Villas in Pamporovo

A older looking hotel possible in the 80s but still fabulous as we discovered a lot of hitels and bars were of the same . Staff were polite and accommodating . Meals weren’t the best so we ate at bars outside of the hotel . The size of the room was more the size of an apartment . Straight from the hotel we caught the ski bus

Underrated Hotel. The service is good and the lobby and restaurant are top notch. Slight minus for the room, which was not so modern, but otherwise definitely worth the visit.

Lived in this hotel a couple of days. The view from the room is beautiful. The view we had of the pine forest and the hills. What can I say about the hotel? In many official sources it is declared as 5*. But I'd say on a scale from "4 -". Namely because of the rooms. Very old. Bathroom we tech. Everything in the room was very old and worn out. The bathroom door and washing basin was rotten, difficult to close the door. The bed sheets were small, towers worn-out and stinky of bleach. The blinds wasn't functioning - could not open and no curtains. Do not recommend.

Excellent place for this money, I was taken 1 smile room for 13 $ per night . the are have some trouble with WiFi it is unavailable in room or poor signal ,but I think you can manage stay without internet for short time . Generally it is very good location for ski , near by very 2 market.

Pamporovo is always is amazing. Food was tasty, both dinner and breakfast, great service by the friendly staff, had a tidy and warm room, with an extra heating, comfy mattress, nice bathroom with perfectly clean bath, had a cooking area, barbeque area by the extremely nice balcony with a breath-taking view! This is small but quiet and beautiful hotel in Pamporovo. You have 2 floor under the ground and 2 more flat on the ground. There is no elevator. Shuttle bus for skiing is stop in front of hotel. 50 meters from hotel is a supermarket where you can buy Internet sim cards (but only from Yettel). Everything is clean, hotel is warm and employers are very friendly and always with smile.

This hotel is outstanding. The staff go over and above to make you feel welcome and will do anything to make your stay better. Rooms are warm, cozy, towels changed everyday and the hotel is immaculately clean. It is on the main street. Typically Bulgarian food (which even if you don't like the staff will try to make something for you). Will definitely be back, great hotel.

Cozy, comfortable family hotel with a top location. Good cuisine, friendly service and clean rooms. What more could a person want! The only thing to keep in mind is the lack of an elevator, but for 3 floors, I don't think it's a problem.

Clean place, good food, and facilities. However, the administration was shouting at me for wearing ski shoes as if I can damage their carpet or tiles more than a woman with high heals. Also the door lock was kind of broken.

It was ok, the rooms were modest and for some reason it was very hot all the time, even after turning off the heating in the room.

Very good hotel in the nature. The road towards it is good but a little steep. The food in it is very good. There is also a nice gym with everything necessary in it and a medium swimming pool. There is food shop near it(1km).

Amazing hotel located next to the ski slopes. Rooms were specious and very well maintened. The ski slopes are 5 minutes walk. Highly recommended for both winter and summer vacations.

I would give 5 stars but there were things that did not work. 1. Phone in the room 811 did not work. 2. WiFi on the 8th floor did not work 3. There was a sign in the kitchen asking all guests to wash their cups and glasses in the kitchen. 4.not even 1 bottle of water complimentary. There is definitely room for improvement

Quiet, clean, the food is good with enough diversity to choose from. This was our second time there with child under 4 and it is probably one of the best places for families. The playground is well kept and there are enough things to do in the hotel with kids. Everyone are really helpful and i derstanding. Highly recommend 👌

This hotel is a pretty good place to stay for your vacation. Food choice seems decent, although it would be great for a little more variety to be added. The rooms are comfortable to stay in and have the basic things you need for your vacation. The biggest problem is that the hotel is difficult to navigate, but other than that it is a good place to stay

The hotel is situated a bit far from the lift but there is bus every hour from hotel to the lift. Food was good and the apartment we stayed was very nice. The pool wasn't that clear but the sauna was OK. Would go there again.

Overall, I think the fee is too high for what you get. The positive is that the apartments are very warm. If you are a family with children you will like it because the apartments are spacious, but if you are only two (or solo), it is better to head to a hotel.

We spent four days at the hotel. + good breakfast (eggs, bread, muffins, cereal, etc.) + the receptionist was very kind and helpful, simply awesome + the apartment was clean and warm + 3 min away from the lift with a shuttle which which picks you up from the hotel; we left our ski equipment at Kamelia ski wardrobe for 5 lv per day

This is a 2 star hotel but deserves to be at least 3 stars. Clean rooms with nice views, very friendly staff, rich breakfast, nice lobby. They also have a very cool bar. It is close to the ski resort, they also have a shuttle to there. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed our stay there.

The view from the town-facing rooms can’t be beat! The decor is outdated and there was a leak in the bathroom of our room, but everything was very clean and well-maintained otherwise. Nice and helpful staff. Complementary breakfast was good. I would love to come back!

This is a luxurious hotel with staff that speak excellent English, the rooms are huge, the bed so comfortable and the food in the restaurant was 5 star. We absolutely rate this hotel!

We had a very pleasant time in the hotel. Rooms are spacious with a big bathroom with two sinks. The staff is very polite and nice, who makes its best for you to feel comfortable and welcomed. The food is tasty. During our stay, we were the only guests in the hotel and nevertheless everyone made us feel taken care of, specially turned on the SPA center, so we'd make the most of our stay.

The rooms where clean, but the furnishing was a bit old. The hotel restaurant was nice. There is no easy direct path from the hotel to the ski lift, which makes it hard to walk so much equipped with ski stuff.

Every member of staff was super keen and extremely helpful. The room was clean and perfect for our needs (we had an apartment: a bedroom,a bathroom, and a lounge with a sofa bed). The view from the balcony was a delight every morning from the sofa bed. The bedroom window had a good view of the main ski slopes. Every effort was made to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Everyone at the hotel is really nice. I didn't like that you had to scan QR code for the menu. Its not really that expensive, but I don't recommend to pay with card, because they charged me more for my room then they should.
