What can I say, we celebrated our wedding here with 160 of our nearest and dearest and what a night. The attention to detail, the staff and the food, OMG, the food was on point, perfectly executed and delicious

Breakfast was delicious every morning, and the restaurant service was excellent. The pool area was lovely and peaceful. I also appreciated how quick and smooth the check-in and check-out process was

The Ubers we caught all arrived quickly and with no troubles and walking around to the art gallery and other places like the casino was easy. We also walked over the bridge to all the little alleyways and arcades

The Langham in Melbourne is ideally located for easy access to the CBD, transport and excellent restaurants and bars. The walk along the riverbank is really enjoyable

Great location downtown and close to the station. Loved the pool / jacuzzi / spa on the 9th floor.

The facilities of the Hotel are well maintained and the service provided by staff is courteous and professional. Our room was very clean and the amenities were all that we needed. There was minimal noise at night

The Langham Hotel is perfect for a special occasion getaway. Spacious room,comfy bed and helpful staff. It has delicious food and a fantastic spa and pool area.

The hotel is old though it is well maintained. The pool and sauna have a nice view of the city

Our suite had a kitchen and plenty of space and bathroom included a spa bath. Easy access to many of Melbourne theatres shops and boutique cafes

The hotel is abit old but room is clean and at a great location, friendly staff too.

Spa didn’t work, pool was smaller than expected. Guest services kept giving us inactivated cards for the lift. Breakfast had no teaspoons, had to ask 2 waiters to get it

This is wonderful hotel, our room is spacious, neat, clean and reasonably stylish. The beds are firm soft and absolutely perfect for us. Service is great and the location is again central to our needs

On 2 days, we left the notification to make up room when we went out but when we got back several hours later, the room was still not cleaned. Otherwise would have gotten a 5 star rating

The hotel is located at a fantastic location and our twin room was pretty huge with a small kitchenette. Overall, the stay was pleasant but the room cleaning took a little too long

There was a Chinese-speaking person at the front desk, and the communication was relatively smooth. We hoped that the toiletries could be of better quality. The quilt was too thick and the location was good

Ctrip customer service said that if we booked two rooms, we needed to tell Ctrip customer service in advance, and Ctrip would contact the hotel to see if they could be arranged nearby

The hotel said that if we had a note to arrange the two rooms nearby, it would also depend on the platform settings to determine whether the hotel could see the guest's note

The hotel is located in the heart of Melbourne, with convenient transportation. It is 5 minutes away from the train station and just across the road is St

The hotel's front desk service is enthusiastic, the business is proficient, and the breakfast is rich

Maybe there is room for improvement in the connection between the platform and the hotel

After 45mins , the receptionist came with the keys and a warm smile. She apologised for the waiting. She given me a free breakfast voucher for 2 and grant me a free late check out

Such a kind gesture and well appreciated. The room was spacious as advertised, clean and comfortable. I truly love the say and will book this hotel again when I am back to Melbourne

When I checked in around 2:30pm, the receptionist told me the room was still in the midst of cleaning and she beckon me to sit and wait for the room to be ready

Fantastic rooms, location and views. Made me feel very at home just so friendly and willing to do anything to make your stay perfect. Would highly recommend to anyone. Rooms very clean with beautiful decor

Great location, service, equipment and access from every corner of Melbourne city. You could even swim while being in very center of the city

The elevators were slow, but I note they are currently being upgraded so this is a non issue for the future. We made use of the pool and sauna facilities which were great

You can take the tram for a free city walk. If you're on a day tour, the bus pick-up point is just a two-minute walk away. The front desk staff, Holy, and the senior gentleman from concierge were both very nice

At 9:30 PM, both the front desk and concierge were empty, making it easy for anyone to access any floor. I somewhat regret not spending a bit more to stay at the Grand Hyatt

The next day, I spoke to the duty manager, and they checked the surveillance footage, confirming that no one had entered my room. But my stay experience was truly poor

However, and seriously, as a Hyatt Globalist, I rarely stay at InterContinental, and I have never, in all my previous experiences, encountered an unlocked room door

Now, for the cons: The coffee spoon wasn't clean, it was dirty. The minibar fridge had cooling issues; the bottom was full of water

I left my room early Friday morning for a day tour and returned at 9:30 PM to find my room door unlocked, just as pictured

Virgin put me here after cancelling my flight, and it was exactly what I needed after such a stressful experience. No issues with walking in at 1am, getting checked into my room, and then leaving on the shuttle at 6:30am

Two door cards should be provided for each room so that one person can stay in the room with the lights on, while another person could use a second card key to enter the swimming pool

Great service, comfy stay, awesome breakfast and good coffee. What more could you want? It was so easy for us arriving in at the airport and arranging our shuttle back to the hotel

Free shuttle to airport. Breakfast was fantastic. Dinner was also great. One of the best risottos I have had in my life!!!

Will definitely be returning when in need of accommodation in Melbourne again

We had a fabulous stay at the Savoy, very reasonably priced with a gorgeous art deco boutique feel. The room was immaculately clean and well-appointed, and every staff member we spoke to was very helpful

Conveniently close (as in walking distance) to Southern Cross station and Sky Bus terminal for airport transfers. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended.

There was also no water, but you could buy some from reception or the 7/11 down the street. Shower was good, hot water and good pressure. I had an issue the first night, but quickly fixed

Had to go back down and ask about laundry and WiFi facilities as there was no info in the room only a list of an outdated mini bar menu as the was both mini bar in the room

The location is very central, close to the Southern Cross Station. The rooms were okay, but had no safe. You need to rent one on the first level near the luggage storage

When servicing our room everyday everything but the toilet paper was replaced I had to ask the housekeeper for 1 eventually. Very dusty top of the wardrobe was gross

I stayed for just one day and it was ok. I booked a hotel for a concert, but there were no rooms available because I had an early flight. After checking in and putting down my luggage, I started my journey

When I came back to pick up my luggage after 2 o'clock, I got the key directly. It’s about a ten-minute walk from the concert venue. The weather is nice and cool, so it’s quite comfortable to walk there

The Sebel is in a great location and the rooms are well appointed and clean. The view was fantastic and staff were friendly and efficient. We had a really enjoyable stay as a family.

My Husband and i Stayed here for one night. we had a one bedroom apartment with water view

the apartment is set up better for long stay with some facilities to cook for yourself and some ability to store things in a giant fridge

However the downside is that it isnt very soundproof, so the noisy kids playing in the street can be very annoying. its a few hundered meters away from the nearest tram stop

Best massage I've ever had! I came in with so many knots on my shoulders and left completely relaxed! Sharnee focused on the area and applied the exact amount of pressure I asked for! The staff is really friendly and the rooms smell amazing, definitely recommend!

Great staff! I booked as a gift for parents and the staff were so helpful with booking and arranging some extras. Then they took care of my parents wonderfully and added some treats + upgrade for nothing

The hotel's well-known spa was tricky to secure an appointment - called and left messages but no response. Recommend booking your spa appointment well in advanced thru reception to avoid disappointment

Discrete apartment style Hotel with high end fittings. I chose this hotel primarily for the location as South Yarra has everything (restaurants, shops and transport) without the tourists
