Hotels on first line in Pomorie

The was no activities for the kids at all , as in pictures , no kids room no kids pool , Aqua park was closed No beds on the beach, even though it says beach hotel on the website Hotel is beautiful and has loads of potential, but management and reception staff brings it all down

We found the little shop over priced I got charged for 2 bottles of water goggles and a little toy 48lev. The swimming pools where a nice size and plenty of sunbeds to choose from

My daughter now has to to to AA meeting for the amount of free ice creams she had 🤣 By the Wednesday we noticed one pool being shut which we was a little unhappy about but then it didn't put a damper to the holiday as there was another pool to go to

My daughter enjoyed the kids dancing but was only for 30 minutes. We had a sea view room so if you can afford it go for it because the view is amazing

Another nice little touch was the pool towels you was given a card at check in and then go collect your towels and then change them every day

The reception staff rude and not very helpful, always with an attitude Food disappointment, not much choice, very poor quality products used , breakfast foods overcooked for lunch Only one pool out of 4 was open and it was very dirty, Advertising 5 restaurants and only one was opened Animation team great guys but only 2 of them there was nothing for he adults in the evening Bar drinks were ok...

the hotel is great, the rooms are clean, the staff can be improved a little not very polite the food is very tasty and there is a choice there are two swimming pools suitable for children

It is very suitable for small kids because it is shallow-water and really warm! However, it is more stifling here compared to the other beaches - the second and the third

This beach near Festa Pomorie Resort is known as "The First beach" in the New Town of Pomorie

Beautiful, clean, near the bus station, bank branch, excellent view from the room, the first line - fell asleep and woke up to the sound of the surf.

First line, decent food and rooms, but there are difficulties everywhere.

There are two pools, the busy one closest to the hotel ( this is because it serves cocktails and beers) the other pool only serves fruit just, hot drinks and wine, you can get freshly squeezed orange juice between the times of 9:30 am and 10: 30am and then an hour in the afternoon, the staff prepare it earlier so can be warm when you get it

Don't buy anything from the shops near to the hotel, walk a little in towards town and it ALOT cheaper. Nessebar is a nice day out, sunny beach is like Benidorm

Please make sure your littles ones can swim and that you supervise them at all times in the pool, we found the lifeguards sleep a lot or on their phones

We also saw the lifeguard clean the side if the pool with bleach, a lot of our swimwear is now green

We are right there with those who want to keep this place a secret. The hotel provided us with everything we needed to have a great time. Clean rooms and area, friendly staff, awesome animation

Bathroom tiles had mould and shower could of been cleaner. Food was good, plenty of choice, there was a lot of pork. The fresh bar offers pizza, hotdogs, fries and burgers

the hotel provided transfer from and to the airport clean rooms. cozy pool and amazing salt room they provide good massages. good breakfast on the open veranda. attentive service clean rooms

We only went to the skybar and didn't stay overnight in the hotel. The view of the sea and the city is beautiful while you enjoy your cocktails.

Our stay at the hotel was perfect. First, booking and check-in were organized effectively, we had no problems even though our flight landed late in Bourgas. The room was spotless, with a perfect view

Sauna is meant to detox you with high dry heat so anything you wear into it ,will be baked including those plastic wears and then you inhale them. Plastic slippery and plastic swimming suits are a no no

You broke the record and that’s very sad especially considering the fact that your hotel is spa hotel and not cheap! Location: great location FYI: No free car park. Expensive car park was right opposite to the hotel

Hotel grounds are large, lots of pools, lots of sunbeds, no reserving sunbeds which helps. Splash area for little ones and slides for older children

The further towards the sea, the better. The beach, with its dark sand, isn't conducive to lounging or playing. Water shoes are not necessary

Brand new, Amazing sea sight, the hotel is right next to the sea line. Great and personialized service. The room is spacious, beautiful interior. Overall getting a feel of a luxurious accommodation

Our most favorite place to stay in Pomorie - the friendly owner and staff feel like family. We also celebrated our wedding there and had international guests - everybody loved the stay, the food and the atmosphere there

The rooms are clean and there is a daily cleaning service which provide you soaps, toilet paper and room cleaning. There is a pool inside the hotel premises, but quite busy at all times. The pool is washed each morning

I really suggest Hotel Incognito. Also it's very clean and lovely place to stay with your family, friends and etc. Definitely we will come back again next summer

Nice place to stay in the centre of Pomorie. No lift or elevator either, no help with luggage. Rooms clean and large with balcony

Supposed to have free breakfast but they were going to charge us for it so decided not to eat there

I feel like I re-born after 30 min back massage. Irina said “here I see your computer work” but I even did not tell her that I work with a computer! I was amazed how she detect where my problem is

I feel amazing now, no pain and straight back! I bought the package of 5 massages and will do it in a future again :) The SPA managed was super friendly and helpful; helped me reschedule my appointments and suggested the correct timing for the best experience

But just keep in mind, not like in other hotels, you are not only relax here but you become healthier! If you will do at least the package of massages, you will leave the hotel as a different person - younger and healthier

The best healing massage ever! I had a back pain because I work a lot with a computer. I did not believe that massage can help. Irina was my massage therapist and she did an amazing job

I wish all waiters were like him Most of the staff are kind and welcoming. A lot of them speak English that makes stay much easier if you don’t know Bulgarian (like me)

Also, waiter (don’t know his name) was friendly, always smile and that makes you feel very welcomed in the hotel, and makes your experience more positive

The bar staff were also very attentive. I must give Teddy a special mention. The hotel itself was situated straight across the road from a beautiful white, sandy beach

We went early June so I had a great time in the pool by myself and loved the easy access to the beach. To get around I recommend using the nearby bus where you can buy tickets to central Pomorie for 1

There was a choice of 8 different breakfasts. All served to us by very polite and helpful waiters/ waitresses. Daniel, in particular, went out of his way to make our wedding anniversary dinner special

Our only slightly negative point was that the hotel is located slightly out of the way, meaning that it was necessary to get a taxi or bus ( not expensive) to go to the town centre

We truly enjoyed the restaurant. The chef creates an incredibly delicious menu and the service is top notch.

The beach next to the hotel is very good. Sea view from the balcony is wonderful, you could welcome the sun with cup of coffee early in the morning. This is my favourite place for vacation

We had the Deluxe apartment on the 7th floor with a sea view. It was nice and clean, although you will probably miss several items in the kitchen. The location is good, right next to the beach

We staying at the hotel since a few years and everything is perfect. The people who managing and cleaning are always trying to do their best for visitors. You will feel the place as your home, vacation will be relaxing

Hotel with pool which covers hole courtyard. Guess it's possible to take a dive from balcony if you want to :) Lack of space I would say. Between the sea and hotel there is robust old promenade which should be renovated

We were in a period when there were these flies like mosquitoes, but they do not bite you. A day before our leave, their population reduced. The hotel is between the lake and the sea

The view was bad and the flies were very bad but the pool was very nice and the floaties were good this is my review

It can be seen new or after repair, everything is clean and new. Located in the central part of the old town, good location, the sea is a step away from the beach, near a supermarket, cafe, fruit market

Pros: a huge terrace where you can relax, large room area, 200m to the sea, low price (280 € 7 nights)

Everything is very comfortable in the apartment, new modern furniture, in the bedroom there is a large comfortable bed, in another room there is a kitchen with a dining table and a sofa, there are all utensils for those who want to cook

Modern furniture in good condition. It is great to have breakfast on a spacious balcony overlooking the wasteland. The apartments are cleaned every other day

Each room has air-conditioning and TV making it very comfortable to feel at home. I advise all my friends and acquaintances to stay here

The only strange thing is that the hood worked inside and when someone smoked downstairs, the smoke went into our toilet

Beautiful views of the sea from the rooms' terrace. Clean bathrooms with strong flow of the water. Tried the sofa bed and it works. Nothing has really stood out but I still really recommend it
