Awesome location, big room with a good desk.
Comfortable bed and nice linen

Great location, the room was nice and comfortable. The kitchen and outdoor area are very pleasant! Too bad we were just passing through, I would've stayed longer.

Location location location!! The hotel is nothing fancy but has everything you need, and the location is PERFECT! Walk out the front door, cross the street onto Coogee beach, 2 mins walk from bars, restaurants and shops (no parking).

The hotel itself is probably 2 or 3☆. It felt a bit like I'd taken a time machine back a decade. But if you're on a beach holiday where you'll spend your days out and just want somewhere to clean up and rest your head, it could be a good option.
Small rooms but good amenities. In the room: kettle, fridge, microwave, plates, cutlery, cups, bowls, glasses, wine glasses, a radio, alarm clock, and a tiny TV (it's approx. 7ft up on the wall so you can hardly see but it's there). Hotel has a kitchenette for use by all, larger fridge, and a terrace for outside eating, drinking, smoking.
Seemingly clean enough (a bit dusty) although it's an old building, and the grout in the shower was a bit grim.
A bit expensive in terms of the hotel for what you got, but you pay for the location, and it doesn't get much better!

Nice view and Good location! But It’s too old hotel. Beds was not comfortable and carpet was not clean. There are kitchen but we can’t use it…😞
