Good location. The rooms would need to be upgraded and they should take care of some things like changing the curtains who are dirty and the carpets in the rooms
Generally the should pay attention more in the cleanliness.
I asked 3 times for having a shower gel and shampoo because they were empty in my room and they ignore me and I had a cup of coffee and nobody remove the 3 days in my stay.
One more basic problem that needs to be improved is the breakfast.

Shame! The place is disgusting! There are hairs on the beds, there is mold in the bathtub, the toilet is cracked, the service guys look scary, they are rude, and inhospitable. The food is non edible, it's cold and it stinks. The water smells like chlorine and even glasses are dirty! There was a litetal carrot peel in there! Simply unacceptable! Don't go there for your own good!

The location is good and the people from reception are cooperative. The hotel itself is old and although the rooms and common areas are clean, it's obvious that everything around is in need of a massive renovation. The breakfast was kind of a buffet, but at least when I was there, they filled the tables once and that was it.
No own hotel parking, but they can arrange a parking place 300 meters away from the hotel, where you need to leave the car keys to move the car within the parking area if necessary. Not a very safe feeling, but you need to park the car somewhere.

Perfect hotel in an area and very clean! Good big rooms! People working at the reception are very friendly and also the man working in the reception at night is.
The women at the breakfast don't want to work and are not interested. If a country (Bulgaria) takes you as a guest because in your country (Ukraine) is a war going be a little bit more respectful and thankful that you're helped with work and money! It changed our point of thinking also about this war situation for this kind of people.
But to the hotel again; During our stay, some things went wrong at the breakfast during our 4 days stay so we complained about it at the reception. The manager personally came to talk about it and explained it and fixed it also. If we can give 10 stars it would be for the manager. She's very helpful and friendly!
Next time we definitely come back!

Very friendly staff really good breakfast! Clean rooms! Most important really quiet you get the relaxation you need on vacation

The rooms and the bathrooms need renovation. The bathroom was not very clean when I've checked in. On the 4th floor the water was warm and hot, as it should be normally. The breakfast dishes can be enriched with some more gluten free meals. The fruits were not very fresh, the bananas had brown color and they didn't look as they're cut the same morning.

The windows are thick so there's no issues with the noise.
Unfortunately there are some downsides.
I am tall, my head was hitting the roof while standing in the bathtub to take my shower (it was very annoying but it shouldn't be an issue for 95% of the people).
It also takes quite a while to have hot water and it can take a bit of time to get the right temperature.
Last thing is that the curtains are a bit shorter than the windows meaning you will have daylight in the room in the morning. If it doesn't bother you then it shouldn't be an issue.
Overall the stay was great, I would recommend.

The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming.
