Quite a nice place, recommended for a family though table in kitchen is too small for everyone to eat on. One night it was quite loud but otherwise it was a nice distance from the slopes.

Good value for the money (considering that it is a 2 star hotel), right next to the Sytniakovo ski lift. The breakfast is good and varied, friendly staff. The room is clean and ok. As downsides, the bathroom is very small, the shower has no curtain or glass walls, the mattresses are very hard and you can hear your neighbours through the walls.

All the staff at Victoria are so friendly and hard working.The best food in Borovets is served by Evalyn, Marianas husband.Rooms kept clean, showers powerful and hot.A bit of a walk to town but get a lift for5 leva each . My wife broke her wrist last week and they heped us so much, definitely staying at Victoria again.
