The hotel structure in question has a good location in the center of Sofia, served by Metro, Bus and taxis at a good price (I recommend downloading the app. Taxi Me). The breakfast is well stocked and the room given to me (I had the n.902) is very good, comfortable, nice KING size bed with a good view of the city.
The negative side is in the reception, it is not presented in an adequate manner at all, because the problem of having to climb the stairs to reach level n.1 on foot, imagine a person (worse for elderly people) with luggage and without a lift, becomes a problem; but it does not end there, because when you arrive at the reception area. You encounter cartons, sofas, objects leaning in the corner, folders of invoices with people (they are not staff) drooling with beer, it is a very ugly image, for a moment I was thinking of giving up my reservation and losing my € 300.00 expenses.

the hotel was very close to the center, it was clean but the personnel did not speak good english. communication was not that easy.
I had requested a parking place for my car in their parking lot and they offered me a parking spot on the street in front of the hotel for 19 euros per day and if I left after 19:30 I would not be able to park again.

Too hot
Overall nice hotel but the rooms are way too hot. The A/C does not help and is extremely noisy. I would not recommend this hotel during the warmer months.

Great Location
The location and condition of the hotel was superb! My only criticism was that there was as no air conditioning (cold air) due to the time of the year (March).
This was very tough due to being on a high floor and the window only opened a few inches - it was boiling!
There were no fans provided after I requested this - disappointing

The hotel is very nice, the breakfast is excellent, the only issue was the shower head but it was replaced immediately, and the fact that the lobby was in renovations and we didn’t know about it

The location is very good, close to Central Park and Central Pedestrian Street, next to the subway, and there is a Chinese fast food restaurant not far downstairs. I have stayed here several times. The only inconvenience this time is that the original first floor is under renovation, and the front desk has been moved to the second floor. You need to carry your luggage upstairs, and there is no elevator

The rug was full with stains and the room was very cold when I arrived. Had to leave the air conditioning on all night for a decent temperature in the room (20-21C) but it made a lot of noise and never stopped. They only have 2 or 3 dedicated parking spaces for the hotel and it is very difficult to find a parking space in the area. I use to come here 1-2 times per year on business trips but unfortunately I will have to find a different place to stay.

The hotel is nice, but it's not a 4 star for sure. Confident 3 stars - yes. Rooms are good, but the shower good be better. Shower head is small, water pressure is very low and the water flows from the connection of hose and head. The absence of pool or gym also don't make it 4 stars hotel. Breakfast is good but not very various. Mini bar which was not cooling beverages inside it. You want to take something to drink, but it's totally warm. Especially beer ((( And of course AC that's not ac at all, but just a fan. I put it to the 17 degrees and full power and it still was hot inside my room
