The staff here were very friendly and helpful and gave us a free upgrade, which was a nice surprise. The rooms were big clean and had lots of useful facilities. We noticed that some people were complaining about the city noise or traffic noise but those people need to get a job, a life, some friends and a hotel outside of the city if they’re gonna whinge about general city noise while staying in the city. would definitely recommend this place 10 out of 10

DO NOT STAY HERE if you value your sleep Hands down the worst accomodation I have ever stayed in. Although the front staff were lovely, that's about where the positive experience ends. We booked an overnight stay at Napoleon on Kent before our 12 night cruise to NZ and from arrival was underwhelmed. The front desk looks tired and dated, however reserved my initial disappointment thinking for the $400+ per night price tag I'm sure the apartment should be nice. Wrong!! The room had only basic amenities, however was clean. Not even a current standard size TV. I could have looked passed all this and put it down to "it's only an overnight stay and it's somewhere to sleep" Turns out sleep wasn't an option either. The noise level of Sydney was like it's literally in the room with you. Party revellers, traffic noise was constant till the early hours of the morning. I have stayed in other apartment accommodation where it's in the heart of the city and never have had an issue of noise levels inside the room once windows and doors were closed.
How they can charge 5 star pricing for 2 star accommodation is beyond me. Will never recommend or stay here again.

We found this Hotel met all our requirements. Starting with an early check in and enjoying a spacious apartment with comfortable beds ( including a fold out bed in the lounge) minimal traffic noise and nearness to Darling Harbour. A small but well stocked convenience store and railway nearby. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed at the Napoleon Hotel in Sydney and was very satisfied with my overall experience. Firstly, its location is incredibly convenient, close to the city center and major transportation options. Whether walking to popular attractions or catching trains and buses, it's all very convenient, saving a lot of time.
What impressed me most about the room was its cleanliness. Not only was it spacious and bright, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotlessly clean, it felt incredibly comfortable. I felt relaxed every day returning to my room.
Overall, this is a highly recommended hotel, especially for travelers who value convenience and quality. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

It's just ok.. high price really for what you get. Had a problem with entering on arrival due to a door lock fault which was annoying. Plain and ordinary overall. Decent room size. If you're looking for CBD accom, keep looking.

Convenient location to Darling Harbour and the city, easy parking, clean and quiet. It’s nothing spectacular but has a basic kitchen and amenities and well-fitted bathroom and is reasonably priced for the city CBD.

Neat, tidy, clean, no frills serviced apartment. It is located on a busy intersection, and maybe better blockout blinds would help the lights. However value for money, good size kitchen and bathroom make it a good choice particularly close to Barangaroo.
