouldn’t connect to their WiFi. My friend had the same issue.

Recently done up to cater the business community. Don't have to leave the place looking for a food outlet as the restaurants is open all the time and serves variety of great food

Stayed at this hotel for a couple of weeks and really enjoyed it. Hotel staff were so friendly and nothing was too hard for them. Beds were great, shower was AMAZING

Came for a one night stay, reception team was friendly and well groomed. However did not advise that in room amenities could be requested , so had to call once I got to the room to find no amenities aside from soap

Good standard hotel at a great location. impressed with the infinity window to look outside the room. Breakfast options are less for vegetarians and fishitarians. same options repeated for all 6 days we stayed

i don’t know how can the smell can come inside the room even the window closed, i like open my window to get fresh air but the smells smoking come inside my room I feel so bad about this😔. But this place good for staying

The space is about average for two people but the small kitchen area is well stocked and nice, making it a bit better than the rest. The provided toiletries in the room were nice and felt quality and the beds were clean

There isn't a great view or anything, at least from the room I was in, as it faced the alley and oppisite building but there is balcony that was good to take calls on and listen to the night sounds of Melbourne

The free tea, coffee & water is also a lovely touch, with a brilliant lounge room to relax in, it is a pleasant break from your room. Anytime we are in Melbourne, we will always stay at the Alto, such a great location

So close to Southern Cross Station, free tram zone and some great restaurants and bars. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Will definitely stay again

My husband and I stayed at the Alto Hotel for 6 months. We were looked after very well, the room was very good, may be just needs a bit more utilities in the kitchen, but overall a very pleasant stay

Beds were the most comfortable ever! No wonder they also sell them! Cosy lounge area to read and have coffee. Easy walking distance from Southern Cross Station and good location for markets

Great location 2 minutes walk from Southern Cross station. It has its own laundry if visiting and staying a few nights. Bed room clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again

Small and basic but clean and tidy room, with everything you would expect. Staff extremely professional and helpful. Very strategically located right next to both Elizabeth St tram stops

Most importantly, their staff are so friendly and helpful. If you need cutlery and plates for any take away orders you bring in they're available in the cafeteria section on level one at any time upon request

I've noticed an option to sleep in and delay checking out by 1 or 2 hours with a small fee and I hope that becomes a permanent feature at this hotel! I noticed a couple of pieces of lint in my shower when I showed up today but regardless that I highly recommend this budget hotel!

Ibis Budget Melbourne is in a great location, and their standard rooms are great for individuals or close couples. They have other rooms for people who need more privacy

The staff were so welcoming and even changed the bar fridge when I said I’m not drinking alcohol so they changed it to suit us! Lollies & chomps in the lobby we’re a favourite and the towels & beds made each day

I remember going here, many years ago when it was Mrs Parmas. Popped in on a Friday night looking for a less noisy place. A nice welcome by friendly professional staff. Good Beer choice and food offering.

The hotel provides free unlimited water and milk, which is very rare. Most of the hotels we stayed in Australia did not have water. The service is also good, with staff 24 hours a day

Staff outlined a map for suggestions & we felt so welcomed with a Jenga game & smiles! Definitely coming back. Home away from home in Melbourne

Fantastic experience for me & teenager kids. We loved being so close to the Princess Theatre & great cafes & food & city centre

The only inconvenience is that the parking spot is a bit far away

outside the st Kilda strip, located in the business district of st Kilda. Rooms are cozy and clean with modern amenities. Check in and check out was fast and easy.

This was the second time we have stayed here. Convenient and price is right. Pleasant room with all mod cons. Washing machine, dryer, kitchenette with dishwasher, modern bathroom

The only complaint was the mattress wasn't as comfy as the first time. Maybe we should have tried the 2nd bed out. Staff were very pleasant and helpful

We didn't stay here, but we contacted the customer service to return a Kinto vehicle in a Kinto car space on site (as our original spot was illegally occupied)

The environment is good, the front desk service is warm and kind, there are supermarkets and stations around, so it is more convenient to travel.

If you’re an art nerd and lover of culture, this is for you! From the outside it’s not a lot to look at, but once inside the halls are laden with some of the most beautiful art pieces! The rooms are also gorgeous, bed is super comfy! I didn’t like that there is no room servicing while staying for longer than a day, but that’s not really that big of an issue

It was good for the price, although the hair dryer didn’t work and the window frames were dirty. The staff is very friendly and cosy.

Old building of course could be done up but of course then all prices would go up equivalently so again and come back to the original point it’s simple basic accommodation that is useful when you need a quick night accommodation

It was friday night 14/7/2023, we wandered into DoubleTree hotel on the rumour that the hotel always has the unique cookie aroma, which is its signature way of greeting guests and distinguishing itself from numerous other hotels

Great location, within walking distance to the closest tram and train stations. Got upgraded to a king room upon arrival with a lovely warm choc chip cookie. The room was clean and comfortable. Throughly enjoyed my stay!

The staff was very friendly and I was so glad that the room was ready earlier than check it time. I know this is depending the situation but helped me a lot to organise to meet my friends! Highly recommend the hotel.

Good location - near the Yarra River. Plenty of food options in the vicinity Only downside is it's a little far from Southern Cross Station but we are talking about a few free Tram stops and some walking.

Great location, just opposite of the flinders st railway station and middle of the Melbourne city where you can find a lots of local attractions and foodie places. Rooms & bathrooms are tidy and clean

Perfect location Good service at the front desk, but they seem short of staff at around 5pm on a Friday. Room is pretty standard with acceptable hygiene level. Overall, good value for money.

Also, it’s walking distance between the hotel and flinders station/ Lune/ Pidapipó CBD. If you book one day tour, tour guide usually pick you up at Great Southern Hotel, which is next to this hotel

Clean and nice service. Arrived early in the morning, let me early check in to get the time fresh it and take a rest before start my business day.

The stay was small as I only needed it for one night, but the room itself was also quite small. The room had a single bed on wheels that would move very freely whenever I tried to sit down on it

There is also a lift / elevator that is currently out of commission and pears to being repaired, yet the sign for the other lift appears not to be installed correctly

I noticed the toilet was rather close to the sink, so I tried to sit on the toilet and I physically could not do it because the sink was in the way of my legs

Room for improvement! Pool was nice, gym terrible. Service inconsistent

I have been staying at what is now called The Vibe Hotel for over 30 years. Originally The Royal Parade motor inn. A couple of minutes walk to a tram stop, that takes you directly into the city of Melbourne

In saying that, this hotel is where you stay for budget accommodation. The rooms are decent enough, but perhaps not as perfectly clean as other hotels

Even know theres a bit of upgrading to the hotel going on right now, it's still a rad place to stay. Special mention to Sammy at reception. She went above and beyond to make my stay amazing

The aesthetic of the hotel is amazing, and it's convenience to the City and especially the universities is great. Would recommend to park here, stay for a quick nap and then go about your day

Location excellent with trams right outside - no inner city weirdos lurking around. Room seems recently renovated and fresh. King room was bigger than expected for an inner city hotel

Best massage I've ever had! I came in with so many knots on my shoulders and left completely relaxed! Sharnee focused on the area and applied the exact amount of pressure I asked for! The staff is really friendly and the rooms smell amazing, definitely recommend!

The hotel's well-known spa was tricky to secure an appointment - called and left messages but no response. Recommend booking your spa appointment well in advanced thru reception to avoid disappointment

Discrete apartment style Hotel with high end fittings. I chose this hotel primarily for the location as South Yarra has everything (restaurants, shops and transport) without the tourists

Though the decor was slightly dated, the hotel was very well maintained and clean. Staff was always ready to assist. Internet connection was a little choppy

Had a quiet stay with good rest, totally can't hear the noise from aircraft as is not under the flying path, although just situated less than 10 mins drive away from airport

Good location and provide free transportation to/ from airport. It‘s very convenient except one thing lack of toilet‘s amenities. I booked a room for 3 person but I got one small shampoo, conditioner and soap.

Incredibly comfy bed and rooms are perfect for a night or lengthy stay. Ample parking and close to a major shopping complex and not too far from the CBD. Train station isn't far away if can't be bothered driving

Spacious suite, we had a corner unit, very comfortable, everything we needed. Like home. The gym was located in a small space, no windows. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

Nothing was ever too much trouble and they did everything with a smile even under pressure. My experience prior to the trip with Katu via phone and email to do an upgrade was so efficient as well

Very clean and good facilities. Located only 300 metres from shopping centres and Kings Park for a pleasant walk. It has off street parking available in a secure area behind the building.
