The hotel claims high level amenities but has NO AC!!!! There was no hair conditioner in the bathroom and when we asked they told us to buy one from their store. The axillary personal was very non helpful and borderline rude at times.
The facilities look good on pictures, but the outdoor pool is actually smaller than expected, it is very cold and has no lifeguard. I regret booking this hotel, the smaller family owned hotels in town are way better.
The staff were friendly.
