Good location, close to bus stop and shopping mall.
The room is spacious, with a big bathroom. Everything is clean.
The front desk staff are so nice, I have to catch early flight so I cannot have breakfast during the operation hours. But they prepared the breakfast take-away for me. Also they helped me to arrange airport drop-off. Super!

This was our first time in Sofia - the Best Western Plus was in a perfect location for the metro station (European Union Metro) which is two stops from the city centre. It was a short and easy drive from the airport and great for parking too (€10 per night). I emailed in advance of our stay to book a parking space as the underground garage isn’t that big.
A small breakfast buffet was included, the hotel itself was new and modern, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The only thing we felt let it down slightly was how thin the walls and floors are - we could hear people in the corridor and in the rooms next door as well as above us which wasn’t ideal when people came in late at night. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, definitely bring earplugs!

We stayed for 7 nights and had booked 3 rooms.
One family suite for 4 persons, one double room and one single room.
All of them had very simple furnishing and even though the rooms were clean, we expected to have our towels changed at least once.
Even after requesting new towels, we did not receive anything.
Reception and breakfast staff is rather quiet and not friendly.
Only the lady at reception was helpful and spoke English.
Very simple hotel standard, with old furniture and amenities.
I would not book again, since we did not felt welcome and hospitality was rather poor.
Good location though, since metro and bus station is only a couple of minutes away.
Also good walking distance to the centre ( around 20 minutes)
