Fully satisfied with the room condition. We have issue to connect the tv, we called reception and quick to receive their assistance. The hotel is strategic and walking distance to all the restaurant and main attractions. At night it is so peaceful which i really like since we need to rest.

The hotel's location is fantastic, especially for Chinese guests! It's right next to Chinatown, which was perfect for satisfying our Chinese cravings. The room was clean and tidy. On the first day, we had an issue with our room and emailed them about it. The next day, they immediately upgraded us to a different room type, and it made a huge difference. Odd-numbered rooms overlook Darling Harbour, so we could watch the Saturday fireworks directly from our room. Very satisfied!

The location is very good and convenient.  However, there were some stains on the upper part of the wall in the room, and the hair dryer felt a bit sticky to hold, so the cleanliness could be improved. The air conditioner was also quite noisy, which affected sleep a little. Overall, the location is great, but the facilities and cleanliness could be better.

I chose this hotel for my child's schooling in Sydney, and it's perfectly located right by Chinatown. The price was reasonable, the environment was lovely, and the service was warm and welcoming. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, being close to major attractions like Darling Harbour, the QVB, and, of course, Chinatown itself.

I was enjoying my time here so much that I decided to extend my trip for an extra day. The process to extend was seamless, and the staff were very helpful in accommodating me. It’s rare to find a hotel where you genuinely don't want to leave, but the relaxed vibe and great service here make it easy to stay longer. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Very clean hotel. Breakfast is very good, lots of varieties. There is a fast check out by dripping the cards at the Drop Off Box near the lift at ground floor. Good to have that because there could be crowd checking in and out at reception.

This has been my second visit, the location, location, location. for me it is the best.

It is strong throw away from Chinatown. Good food near darling square. 5 mins walk from darling harbour.

2mins away from the approx intersection of 3tram lines.

During my stay, I saw a top-StarAlliance airline also stay here, where add some more credit to the place.

Nice hotel, good location to restaurants, shops and landmarks , nice clean room and shower. I did not know they do not provide bottles of water in the room, but as long as you have an empty water bottle, you can request the bar to refill water for you. Or you can go to the gym on level 2 to get filtered water. Gym and swimming pools are on level 2.
