Never a problem getting a sunbed at any time of the day. Only used the jacuzzi in the spa but found it very relaxing. Would definitely stay here again

I feel like I re-born after 30 min back massage. Irina said “here I see your computer work” but I even did not tell her that I work with a computer! I was amazed how she detect where my problem is

We got the names of everyone we were served by which was much appreciated. Easy walk across the bridge directly onto the beach. The pool areas were spotlessly clean and surprisingly quiet for such a large hotel

I feel amazing now, no pain and straight back! I bought the package of 5 massages and will do it in a future again :) The SPA managed was super friendly and helpful; helped me reschedule my appointments and suggested the correct timing for the best experience

But just keep in mind, not like in other hotels, you are not only relax here but you become healthier! If you will do at least the package of massages, you will leave the hotel as a different person - younger and healthier

The best healing massage ever! I had a back pain because I work a lot with a computer. I did not believe that massage can help. Irina was my massage therapist and she did an amazing job

The bar staff were also very attentive. I must give Teddy a special mention. The hotel itself was situated straight across the road from a beautiful white, sandy beach

There was a choice of 8 different breakfasts. All served to us by very polite and helpful waiters/ waitresses. Daniel, in particular, went out of his way to make our wedding anniversary dinner special

We stayed in Penelope Palace, Pomorie for a week in mid June. First impressions were very positive. We were met at the taxi by a porter who took our luggage to reception and then to our room

We went early June so I had a great time in the pool by myself and loved the easy access to the beach. To get around I recommend using the nearby bus where you can buy tickets to central Pomorie for 1

The hotel itself is great, our flat was spacious and very modern with a huge balcony overlooking the beach. It's a bit of a walk to the town centre, but on the positives it's far from all the noise

My favorite place for vacation ! Good restorant and food The beech is in front of the Hotel .There is no all inclusive ,but you are free to go walking distance in the old city

Great view towards the sea and the lake! Spacious apartment and lovely restaurant, pool. Everything was great! Loved the terrace, too.

The only thing I didn't like was the lack of cleaning, there seemed to be housekeeping present only on check out

The hotel is close to the sandy beach and a lake with the healing mud. The rooms are spacious and have all the amenities including kitchen. It’s not too far from the salt baths but quite far from central Burgas.

Nice place to stay in Pomorie. Great location. Reasonable prices. Perfect for famillies, couples or single person. Nice outdoor pool.

Two balconies, one with sea view and the other one with view to the Pomorian Lake. Highly recommend for families with babies or young children

First night we paid 125 lev for the 3 of us for dinner, which all we had was pizza and chips! Me and my grandson have not been for a breakfast yet, my partner goes though, we are at the snackbar which only consists of pizza, fries, pork burger, my grandson was really hungry , so got a pork burger and I was charged 8 lev, I'm furious as we are not eating any breakfast, oh and if he wanted fries...

So we came for a week to the sunset resort. First thought was omg what a beautiful building the rooms where spacious and clean. The bathroom had plenty of towels and also shower wash was provided which was a nice touch

Another nice little touch was the pool towels you was given a card at check in and then go collect your towels and then change them every day

The was no activities for the kids at all , as in pictures , no kids room no kids pool , Aqua park was closed No beds on the beach, even though it says beach hotel on the website Hotel is beautiful and has loads of potential, but management and reception staff brings it all down

My daughter now has to to to AA meeting for the amount of free ice creams she had 🤣 By the Wednesday we noticed one pool being shut which we was a little unhappy about but then it didn't put a damper to the holiday as there was another pool to go to

Also we had a bottle of water and coffee provided. We liked the keyless entry to rooms so you entered the room with a wrist band which was a nice touch again

Balcony was large and we were provided with an airer for wet swimwear and towels. Cleaners come round daily if you want your room cleaned, towels available everyday on request

You can get a bus if you walk about 10 minutes from the hotel that takes you to Nessebar and Sunny Beach - the number 10. There’s also a number 1 just outside Sunset Resort that takes you to Pomorie Old Town

There’s not much to do around the hotel, the beach is 5 minutes walk away and there’s a great restaurant on the beachfront on the right past Penelope Palace

We went all inclusive and the food was standard with grill cooking each night. Fresh fruit, cold meats, cheeses, breakfast items, salads and cooked foods available along with desserts and tea, coffee and bar

Great powerful shower with instant hot water, shampoo and body wash supplied. Air con and mini fridge with some free goodies. TV has a couple of English channels but one is dubbed with Polish

You are given a towel for a reason. Breakfast was delicious with different varieties of choices and new additions every new day. The bathroom was very bad with wall mold

In general, Pomorie is very nice for a family vacation, if you want to focus on the beach and the sea. The service at the hotel was flawless - everyone helped us navigate through our first visit to Pomorie

You broke the record and that’s very sad especially considering the fact that your hotel is spa hotel and not cheap! Location: great location FYI: No free car park. Expensive car park was right opposite to the hotel

This beach near Festa Pomorie Resort is known as "The First beach" in the New Town of Pomorie

It is very suitable for small kids because it is shallow-water and really warm! However, it is more stifling here compared to the other beaches - the second and the third

Beautiful, clean, near the bus station, bank branch, excellent view from the room, the first line - fell asleep and woke up to the sound of the surf.

the hotel is great, the rooms are clean, the staff can be improved a little not very polite the food is very tasty and there is a choice there are two swimming pools suitable for children

The further towards the sea, the better. The beach, with its dark sand, isn't conducive to lounging or playing. Water shoes are not necessary

2 sun loungers on the private terrace, although pool is shared it's very cleverly done so your terrace is private to a degree, a large clothes airer too so could dry swim costumes and towels

30pm The hotel was spotless, one if the cleanest hotels I've stayed in, cleaning staff were friendly, I'd requested no room clean, but clean towels, bins and a mini bar top up daily

We would highly recommend the Wave Resort, I travelled with my 2 teenagers and booked a lagoon room which had shared access to a private pool, I read reviews beforehand and had asked ahead to book on the sunnyside of the hotel which was perfect, the sun was on pool from 10

I would like to share my experience of staying in this beautiful hotel!! First of all the location is perfect ! With incredible view! The hotel and rooms are super clean ! Our most favorite place to stay in Pomorie - the friendly owner and staff feel like family. We also celebrated our wedding there and had international guests - everybody loved the stay, the food and the atmosphere there

Hotel with pool which covers hole courtyard. Guess it's possible to take a dive from balcony if you want to :) Lack of space I would say. Between the sea and hotel there is robust old promenade which should be renovated

We were in a period when there were these flies like mosquitoes, but they do not bite you. A day before our leave, their population reduced. The hotel is between the lake and the sea

Not far away from Saints Petar and Pavel Hotel, probably 10 minutes by walking. I would not recommend it as there is no strict pedestrian area. The hotel needs a bit of maintenance

The beach next to the hotel is very good. Sea view from the balcony is wonderful, you could welcome the sun with cup of coffee early in the morning. This is my favourite place for vacation

We had the Deluxe apartment on the 7th floor with a sea view. It was nice and clean, although you will probably miss several items in the kitchen. The location is good, right next to the beach

We staying at the hotel since a few years and everything is perfect. The people who managing and cleaning are always trying to do their best for visitors. You will feel the place as your home, vacation will be relaxing

The city center is 15 min walk

It can be seen new or after repair, everything is clean and new. Located in the central part of the old town, good location, the sea is a step away from the beach, near a supermarket, cafe, fruit market

Cons: poor state of repair, air conditioning not cleaned for years, shower right next to the toilet, no curtains on the windows, bed and towels with stains

Everything is very comfortable in the apartment, new modern furniture, in the bedroom there is a large comfortable bed, in another room there is a kitchen with a dining table and a sofa, there are all utensils for those who want to cook

Modern furniture in good condition. It is great to have breakfast on a spacious balcony overlooking the wasteland. The apartments are cleaned every other day

Each room has air-conditioning and TV making it very comfortable to feel at home. I advise all my friends and acquaintances to stay here

The only strange thing is that the hood worked inside and when someone smoked downstairs, the smoke went into our toilet

Beautiful views of the sea from the rooms' terrace. Clean bathrooms with strong flow of the water. Tried the sofa bed and it works. Nothing has really stood out but I still really recommend it

As a feedback I am letting you know that there was nowhere to hang the towels in the bathroom. No toothbrush holder and the sofa was too dirty and out of place

Furniture and our room were modern and to our liking. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only thing that bothered us was an old, smelly sofa with stains that was situated in front of our balcony door

The rooms were okay, they were clean(except for the sofa) and kind of modern, with a little bit more effort they could've made some pretty good rooms. The staff was nice and rooms are cleaned daily

By the way, the sea is clean, sandy beaches with thick sand bottom, the entrance to the sea is gently sloping, suitable for children, 10 meters from the shore is still small, you can lie on the beach and not be afraid for bathing the baby

The restaurant was just perfect. Everything was fancy. The food was very delicious and fresh. Great service, very friendly. We eated everyday there for our stay in the town.

Spacious room, 2 balcony, on the balcony sun loungers, table and chairs, dryer. The room has modern air conditioning, TV (lot of channels for every taste). The cleaning was every day, towels were changed every other day
