Location: in Bansko resort, at 161 km from the airport of Sofia, 600 metres from the gondola lift and 800 metres from the city centre.
Consists of one 4-storey building.

Highly recommend this home from home hotel with such wonderfully hospitable hosts, they go over and above to make your stay a great experience. Homemade cookies went down a treat, there’s a plentiful selection of food for breakfast and be sure to sample the delicious and tasty delights of their evening meals. Liked the spacious, comfy communal chillaxing area - perfect for drinks and game playing with our companions… the hot tub is also a must! The whole place is immaculately kept and well maintained both inside and out. Bed remade daily and towels changed halfway through our stay. One thing I wasn’t too sure of was having a toilet next to an open shower in the bathroom/wet room?

Staying at this family hotel was one of the best experiences in my life! Hosts Maria and Krasimir are very welcoming, helpful and sincere people. I would definately recommend this place! Thank you guys!

We spent the winter vacation with our children and two other families in Bansko between January 2-9 2023 and stayed at the Rahoff hotel. We were in total 6 adults and 5 children. The quality-price ratio is very good, the rooms are clean; bed sheets and towels are very clean. We have been impressed by the hosts that are very hospitable, giving us a lot of information necessary for our stay, including those related to ski equipment rental and good areas for skiing. Breakfast is substantial, including boiled eggs, omelette, ham and vegetables; the area is very quiet.

Really friendly hotel with a great welcome from Krasimir and Maria. Krasimir has contacts with a ski equipment rental shop where we had a good reduction in charges. Krasimir gave us lifts to the slopes and to a nearby spa - there was a charge for this of course but it made a big difference to our holiday.

Truly a great place to stay!
Krasimir and Maria as well as the rest of their team were incredible hosts. Super friendly and welcoming and always there to give that little bit more to ensure your stay is as good as possible. An experience you will not get from any other hotel!
The dinners were delicious as well as the bonus of getting to taste home made wine and locally produced Rakia!
