St George Ski & Holiday - Half Board Hotel

I originally booked just one night at Saint George Hotel, but ended up staying for three nights because the experience was so good. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the spa area was excellent – with 4 different types of saunas, all spotless and relaxing. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. There was even a misunderstanding with the price (my mistake), and the reception team went out of their way to resolve it fairly and offered me a very considerate rate. Their hospitality made a big difference. For the price, you get amazing value – great rooms, a fantastic spa, and outstanding service. Everything was perfect, and I will definitely come back here again. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Bansko. A big thank you to the entire staff for the warm and welcoming service!

I had the pleasure of staying at St. George Bansko with my fiancée this week to celebrate her birthday, and I can't recommend it enough! Everything was perfect. The hotel has a convenient ski storage room, which made it so easy to store our ski equipment. They also provided shuttle services to the gondola, which was really helpful. The breakfast was excellent – a wide variety of delicious options. The manager responsible for the breakfast service went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and took care of every little request we had. To top it all off, the hotel surprised us for my fiancée's birthday with a lovely gesture, and I'll be sharing a picture of that special moment. We stayed at this hotel for a week and we felt very good. The accommodation and food were very good, the room was very warm, the staff was friendly, the prices were affordable, the spa service was good, the pool was heated, the ski slope was excellent. A nice and clean little town. I recommend it.

What made this stay even more special was how welcoming they were to our furry family members. This a very nice hotel at the end of the town. The hotel is remote and overlooking some fields (and sheep). It's quiet and serene. The rooms are well appointed, and the service is top. The food in the restaurant is very delicious and plentiful, I had the best mini Pavlova! The only quibble is that the lobby is too small. But they fully compensate with a welcome drink 😄

It was a nice surprise.Although the hotel is located 10-15 min walk from downtown, the view from the window of our studio was nice - up to the Pirin mountain and down-to the garden-patio. Very friendly service...and the food was above all expectations. Mineral water SPA was a bonus.

The hotel is near the lift in Bansko, with a great view to the majestic Pirin mountain! We had such a fresh air when we opened the windows or the terrace.

The food was very delicious, we were here for the day of the Union even, they had special items, which were delicious 😋.

The spa and pool area is very interesting and relaxing. The pool has a special filtration system, not with chlorine but with another more natural substance, which I forgot.

The staff everywhere were great, especially in the kids area! 🤗
