We truly enjoyed the restaurant. The chef creates an incredibly delicious menu and the service is top notch.

We went early June so I had a great time in the pool by myself and loved the easy access to the beach. To get around I recommend using the nearby bus where you can buy tickets to central Pomorie for 1.5 leva and 4 leva to Burgas, purchase tickets on board using cash. Excellent food, all rooms are very nice, big and clean. The restaurant is the top piece of the hotel, really recommended! Parking is not the best, they could improve that one. And this is 4stars hotel, not 2 as google shows.

We staying at the hotel since a few years and everything is perfect. The people who managing and cleaning are always trying to do their best for visitors. You will feel the place as your home, vacation will be relaxing. The beach next to the hotel is very good. We had the Deluxe apartment on the 7th floor with a sea view. It was nice and clean, although you will probably miss several items in the kitchen. The location is good, right next to the beach. The city center is 15 min walk.

I don't know why the complex has 5 stars at all. We are accommodated in a private apartment, which is very nice and comfortable, but so far... When we checked in, they gave us countless rules - nothing bad, but no one observes whether they are followed. Parking is on the street, who boils where, there are no sidewalks except in front of the complex. The beach is close, but not nice, yes it is calm...

A good place is spoiled by a cruel manager. Hit a child!!! And left a nail mark on the skin! I respect the rules of residence and fulfilled them all the time of our stay - for two weeks. But at the same time, an unpleasant incident occurred today involving the administrator. This is the second year I've stayed. The apartments are nice and clean. This year mine was in the second building and had some small issues. The TV did not work at all and while there was Wi-Fi available it had no actual Internet access. The walk to the beach is just a few minutes as is the walk to nearby shops and restaurants. All in all a good experience and I'll look to stay again next time.

Clean and quiet hotel by the sea with a swimming pool, restaurant and playground for kids. The food in the restaurant was very good. The kitchen boxes in the rooms lacked stoves.

We were here from 7 to 14 September with two children 10 and 13. We were absolutely satisfied with everything, accommodation was like on the pictures on booking, breakfast and dinner was good bulgarian food and we were happy to try it. The hotel presents itself a s 5 star hotel. Maybe it was so once, not now. There is a good Spa and a good breakfast, however the maintenance of the room could be better, the breakfast is good with a big variety of food, fruits and even Vegan options, but not at the level of 5 star hotel. Strange thing is that the hotel locked some entrances leaving the only one, which demands a kind of detour.

Hotel with pool which covers hole courtyard. Guess it's possible to take a dive from balcony if you want to :) Lack of space I would say. Between the sea and hotel there is robust old promenade which should be renovated. Right now it's an ugly accessorie to this place.

Family owned hotel - very cute family, all are kind and respectful! Lovely people. However, the lack of black-out curtains and the super soft mattresses makes sleep qualify not so good. If you can sleep with transparent curtains, you would like it, because the owners are very sweet and kind.

Great service, our room felt much higher class than a 3-star rating. We had the deluxe studio on the first floor. The staff is very polite and helpful. Breakfast is very good and the beach is only 2 minutes away.

We placed the "do not disturb" sign on the door handle, but the maid entered our room regardless. The WiFi signal was so weak, that we had to exit the room to find it and weren't able to open any web page. The room smelled of mushrooms during our whole stay. Otherwise it's clean and comfortable.

The hotel is very good, clean, with nice location, there are many restaurants and shops around and it is very close to the beach. The staff is very nice and friendly, they helped us with everything that we asked for, including keeping our luggage after checking out, so we could enjoy our last day at Pomorie before we leave. We will visit the hotel again next year!

We really enjoyed our stay.I appreciate the cleanliness and the very responsive and polite people working there.The location is also a big advantage because there are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The walk to the beach is very easy for little kids.

Clean and close to the center of the new town of Pomorie. Stayed in one of the flats. It is reasonably priced however no plates, or cutlery. No kitchen area really. Just 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The flat we had had really bad WiFi reception. Other than that for holiday accommodation it is good.

Absolutely stunning food. First time in Bulgaria with the in-laws. Thankfully they stumbled across this gem a couple of years ago. Very friendly staff, and the food is BEAUTIFUL. As someone is a picky eater, there is more than enough selection to choose from. I can't believe this place isnt on the map, or well advertised. If you're in the area, I would definitely recommend trying this place.

The prices are on the high side for an average Bulgarian restaurant, but it's worth every leva. (average around 15 leva per plate) If you have food allergies, they have a page to use to showcase that to the staff. High quality food at a price you won't find in the big resorts, truly amazing!
