Service was average and amenities very basic. Had shampoo, conditioner, body wash and bar soap. The space was pretty tight for 2 people and no extra table space for work. However, location was near ICC Sydney which was convenient.

I had an amazing stay! Argelie and Sabin were absolutely incredible—so warm, helpful, and professional. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The room was spotless, the service was excellent, and their smiles made my day. I truly appreciate their kindness and dedication. Highly recommend!

Is nice and quiet clean, is good for one night stay for one person or couple.Also is cheaper than other hotels in CBD , can save money for your travel.

Location is great, nearby many restaurants & shops that open til late in Sydney. Amenities are complete and they have all you need (dental kit upon request, microwave at lobby). The family room is incredibly small though, so if you have big luggages, it will be challenging.

Service was not good, room was bad smell, facilities even worse. The advertising for room discount price was not adequate. It should be down rate for this hotel. We will never ever back to this hotel an won't recommend to anyone.

Hotel is conveniently located near Chinatown and Darling Harbor and only 5 minutes walk to Town Hall station for airport train. Room is very small, no space to put down my luggage. There is no chair,no desk. For one person staying overnight is fine. Two people in the room would be crowded.
