This a very nice hotel at the end of the town. The hotel is remote and overlooking some fields (and sheep). It's quiet and serene. The rooms are well appointed, and the service is top. The food in the restaurant is very delicious and plentiful, I had the best mini Pavlova! The only quibble is that the lobby is too small. But they fully compensate with a welcome drink 😄

It was a nice surprise.Although the hotel is located 10-15 min walk from downtown, the view from the window of our studio was nice - up to the Pirin mountain and down-to the garden-patio. Very friendly service...and the food was above all expectations. Mineral water SPA was a bonus.

The hotel is near the lift in Bansko, with a great view to the majestic Pirin mountain! We had such a fresh air when we opened the windows or the terrace.
The food was very delicious, we were here for the day of the Union even, they had special items, which were delicious 😋.
The spa and pool area is very interesting and relaxing. The pool has a special filtration system, not with chlorine but with another more natural substance, which I forgot.
The staff everywhere were great, especially in the kids area! 🤗

One word - perfect! 😍 We really love it! The room is very huge and nice! Food is fine - you have all you need! I’ve read that the pool is crowded and don’t have outdoor open spaces - but I prefer it as there are no “helicopters” 🐝 definitely will visit it again ❣️
I was with my kid (2y) and there is no playground near. Hope soon they will make one!
As a smoker - the balcony was super! 🥰 I’ve spent most of the stay there! Just love the view ! 🌳⛰️

Our stay at the all-inclusive hotel was truly relaxing. The extensive buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food, catering to all tastes. The rooms were impeccably clean, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. While the spa services were enjoyable, they could benefit from upgrading their massage techniques to include options like Thai massage. Despite this, everything else was perfect, making for a wonderful and rejuvenating experience.

It was a perfect experience, I really enjoyed the spa services, the guy that did the massage (deep tissue), was experienced and very professional. The food(all exclusive) was very delicious and had many choices from vegan, vegetarian to eating everything. Our room was clean. The only thing I didn't like it was the stuff they didn't know very good English, so it was quite difficult to communicate. I would totally recommend and go there next time!

Love the hotel! Good food, place for kids to play and interact. Our room was big, me and my family really liked the hotel we were definitely coming back again.
