Green Life Bansko in Bansko

Organized a training at the hotel, the atmosphere was cozy and professional; the rooms, views, and location were amazing; food was awesome (also the vegetarian food was diverse!); but most of all staff was super friendly and helpful! Everyone in staff! The housemaids, the receptionists, the restaurant managers, the barmen. Thank you!

An excellent choice to stay. The hotel is out of Bansko, on the way to the mountain, the area is quiet, with great views and nice. The kids could walk around and have fun in the nature. The hotel has a spa area and a pool (depth 1.30m all around). The breakfast buffet has everything you will need for a full breakfast.
The staff is smiling and helpful.
The hotel is kids friendly, only have to be careful in the pool area.

I had the most fantastic time in Green Life Bansko. I got a bit scared about what to expect after reading the reviews on trip advisor. So when we arrived I was pleasantly suprised! The room was clean and very nice, exactly what you would expect of a 4 star hotel. The reception people were very friendly and helpful even tho I was asking a tone of probably stupid questions, always willing to help no matter the matter with a smile on their face. The staff for the resturant and bar were fantastic extremely friendly and helpful! By the end of our stay we had befriended them and even had a running joke haha. They even opened the lobby bar for us half an hour early on our departure day, so we can have coffe before our driver picked us up! You can tell these folks really love their work there and care for their guests!

On a side note only thing that I found a bit disappointing was the lack of AC but to be honest it's understandable because it's a ski resort and well summers there didn't used to get warm. So I can't be too mad about it. Opening the windows does wonders, so it's not too bad!

Over all I had a fantastic time! I wouldn't listen to the reviews that complained about the staff, because it's just not true. Please respect the staff, they are great people and don't forget your service will as good as you treat them 😉!

Liked · Location, navigation - perfect. Staff, accommodation - great. Amenities, comfort - wonderful. Service, care - on a level. Food, drinks - delicious. Additional extras - good. Disliked · No air conditioning! There are no cosmetic stands in the shower cabin + there is no shower head in the bathroom, and one small handset... The door had gaps - one finger at the top and half at the bottom.

This was an Amazing Holiday in Bansko especially in this Hotel. It was an Excellent stay. Great Staff in which I also have to mention: Georgi, Mitko, Toni. They were really nice and Professional. We felt Home ! Food was Excellent too including also the Breakfast. Keep it up and will definetely return !!

Not that good on the cleaning side. The apartment that we stayed is located in building "D", it is spacious enough for a family with maximum 2 children. The good thing is that it is next to the pool, and the activity park. Also they lets us stay with our dog.
